"The aims of this study were to analyze for the pattern diversity of organizational innovation capability building and what factor caused it among Small and Medium Business (SMB) in Semarang. The study used seven factors of determinant of innovation capability. The factor were human resource capability, technology usage, external interactions, marketing capability, production/operation capability, new product development and research and development. The study also propose 2 (two) factors that were used to test what factors causes the pattern diversity of innovation capability building. The factors are business size and business age. Based on literatures reviews and questionnaire result , for 101 managers of SMB and t-tets analize, succed that business size caused pattern diversitty of organizational innovation capability building among SMB for four factors. The factors were human resource capability, technology usage, marketing capability and research and development. The followed analysis, business age caused pattern diversity of organizational innovation capability building among SMB for four factors. "Teknologi cloud adalah fenomena baru dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Teknologi cloud banyak menawarkan keuntungan meskipun teknologi cloud juga memiliki banyak kekurangan. Selain itu identifikasi tentang adopsi teknologi baru juga semakin penting sehingga diperlukan model yang bisa mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi cloud. Penelitian ini mengadopsi model DEMATEL untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi cloud dilihat dari perspektif manfaat peluang biaya dan risiko BOCR. Studi kasus dilakukan pada dua perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pertambangan yaitu PT Darma Henwa PTDH dan PT United Tractors UT. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan metode forum group discussion FGD dan metode delphi melibatkan para petinggi divisi TI sebagai pengambil keputusan. Kedua organisasi tersebut memiliki karakter berbeda untuk menggali keterkaitan antara karakteristik organisasi dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi cloud.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model DEMATEL dan BOCR berhasil mengidentifikasi faktor tersebut. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi cloud sangat dipengaruhi karakteristik organisasi Karakteristik internal organisasi yang paling mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi cloud adalah ketersediaan sumberdaya diikuti dengan struktur organisasi ketersediaan tenaga ahli dan dukungan pimpinan organisasi.

Currently cloud technologies could be said as a new phenomenon in the field of information technology. Cloud technologies offered many advantages although has many drawbacks. Moreover the identification of the adoption of new technologies is also increasingly important. Therefore there is a need to build a model that can identify the factors affecting the adoption of cloud technologies. This research adapted the DEMATEL model to identify the factors that affecting the adoption of cloud technologies from the perspective of benefit opportunity cost and risk BOCR. Case study is conducted on two organizations that engaged in mining service industry namely PT Darma Henwa PTDH and PT United Tractors UT. Data collecting process using FGD and Delphi technique and involves the IT department leader as decision maker Both organizations have different character to explore the linkage between organization rsquo s internal characteristics and factor that affecting the adoption of cloud technologies.
This study found that the improved DEMATEL with BOCR model successfully identify these factors. Factors that affecting the adoption of cloud technologies are greatly affected by organization rsquo s characteristics The availability of resource is the most influential factor followed by organizational structure the availability of IT expert and strength of organizational support.

"Perubahan iklim menjadi isu global. Perusahaan listrik menjadi salah satu sektor penyumbang emisi terbesar dari tahun 1990. Inovasi hijau diperlukan perusahaan listrik namun tidak mengabaikan kinerja perusahaan, seperti profitabilitas. Top management perusahaan memiliki peranan dalam menentukan langkah atau strategi bisnis kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green innovation, yang terdiri atas green process innovation dan green product innovation, terhadap profitabilitas, dengan variabel moderasi karakteristik top management. Dengan pengambilan data dari tahun 2013 hingga 2022 dan sampel 25 perusahaan listrik, analisis regresi data panel digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah green process innovation berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan green product innovation tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Umur top management hanya memoderasi hubungan green process innovation dengan ROA, sedangkan gelar MBA top management berperan sebagai pure moderator terhadap hubungan green product innovation dengan profitabilitas dan gelar engineering/science berperan sebagai quasi moderator terhadap hubungan green process innovation dengan profitabilitas. Implikasi penelitian ini pemilihan top management berdasarkan umur, gelar MBA, dan gelar engineering/science dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan bagi perusahaan listrik, yang sedang mempercepat transisi energi untuk mencapai net zero emission.

