"ABSTRAK
RTTV atau Roof Thermal Transmittance Value adalah paket kebijakan pemerintah RI dalam bidang konservasi energi yang mengatur nilai perpindahan panas pada atap. Dalam hal ini nilainya tidak boleh melebihi 45 Watt/meter². Aturan yang mengacu pada SNI T?14?1993?03 ini di buat betujuan agar bangunan dapat menghemat energi pada tahap pengoperasian dan pemeliharaannya, tanpa harus mengubah atau mengurangi fungsi bangunan tersebut.
Penelitian ini mengambil bangunan studi kasus yaitu perumahan real estate menengah ke bawah di Kota Depok yang dianggap dapat mewakili untuk melihat faktor penentu nilai RTTV ini. Variabel yang menentukan nilai RTTV adalah luas atap, baik yang tembus cahaya maupun tidak, nilai transmitansi atap(tergantung dari materialnya), baik yang tembus cahaya maupun tidak, dan faktor radiasi matahari (SF). Faktor radiasi matahari yang dimaksud adalah pada saat maksimum dan minimum.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif. Hal ini karena dalam penelitian ini banyak melibatkan perhitungan kinerja atap terhadap nilai RTTV, dan perhitungan radiasi. Perumahan yang distudi dipilih yang menggunakan atap dengan material yang berbeda, yatiu metal sheet tanpa insulasi, genteng keramik tanpa insulasi, dan genteng keramik yang dilengkapi insulasi.
Hasil perhitungan RTTV menunjukkan bahwa atap yang paling memenuhi kriteria konservasi energi adalah atap genteng keramik yang menggunakan insulasi, dan yang paling boros energi adalah atap metal sheet tanpa insulasi. Hasil ini juga diperkuat dengan bukti empiris yang menunjukkan hal senada. Dalam hal ini data empiris diperoleh melalui pengukuran fluktuasi suhu udara yang terjadi pada ruang antara atap dan plafond pada masing-masing atap.

ABSTRACT
RTTV or Roof Thermal Transmittance Value is a policy package the government of Indonesia in the energy conservation sector, which set the value of heat transfer on the roof. In this case the value should not exceed 45 Watt/meter². Rules referring to the SNI T-14-1993-03 is made to reach the building aims to save energy in operation and maintenance phases, without having to change or reduce the function of the building.
This research takes a case study of building residential real estate in the middle to lower in Depok, which is considered to represent to see the determinants of this RTTV value. The variables that determine the RTTV value consist of the area of roof, whether translucent or not, the transmittance value of roof(depend on each materials), whether translucent or not, and solar radiation factor (SF). In this case solar factor measured at maximum and minimum condition.
This research use quantitative method to calculate RTTV and solar radiation. Selected housing for this research uses any kind of different roof materials, which consist of sheet metal roof without insulation, ceramic tiles without insulation, and ceramic tiles with insulation.
The calculations result of RTTV value show that the best performance of roof will meet the criteria of energy conservation is a ceramic tile roof with insulation, and the most wasteful energy is sheet metal roof without insulation. This result is also reinforced by empirical evidence showing that match. In this case the empirical data obtained through the measurement of air temperature fluctuations which occur in the space between each roof and ceiling."

"Penutup atap bangunan merupakan elemen yang sangat berpengaruh pada kondisi termal dalam bangunan, karena merupakan bagian yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan iklim dan lingkungan luar sekitar bangunan. Jenis material penutup atap yang digunakan pada bangunan sangat mempengaruhi kondisi termal yang diperoleh dalam bangunan. Pada penelitian ini material genteng beton flat dicoba sebagai bahan penelitian yang dipilih untuk mengetahui material mana yang mempunyai efisien energi untuk mendapatkan temperatur yang rendah dalam bangunan. Genteng beton flat yang paling banyak digunakan pada perumahan saat ini adalah genteng Cisangkan, Monier, dan Cengkareng Permai. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah secara eksperimen yaitu melakukan pengujian material di laboratorium dan pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan alat ukur HOBO.

