"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor penentu kebijakan dividen perusahaan-perusahaan Indonesia, dengan menggunakan sampel 17 perusahaan non-keuangan Indonesia yang terdaftar yang terus menerus membayar dividen selama periode 2014 hingga 2018. Penelitian ini mengacu pada beberapa teori yang dapat membantu pembaca untuk lebih baik dalam membaca. memahami
konsep dividen dan kebijakan dividen, yaitu: hipotesis pensinyalan, hipotesis arus
kas bebas, hipotesis siklus hidup, dan hipotesis struktur modal. Untuk menguji hipotesis tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel. Variabel yang
dapat menjelaskan keputusan dividen perusahaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan teori, penelitian empiris yang tersedia, dan ditentukan oleh ketersediaan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan dividend payout ratio dan dividend
yield untuk mewakili kebijakan dividen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa arus kas bebas, likuiditas, dan peluang investasi adalah penentu utama rasio pembayaran
dividen untuk perusahaan Indonesia. Selain itu, hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa tangibilitas aset dan ukuran perusahaan adalah penentu utama hasil dividen. Secara umum, hasilnya ternyata menunjukkan sedikit dukungan untuk hipotesis
pensinyalan dan hipotesis struktur modal tetapi menunjukkan dukungan yang cukup besar untuk hipotesis arus kas bebas dan hipotesis siklus hidup. Penelitian ini
diharapkan memiliki implikasi mendalam bagi studi kebijakan dividen di masa depan di Indonesia dan suatu hari nanti dapat membantu perusahaan dan pihak
berwenang dalam membuat keputusan yang efektif tentang kebijakan dividen untuk perusahaan Indonesia, serta investor dalam menentukan strategi investasi mereka.

This study aims to investigate the determinants of the dividend policy of Indonesian companies, using a sample of 17 listed non-financial Indonesian
companies that continuously paid dividends during the period of 2014 to 2018. This study refers to several theories that can help readers to better comprehend the
concept of dividends and dividend policy, namely: signaling hypothesis, free cash flow hypothesis, life cycle hypothesis, and capital structure hypothesis. In order to test those hypotheses, this study applies the panel data analysis. The variables that
may explain company's dividend decision that were used in this study are selected based on the theory, available empirical researches, and determined by data
availability. This study uses dividend payout ratio and dividend yield to represent the dividend policy. The findings suggest that free cash flow, liquidity, and
investment opportunity are the major determinants of dividend payout ratio for Indonesia companies. Furthermore, the results also suggest that asset tangibility and size are major determinants of dividend yield. In general, the results apparently
show little support for signaling hypothesis and capital structure hypothesis but show considerable support for free cash flow hypothesis and life cycle hypothesis. This research is expected to have profound implications for future studies of
dividend policy in Indonesia and might one day be able to help companies and authorities in making effective decisions about dividend policy for Indonesian
companies, as well as investors in determining their investment strategies.

"Dalam rangka mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang tepat bagi pimpinan berbasis data (data driven organization), Kemenkeu menyusun inisiatif strategis optimalisasi Sistem Layanan Data Kementerian Keuangan (SLDK) dan pengembangan proyek data analytics. Dalam pengembangan data analytics, terdapat permasalahan rendahnya kualitas data sehingga data driven organization belum terwujud dengan optimal. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melalui proses wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kualitas data dan tingkat kematangan kualitas data menggunakan kerangka kerja Loshin’s Data Quality, DAMA-Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBoK), dan Government Data Qualiaty (GDQ). Hasil pengukuran kualitas data menunjukkan terdapat permasalahan data tidak akurat dan tidak lengkap dan tingkat kematangan kualitas data Kemenkeu berada pada level Repeatable. Menyusun strategi kualitas data, ketentuan teknis, tim kualitas data, dan prosedur pengelolaan kualitas data; identifikasi harapan dan aturan kualitas data; mengukur, memantau, dan melaporkan kualitas data; mengelola aturan, knowledge base, dan metadata; meningkatkan kesadaran; melakukan pelatihan; menyediakan tools, menerapkan aturan dan menangani permasalahan; memutakhirkan SLA; mengelola kinerja kualitas data; dan melakukan audit kualitas data merupakan strategi peningkatan kualitas data yang dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap pada Tahun 2022-2023.

To support the right decision making for data-driven organizations, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) has developed a strategic initiative for optimizing the MoF's Data Service System (SLDK) and developing a data analytics project. In the development of data analysis, there is a problem of low data quality so that data-driven organizations have not been realized optimally. This study uses a qualitative method through interview and observation. Measurement of data quality and maturity level of data quality uses the Loshin's Data Quality framework, DAMA-Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBoK), and Government Data Quality (GDQ). The results of the measurement of data quality indicate that there are problems with inaccurate and incomplete data and the MoF's data quality level is at the Repeatable level. Develop a data quality strategy, technical provisions, data quality team, and data quality management procedures; identification of data quality expectations and rules; measure, monitor, and report on data quality; manage rules, knowledge base, and metadata; raise awareness; conduct training; provide tools, apply rules and carry out problem solving; updating SLAs; manage data quality performance; and conducting data quality audits is a data quality improvement strategy implemented in four stages in 2022-2023.