Climate change is a worldwide problem. Electricity firms have been one of the leading sectors in terms of emissions since 1990. Electricity firms must prioritize green innovation without neglecting company success, including in terms of profitability. The company's senior executives play a crucial role in determining future business initiatives or plans. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of green innovation on financial performance, taking into account the moderating influence of top management qualities. This research utilized panel data regression analysis, incorporating data collected from 2013 to 2022 and a sample of 25 electrical firms. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of green process innovation has a substantial impact on the financial performance of a company. The age of top management has a moderating effect on the relationship between green process innovation and return on assets (ROA). On the other hand, having an MBA degree acts as a pure moderator in the relationship between green product innovation and profitability. Additionally, an engineering/science degree acts as a quasi moderator in the relationship between green process innovation and profitability. The findings of this study suggest that electrical firms, in their efforts to attain net zero emissions and expedite the energy transition, may want to take into account factors such as age, possession of an MBA degree, and a background in engineering or science when hiring top management personnel."

"Pada proses pengeringan semprot apabila temperatur pengeringan terlalu tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada bahan sensitif terhadap panas, terutama pada vitamin C dan B1. Meskipun demikian, jika temperatur terlalu rendah dapat menyebabkan laju pengeringan produk sangat lambat. Variasi dari debit bahan , debit udara masuk serta temperatur udara pengering diharapkan mampu mengeringkan bahan secara efisien di mana kerusakan produk paling rendah dengan konsumsi daya paling efisien pada pengering semprot. Debit bahan menentukan banyak produk yang akan dikeringkan namun jika terlalu besar maka pengeringan tidak tercapai, sedangkan debit udara menentukan kapasitas pengeringan dimana banyaknya udara panas yang digunakan untuk mengeringkan produk.
Untuk temperatur pengeringan sangat penting pada laju pengeringan namun dapat menyebabkan kerusakan bahan. Analisa perhitungan dan pengujian yang didapat pengeringan dengan tingkat kerusakan terbesar produk vitamin C dan B1 adalah 14.6% pada temperatur 60°C dan 27.5% pada temperatur 140°C. Hal sangat dipengaruhi waktu kontak dari pengeringan meskipun dengan temperatur rendah sekalipun. Dan energi konsumsi paling rendah adalah yang menggunakan dehumidifier dengan temperatur 10°C, temperatur udara 120°C, dan debit udara 450 lpm.

In the spray drying process when the drying temperature is too high can cause damage to heat-sensitive materials, especially in vitamins C and B1. However, if the temperature is too low can lead to a very slow rate of drying products. Variations of material flow rate, air flow rate and air drying temperature are expected to drying materials efficiently in which the lowest damage to the product with the most efficient of energy consumption in the spray dryer. Material flow rate determines the product to be dried a lot but if it is too high then it can not be achieved by drying process, while the air flow rate drying determines drying capacity which the amount of hot air used to dry the product.
For drying temperature on the drying rate is very important but can cause material damage at high temperature. Analysis of the calculations obtained by drying with the highest product damage level of vitamin C and B1 is 14.6 % at temperature 60°C and 27.5 % at temperature 140°C. It is really affected by drying contact time even with low temperature. And the lowest energy consumption is which use dehumidifier at temperature 10°C, air temperature at 120°C, and air flow rate at 450 lpm.

"Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi menghasilkan berbagai peluang teknologi atau pun bisnis baru di berbagai bidang. Dengan munculnya teknologi 5G, muncul pula verticals seperti self-driving car, pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan berbagai kegiatan lainnya. Untuk mencapai kebutuhan dari verticals yang ada, 5G mengelompokkannya kedalam 3 kelompok usecase yaitu eMBB, mMTC, dan uRLLC dengan standar dan kebutuhannya masing-masing. Dengan adanya 3 kelompok usecase ini, muncul pula tantangan untuk menjalankan ketiga usecase ini dengan optimal. Teknologi network slicing memberikan terobosan baru untuk menjalankan ketiga usecase tersebut dalam satu jaringan fisik dengan membaginya menjadi beberapa jaringan virtual. Penelitian ini membahas salah satu skenario network slicing yaitu multi operator radio access network dimana sebuah sistem radio access network akan dicakupi oleh lebih dari satu operator dan membandingkannya terhadap network slicing dengan single operator pada satu sistem radio access network. Simulasi dibuat dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python 3. Berdasarkan percobaan, didapatkan skenario multi operator menggunakan resource dengan lebih optimal dibuktikan dengan lebih tingginya nilai rasio client yang terkoneksi, lebih rendahnya nilai rasio blocking. Tetapi, nilai efisiensi bandwidth per client-nya sedikit lebih rendah.