Closing the roof of the building is a highly influential element in the thermal conditions in buildings, because these parts are directly related to climate and external environment surrounding the building. Type of roof covering materials used in building influence gained thermal conditions in the building. In this study a flat concrete roof tile materials tested as selected research material to determine which materials have energy efficient to obtain low temperatures in the building. Flat concrete roof tiles are the most widely used in housing today is Cisangkan tiles, Monier, and Cengkareng Permai. The method carried out in this study is to experimentally test the material in the laboratory and field measurements using a measuring instrument HOBO."

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, pengukuran penciptaan nilai pemegang saham ini memiliki hasil yang berbeda. Oleh sebab itu, penciptaan nilai pemegang saham sampai saat ini belum dapat dijelaskan dengan hasil yang sama, konsisten dan universal. Penyebab yang mungkin atas perbedaan hasil tersebut adalah kompilasi sampel yang menyeluruh pada negara penelitian. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan merubah sudut pandang konsep penciptaan nilai pemegang saham berdasarkan pengelompokkan perusahaan menurut industrinya. Industri yang terpilih adalah industri kesehatan, material dan perumahan. Pengolahan dengan panel data pada ketiga industri secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran ekonomi dan akuntansi sama ndash; sama baik dalam mendeskripsikan penciptaan nilai pemegang saham. Namun, apabila ditelusuri lebih lanjut berdasarkan tipe industrinya terdapat pengukuran yang lebih dominan pada masing ndash; masing industri. Penciptaan nilai pemegang saham pada industri kesehatan lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh Cash Flow from Operation, yang merupakan indikator pengukuran akuntansi. Sementara, penciptaan nilai pemegang saham pada industri material dan perumahan lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh Economic Value Added, yang merupakan indikator pengukuran ekonomi. Name Eveline Siburian Student Number 1606938246 Study Program Magister of Management Thesis Title Shareholder Value Creation Measurement Analysis on Healthcare, Material and Real Estate Industry in Indonesia Mentor Dr. Agustinus Yohanes Shareholder value creation basically can be described by accounting measurement and economic measurement. Based on the results of previous research, the measurement of shareholder value creation has different results. Therefore, the shareholder value creation until this day still can not be explained with the same, consistent and universal results. A possible cause of the outcome difference is a thorough sample compilation in the study country. This research is designed by changing the point of view of shareholder value creation by grouping the companies according to the industry. The selected industries are healthcare, material and real estate industries. Processing with data panels, in all three industries simultaneously shows that economic and accounting measurements are equally good at describing shareholder value creation. However, if traced further by type of industry there is a more dominant measurement in each industry. The shareholder value creation in the healthcare industry is more dominantly affected by Cash Flow from Operation, which is an indicator of accounting measurement. While, the shareholder value creation in the materials and real estate industries is more dominantly influenced by Economic Value Added, which is an indicator of economic measurement. keadaan cahaya dan suhu,jika set poin pada sensor suhu dan sensor cahaya yang telah diberikan pada program tercapai, maka penutup atap stadion akan tertutup secara otomatis.

and temperature conditions, if the set of points on the temperature sensor and light
sensor that has been given to the program is reached, then the roof covering the
stadium will be closed automatically.

"Principally, metal ceramic bonding were determined by availability of forming oxide layer on the interface between metal and ceramic. Only a thin film of oxide layer that needed for provide sufficient adherence. Many investigations were done in order to increase this condition, for example kinds of treatment on the interface e.g. alternative oxidation, sandblasting and finishing metal direction. These investigations purposed to measure the magnitude of metal ceramic bonding through the kinds of test e.g. shear bonding and flexual biaxial testing. Besides, metal ceramic bonding might be detected by the amount of remained ceramic adherence. Treatment on the metal ceramic until investigated the influence of moisture environment to the metal ceramic bonding."

