"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent management practices, perceived organizational support terhadap talent performance pada program Management Talenta Polri (MTP) dengan menggunakan variabel intervening yaitu talent engagement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah explanatory survey method, sedangkan penjelasan hubungan antar variabel diuji dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Responden sebanyak 226 merupakan peserta talentpool dalam program MTP Polri mulai dari angkatan MTP 2017 s.d. 2021. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap talent performance baik secara langsung maupun dengan mediasi dari variabel talent engagement. Sedangkan variabel talent management practices tidak berpengaruh terhadap talent performance, akan tetapi variabel talent management practices dapat berpengaruh terhadap talent performance ketika dimediasi oleh variabel talent engagement. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditetapkan bahwa praktek manajemen talenta Polri belum dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja para talenta, untuk dapat menigkatkan kinerja talenta, membutuhkan proses lebih lanjut yaitu peran mediasi keterikatan talenta yang terbentuk. Selanjutnya, bahwa kontribusi dan kepedulian organisasi terhadap para talenta apabila menghasilkan persepsi positif atau dinilai baik oleh para talenta akan dapat meningkatka kinerja talenta, tapi jika para talenta menganggap sebaliknya atau merasa kontribusi dan kepedulian organisasi terhadap mereka tidak memenuhi ekpektasi para talenta maka kinerja yang dihasilkan tidak optimal, semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan dan kontribusi organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja para talenta.

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management practice, Perceived Organizational Support on talent performance in the program Management Talenta Polri (MTP) by the intervening variable talent engagement. The research method used to test the hypothesis is the explanatory survey method, while the explanation of the relationship between the variables tested and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A total of 226 respondents were talent pool participants in the MTP program starting from MTP batches 2017 s.d. 2021. The results of the study explain variable Perceived Organizational Support has a positive influence on talent performance both directly and through the mediation of the talent engagement variable. While the variable of talent management practice has no effect on talent performance, but the variable of talent management practice has an effect on talent performance when mediated by the talent engagement variable. Based on the results of this study, it was determined that talent management practice had not been able to encourage the improvement of talent performance, to be able to increase talent performance, it required a further process, namely the mediating role of the formed talent engagement. Furthermore, that the organization's contribution and concern for the talents if it generates a positive perception or is judged favorably by the talents will be able to improve talent performance, but if the talents think otherwise or think that the organization's contribution and care for them does not meet the expectations of the talents, the resulting performance will not optimally, the higher the support and contribution of the organization will improve the performance of the talents.

"ABSTRAK
Studi pada kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived organizational support, quality of worklife dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Perdagangan. Inspektorat Jenderal sebagai peraih WTA-ZI tahun 2017 dan nilai terbaik untuk implementasi SAKIP tahun 2017 di lingkungan Kementerian Perdagangan. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 104 pegawai dan studi literatur yang didapatkan dari Sekretariat Inspektorat Jenderal. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan SEM yang dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan aplikasi software SMARTPLS3. Hasil dalam pengolahan data yang dilakukan terhadap 104 pegawai negeri sipil pada Inspektorat Jenderal menunjukan bahwa perceived organizational support dan quality of worklife mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement namun tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance.Sedangkan employee engagement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance. Berdasarkan uji hubungan tidak langsung perceived organizational mempunyai pengaruh terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi employee engagement dan variabel quality of worklife mempunyai pengaruh terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi employee engagement.

ABSTRACT
The study of this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, quality of work life and employee engagement to employee performance in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Commerce. Inspectorate General as WTA ZI winner in 2017 and the best value for SAKIP implementation in 2017 within Ministry of Trade. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to 104 employees and literature studies obtained from the Secretariat of the Inspectorate General. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and SEM approach in the data processing using SMARTPLS3 software application. The results of data processing performed on 104 civil servants at the Inspectorate General showed that perceived organizational support and quality of worklife had significant influence on employee engagement but did not significantly influence employee performance. While employee engagement had significant effect on employee performance. Based on perceived organizational indirectness test have influence to employee performance through mediation of employee engagement and variable quality of worklife have influence to employee performance through mediate employee engagement. "

Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 135 karyawan di kantor pusat PT. XYZ.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier
sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini adalah Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) yang dikembangkan
oleh Heneman dan Schwab (1985), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support
(SPOS) yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison dan Sowa
(1986) dan disederhanakan oleh Holt, Bartczak, Clark da Trent (2007), dan
Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan
Bakker (2003) dan disederhanakan oleh Seppala, Mauno, Fedlt, Hakanen,
Kinnunen, Tolvanen, dan Schaufeli (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pay satisfaction dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

"Studi ini menyelidiki peran keterikatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan karyawan untuk terus bekerja di perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterikatan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, dan dukungan organisasi mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bersama perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bekerja diperusahaan yang dapat dilihat dari tingkat keterikatan karyawan dan juga kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Yodya Karya (Persero). Analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini dapat membantu untuk lebih memahami bahwa keinginan tinggal karyawan di perusahaan harus didukung yang dapat dilihat dari kepuasan kerja.

This study investigates the role of employee engagement and job satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organizational support and employees' intention to stay at the company. The main objective of this study is to determine how employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational support perceptions affect employees' intention to stay with the company. Given the importance of organizational support in increasing employees' intention to stay working in the company, which can be seen from the level of employee engagement and also job satisfaction of PT Yodya Karya (Persero) employees. Quantitative analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) technique is used to test the effect of perceived organizational support. The result of the study is that there is a positive influence between perceived organizational support on employees' intention to stay in the company mediated by job satisfaction. This finding can help to better understand that employees' intention to stay in the company must be supported which can be seen from job satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari perceived organizational support terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan turnover intention . Variabel perceived organizational support diukur melalui delapan buah indikator dari Eisenberger dkk. 1986 sedangkan variabel turnover intention diukur melalui empat buah indikator dari penelitian Farh dkk. 1998 dan Alexander dkk. 2012 . Analisis dilakukan pada karyawan PT X yang berstatus karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 172 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji variabel terkait. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi dan hubungan tersebut bersifat negatif.

This research aims to examine how employees perceived organizational support affects employee turnover intention. The measurement of perceived organizational support is the 8 items scale developed by Eisenberger et al. 1986 and the employees turnover intention is measured using four indicators that has been used previously by researchers, Farh et al. 1998 and Alexander et al. 2012. The research is done in PT X and samples consist of 172 permanent employees with minimum one year of tenure.
Quantitative method is used in this research and questionnaires distributed as research instrument. The data collected are analyzed using descriptive statistic and simple regression, and the result showed that the independent variable, perceived organizational support strongly affect employees turnover intention with negative relation.

"Employee engagement atau keterlibatan karyawan merupakan salah satu persoalan yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Suatu perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesannya, salah satunya karena kinerja karyawan. Maka dari itu, perusahaan harus berupaya untuk dapat mempertahankan karyawannya agar tetap loyal dengan membuat karyawan merasa terlibat. Dalam mencapai employee engagement, terdapat beberapa factor yang diduga mempengaruhinya, yaitu internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, dan employer branding. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana keterlibatan keempat factor tersebut dalam mempengaruhi employee engagement. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan subjek merupakan karyawan PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) yang berjumlah 266 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hanya internal communication satisfaction dan corporate culture yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement sedangkan perceived organizational support dan employer branding tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, pada uji koefisien determinasi, keseluruhan variabel independen terbukti memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 62,9%, sedangkan lainnya sebanyak 37,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini

Employee engagement is one of the problems that are often faced by companies. A company can achieve its goals and success, one of which is because of employee performance. Therefore, companies must strive to be able to keep their employees loyal by making employees feel involved. In achieving employee engagement, there are several factors that are thought to influence it, namely internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, and employer branding. This study examines how the involvement of these four factors in influencing employee engagement. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with the subject being PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) employees, totaling 266 respondents. The results showed that only internal communication satisfaction and corporate culture had a significant positive effect on employee engagement, while perceived organizational support and employer branding had no effect on employee engagement. In addition, in the coefficient of determination test, all independent variables proved to have an influence contribution to the dependent variable by 62.9%, while 37.1% were influenced by other factors outside the independent variables in this study."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Perceived Organizational Support POS terhadap Employee Engagement. Pada penelitian ini, variabel Perceived Organizational Support diukur dengan menggunakan konsep dari Eisenberger dkk 1986 yang terdiri dari 36 indikator dan tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, dan dimensi Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Sedangkan untuk variabel Employee Engagement digunakan konsep dari Gallup Consultant 2006 yang diukur dengan 12 indikator atau dikenal dengan Q-Twelve Q-12. Pada konsep tersebut terdapat empat dimensi, yaitu What do I Get, What do I Give, Do I Belong, dan How Can We Grow.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana sumber data merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap non operasional di kantor pusat PT. Jasa Marga Persero tbk, dengan metode non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 15,9 employee engagement dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Organizational Support.

This research aiming to analyzing the effect of Perceived Organizational Support POS to Employee Engagement. The Perceived Organizational Support variable in this research measured by using the concept from Eisenberger Et al 1986 that has 36 indicators and three dimensions, which are Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, and Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Meanwhile, the concept by Gallup Consultant 2006 that is measured by 12 indicators that is also known as Q Twelve Q 12 is used for the variable of Employee engagement. This research is quantitative research which the data are from the result of the questionnaire that is spreaded among the non operational permanent employees on the head office of PT. Jasa Marga persero using non probability sampling method. This research using a simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination to examine the influence between the variables. The result of this research showed that 15,9 of employee engagement are influenced by the Perceived Organizational Support.

"Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan disruptif memaksa manajemen untuk memiliki strategi dalam melakukan pengelolan SDM secara memadai. SDM memiliki peran kritikal dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi melalui dukungan job resources yang berasal dari lingkungan bekerja. Perubahan paradigma pada sektor publik terhadap pengelolaan SDM semakin menuju ke arah yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance melalui peran mediasi work engagement pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan cross-sectional study melalui survei kuesioner google form dengan sampel sebanyak 305 responden ASN yang berkedudukan di Kantor Pusat Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covariance Based – Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS dan servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selanjutnya, work engagement mampu memediasi secara penuh dan signifikan hubungan POS dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance, serta work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial untuk dapat diterapkan bagi organisasi, pimpinan, dan individu pada sektor publik terkait konsep yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti.

The dynamic and disruptive business environment necessitates management to adopt adequate human resource management strategies. Human resource management plays a critical role in achieving organizational performance through job resources support from the work environment. Paradigm shifts in the public sector toward more effective and efficient human resource management have been observed. This study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and servant leadership on employee performance, mediated by work engagement, among Civil Servants (ASN) in Government Financial Organizations. A cross-sectional study using a survey questionnaire through Google Form was conducted, with a sample of 305 respondents comprising ASN at the Central Office of Government Financial Organizations. The data analysis was performed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The research findings reveal that both POS and servant leadership have a significant positive impact on work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement fully mediates the relationship between POS, servant leadership, and employee performance, with work engagement also significantly influencing employee performance. This research offers managerial implications that can be applied to organizations, leaders, and individuals in the public sector concerning the concepts related to the variables under study."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat efektifitas program pelatihan penilaian kinerja untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan employee engagement pada karyawan di lembaga pendidikan YPTK. Alat ukur perceived organizational support merupakan adaptasi dari Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) sedangkan alat ukur employee engagement merupakan adaptasi dari Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli dan Bakker 2003).
Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap employee engagement sebesar 0.168 (p=0.016 signifikan pada l.o.s 0.05). Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor perceived organizational support dan employee engagement yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi penilaian kinerja.

The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of performance appraisal training to improve perceived organizational support and employee engagement in educational institution, YPTK. The measurement tools of perceived organizational support was adapted from Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) while the measurement of employee engagement adapted from Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, known as UWES (Schaufeli and Bakker 2003).
Result of regression analysis showed that employee engagement significantly influenced by perceived organizational support (0.168, P=0.016 significant at l.o.s. 0.05) and the result of paired sample t-test showed significant difference of POS and Employee Engagement score of respondent, pre and post performance appraisal training and socialization of it.
