"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan relasi antara mahasiswa dan aktan dibalik kecanduan judi slot online yang terjadi pada mahasiswa. Studi-studi terdahulu yang membahas tentang kecanduan judi online dapat dipetakan menjadi dua, yaitu berdasarkan aspek intrapersonal dan aspek interpersonal. Berdasarkan aspek intrapersonal, kecanduan judi online disebabkan adanya impulsivitas dalam urgensi negatif dan positif serta adanya depresi yang dirasakan oleh penjudi. Kemudian berdasarkan aspek interpersonal, kecanduan judi online disebabkan adanya norma di dalam kelompok judi online di ruang digital. Studi-studi terdahulu tersebut belum mengeksplorasi lebih dalam mengenai aspek sosiologis terkait relasi mahasiswa dengan aktan lain, baik itu aktan manusia ataupun non-manusia yang dapat mendorong mereka menjadi kecanduan terhadap judi slot online. Melalui penerapan Actor-Network Theory (ANT), peneliti berargumen bahwa kehadiran berbagai aktan seperti kerabat, kemenangan, uang, kekalahan, waktu luang, fitur visual, suara, dan free spin memberikan kontribusi baik itu sebagai perantara ataupun mediator yang memberikan terjemahan kepada mahasiswa dalam membentuk dan menguatkan jaringan kecanduan judi slot online. Selain itu, penciptaan jaringan kecanduan judi slot online yang stabil terjadi karena proses adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh para aktan melalui empat tahapan translasi, yaitu problematisasi, interessement, pendaftaran, dan mobilisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa yang mengalami kecanduan judi slot online dan observasi digital terhadap situs judi slot online.

This study aims to explain the relationship between students and actant behind online slot gambling addiction what happened to students. Previous studies discussing online gambling addiction can be mapped into two, namely based on intrapersonal aspects and interpersonal aspects. Based on the intrapersonal aspect, online gambling addiction due to impulsivity in negative and positive urgency as well as the presence of depression felt by gamblers. Then based on the interpersonal aspect, online gambling addiction due to norms in the gambling group online in the digital space. These previous studies have not explored more deeply the sociological aspects related to student relations with other actants, both human and non-human actant that can encourage them to become addicted to online slot gambling. Through the application of Actor-Network Theory (ANT), the author argues that the presence of various actants such as relatives, wins, money, losses, free time, visual features, sound, and free spins contribute either as intermediaries or mediators who provide translations to students in forming and strengthening the online slot gambling addiction network. In addition, the creation of a stable online slot gambling addiction network occurs due to the adaptation process carried out by actants through four stages of translation, namely problematization, interessement, enrollment, and mobilization. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews conducted with students who are addicted to online slot gambling and digital observation of online slot gambling sites."

"ABSTRAKTelah dikembangkan berbagai pendekatan manajemen stakeholder dalam proyek konstruksi seperti matriks kekuatan/kepentingan, metode lingkaran stakeholder, dan teori jaringan sosial. Terakhir, dikembangkan pendekatan berbasis Actor-Network Theory (ANT) untuk mengatasi berbagai kekurangan dari pendekatan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan actor-network theory pada manajemen stakeholder proyek gedung bertingkat tinggi oleh manajer proyek. 30 kuesioner telah disebarkan ke manajer proyek untuk mengidentifikasi praktik umum manajemen stakeholder dan penerapan ANT. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis secara statistik. Didapatkan hasil penelitian berupa praktik umum manajemen stakeholder yang mencakup stakeholder proyek, identikasi stakeholder, dan prosedur manajemen stakeholder dan penerapan ANT yang baik pada seluruh (enam) variabel ANT.

ABSTRACT

Stakeholder management approach has been developed in construction project as in stakeholder circle methodology, social network theory, and the power/interest matrix. Recently, the development use the approach based on Actor-Network Theory(ANT) to solve every disadvantage from previous development. The aim of this research is to analyze the practice of ANT on stakeholder management in high-rise building by manager of the project. Hence, 30 questionairre were sent to the manager of the projects to identify and analyze the general practice of stakeholder management and ANT. The result of this questionnaire is processed statistically. From this, we can get the result which formed as general practice of stakeholder management that covers stakeholder project, stakeholder identification, and management procedure and also good ANT practice in six ANT variables."