The development of telecommunications technology results in various technological opportunities or new business in various fields. With the advent of 5G technology, verticals have also emerged such as self-driving cars, distance learning, and various other activities. To achieve the needs of existing verticals, 5G groups them into 3 use cases groups namely eMBB, mMTC, and uRLLC to their respective standards and needs. With the existence of these 3 use cases groups, there are also challenges to running these three use cases optimally. Network slicing technology provides a new breakthrough to run the three use cases in one physical network by dividing it into several virtual networks. This study discusses one of the network slicing scenarios, namely a multi-operator radio access network where a radio access network system will be covered by more than one operator and compares it against a network slicing with a single operator on a radio access network system. Simulation is created and developed using python 3 programming language. Based on experiments, it is found that multi-operator scenarios use resources more optimally as evidenced by higher connected client ratio values, lower blocking ratio values. But, the bandwidth efficiency per client is slightly lower."

"Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah mendisrupsi kegiatan ekonomi dan bisnis di semua sektor dunia, sehingga menjadi tantangan dan ancaman bagi perusahaan dalam menjaga kelangsungan bisnis dan kinerja keuangannya. Perusahaan menghadapi risiko financial distress jika tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan kondisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak disrupsi teknologi terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan kelangsungan bisnis. Studi kasus dilakukan terhadap operator jalan tol di Indonesia yaitu PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) yang menghadapi situasi disrupsi akibat perubahan teknologi dan kebijakan transaksi tol di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis model bisnis dan strategi perusahaan, serta menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menghitung proyeksi keuangan dan mengukur kinerja perusahaan menggunakan rasio keuangan, serta indikator Altman Z-Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan dan berpotensi mengalami financial distress jika manajemen tidak memiliki strategi adaptasi yang efektif dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi.

The rapid development of technology in recent years has disrupted economic and business activities in all sectors of the world, thus becoming a challenge and threat to companies in maintaining their business continuity and financial performance. Companies face the risk of financial distress if they cannot adapt quickly to changing conditions. This study aims to analyze the impact of technological disruption on corporate financial performance and business sustainability. A case study was conducted on the toll road operators in Indonesia, namely PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO), which is facing a disruptive situation due to changes in technology and toll transaction policies in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study approach to analyze the company's business model and Strategy. It uses a quantitative method by calculating financial projections and measuring company performance using financial ratios. The results of the study show that the company's financial performance has decreased significantly and can potentially be exposed to financial distress if management does not have an effective adaptation strategy in dealing with technological disruptions. This contributes to providing an overview of the impact of technological disruption on the company's performance and business continuity, thus encouraging company management to develop an effective adaptation strategy plan in dealing with various changes."

"Penelitian ini mempelajari sistem integrasi teknologi industri perikanan dengan teknologi solar PV, supaya potensi perikanan lebih dekat dengan potensi sumber energi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghitung rata-rata biaya energi (LCoE) floating solar PV untuk mendukung industri perikanan, kemudian menghitung rata-rata biaya energi pada baterai sebagai pengganti generator kapal dibandingkan dengan menggunakan generator dan yang terakhir membuat studi kelayakan penggantin generator kapal terhadap nelayan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis biaya energi dan mengoptimalkan energi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung industri perikanan menggunakan perangkat lunak HOMER Pro. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis peningkatan pendapatan nelayan ditinjau dari segi sisi penggunaan bahan bakar generator. Hasil penelitian mengenai sistem integrasi ini, rata-rata biaya energi yang paling rendah mengunakan sistem hibrid floating solar PV, baterai dan generator dengan LCOE Rp 2,181/kWh yang dibangun di pantai. Rata-rata biaya energi (LCoE) pada sistem penggantin generator kapal dengan kebutuhan energi 51 kWh/hari sebesar Rp. 1,353/kWh, dengan baterai dicharging menggunakan lebihan listrik dari industri perikanan, sedangkan untuk penggantian generator kapal menggunakan batarai layak digunakan, apabila media penerangan menggunakan lampu LED jenis highbay. Jadi, pengembangan konsep sistem integrasi ini lebih baik dibangun di laut dan nelayan menggunakan baterai sebagai pengganti generator kapal dengan menggantikan lampu mercury menjadi LED sebagai penerangan ketika menangkap ikan dimalam hari.

This research studies the integration system of the fishing industry technology with solar PV technology, so that the potential of fisheries is closer to the potential of energy sources. The purpose of this study is to calculate the levelized cost of energy (LCoE) on floating solar PV to support the fishing industry, then calculate the levelized cost of energy on batteries as a substitute for ship generators compared to using generators and finally making a feasibility study of replacing ship generators with fishermen. The method used to analyze energy costs and optimize energy needed for the fishing industry uses HOMER Pro software. Meanwhile, to analyze the increase in fishermen's income in terms of the use of generator fuel. The results of research on this integration system, the lowest average energy cost is using a hybrid floating solar PV system, batteries and generators with a LCOE of $ 0.155/kWh built on the beach. The levelized cost of energy (LCoE) on the ship generator replacement system with 51 kWh/day energy requirements is $ 0.096/kWh, with a charging battery using excess electricity from the fishing industry, while for the replacement of ship generators using batteries is feasible to use, if the lighting media uses highbay LED type lamps. So, the development of the concept of this integrated system is better built at sea and fishermen use batteries instead of ship generators by replacing mercury lamps into LEDs as lighting when catching fish at night.

"Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) mengkonversi energi cahaya menjadi energi listrik dengan menggunakan photovoltaic. PLTS menggunakan inverter untuk merubah listrik DC ke AC untuk dapat dihubungkan ke beban AC. Seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan rooftop PLTS, maka penggunaan inverter juga meningkat. Faktanya, inverter dapat menghasilkan disturbansi pada frekuensi 9-150kHz. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, studi ini difokuskan dengan melakukan observasi terhadap karakteristik disturbansi PLTS terhadap variasi radiasi matahari dengan variasi tipe beban dan pemberian efek bayang-bayang pada rentang frekuensi dari 9-150 kHz. Diharapkan hasil pengamatan yang didapatkan bisa menjadi acuan untuk penelitian dalam menganalisa, memprediksi dan mengetahui efeknya terhadap sistem tenaga listrik. Metode yang digunakan pada pengamatan ini adalah pertama dengan melakukan pengamatan pada keluaran sistem photovoltaic yang dihubungkan dengan tipe beban yang bervariasi dan pengamatan kedua dilakukan dengan memberikan efek bayang-bayang 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100% dari luasan photovoltaic lalu mengamatinya pada dua kondisi radiasi matahari. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang didapatkan, secara umum terdapat tiga frekuensi disturbansi dominan yaitu range 19-29kHz, 69-79Khz, dan 140-149kHz. Sedangkan nilai tegangan disturbansi menurun seiring semakin besarnya efek bayang-bayang yang diberikan, tetapi pada kondisi terkenak efek bayang-bayang sebesar 25% dan 50% memiliki nilai tegangan disturbansi yang cenderung sama pada tiga frekuensi dominan tersebut.

The Solar Power Plant converts light into electricity using photovoltaic. It uses an inverter to convert DC to AC electricity to be connected to an AC load. Along with the increasing use of solar panel, inverter use has also increased. In fact, the inverter can produce disturbances at frequency between 9-150kHz. Based on this matter, this study is focused on observing the disturbance characteristics of photovoltaic system due to variations in irradiation, type of load and shading in the frequency range from 9-150 kHz. It is expected that the output of this observations can be a reference for research in analyzing, predicting and knowing the effects on the electric power system. First, this observation provide a variation type of load, such as resistive, capacitive and inductive load. Second, this observation provide a shading effect of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the photovoltaic area and then observe it in at least two different solar irradiation conditions. Based on observations obtained, in general there are three frequencies of dominant disturbances, namely the range 19-29kHz, 69-79Khz, and 140-149kHz then on the shading effect condition the disturbance voltage decreases with increasing shading effect, but at shading conditions 25% and 50% have a value voltage disturbances that tend to be the same in the three dominant frequencies."