"For the last two decades, national development has been growing rapidly by 6-8% per annum. Nevertheless, gaps between regions and between sectors are still found which need to be taken care of for the future sustainable development, especially in construction industry. The average national growth of 8% has not been followed by the contribution increase to GDP, which is about 4-6% for the same period. Endeavor in support of raising contribution value to GDP through the development of wood technology application in strategically sector, in housing sub sector, in particular of construction industry would have important meaning for the development in general.
This research is directed to evaluate the potential of the application of wood technology using metal connector on housing roofs in large scale so that it can be used to provide value added by those sectors that can take benefit of the techno economic value of wood to the optimum. To this end the research will also be carried out to the upstream through downstream, especially those related to and influencing the supply and demand sides of the potential of the application of wood technology.
A survey in literature shows Indonesia as having about 4000 kinds of wood of which 268 kinds are recorded as spreader and only 62 kinds or 179 botanical species are traded with economic value is needed in the development. In addition, this research will take stock of and evaluate the outcome of applying wood construction technology that has been developed and well tested in other countries, such as Australia. Research is also carried out on the potential of mass production by fabrication system or manufacturing and on the value added of the technology and various controls needed to achieve the intended objective. Various quantitative methods, including mathematical and statistical ones, have been used with regression for house supply analysis and wood contribution for roof frame, comparison of wood use against the metal connector and hypothetical try out needed.
The result of the analysis is evaluated on statistical standard level regarding its validity, trustworthiness and forecasting. The data have been used in representing and describing the current conditioning of construction industry, especially in Indonesia.
The research result hopefully:
1. Can provide additional information to increase the value added of wood material for the development of construction industry at its downstream sector and specially in agricultural sector to provide indication of the kinds of wood in the upstream sector needed in the upstream sector needed in the future.
2. Provides the picture of natural resource of Indonesia in the frame of its maximum utilization and development.
3. Gives indication of how much of wood economizing scale is needed for the increase in construction value added that can be achieved by the application of wood technology know how, especially in housing sector.
4. Increases the awareness of those related parties to the objective of construction industry development in general and housing sector in particular so that it can :
i. Support the government program in developing wood resource potential from the development program of. Industrial Forest Plantation.
ii. Drive construction industry to achieve more profitable value added for development through the use of wood material efficiently.
iii. Provide required training and information for the application of wood technological know-how of highly beneficial usage to those related sectors, construction industry in particular."

"Pengembang Real Estate dalam rangka menarik pembeli, selalu dituntut kreatif dalam mengembangkan proyeknya. Strategi tersebut umumnya dengan menampilkan image lingkungan real estate yang anggun, prestigious, dan memberikan segala kemudahan, keamanan, dan amenities yang lebih dari pengembang lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan nilai tambah adalah dengan memperkenalkan karya seni di lingkungan pengembangnya. Karya seni yang dimaksud merupakan bagian dari karya seni publik, karena diletakkan di ruang publik.
Penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana keberadaan karya seni publik di kawasan real estate mendukung keberhasilan pengembang. Walaupun keberhasilan pengembang ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor lainnya, penelitian ini membatasi hanya pada penelitian yang berhubungan dengan makna serta keberadaan karya seni publik terkait dengan pendapat masyarakat.
Penelitian ini dimulai dengan kajian tentang seni dan bagaimana peran seni berada dalam area publik serta bagaiman peran karya seni pada kehidupan manusia yang dapat memberikan nilai positif pada karakter, emosi dan nilai sosial bagi masyarakat. Secara khusus seni dalam area publik memberikan value positif pada perumahan yang pada akhirnya bisa meningkatkan market pada perumahan tersebut. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kehadiran seni dari sudut pandang konsumen.

Real estate developers need to be creative in developing the project that can attract customers. One of the strategies is by creating the excellent and prestigious image of real estate environment, which offers better convenience, security and amenities than other developers. One way to add the value of the property is by introducing artworks in the developer environment. Artwork is a part of public art which is located in public space.
This study describes how the presence of public art works in real estate environment can support the success of the developer. Although the success of the development is determined by various other factors, the research is focused on the presence of the artwork in relation to the perception of the users.
The study begins with the discussion on the presence of art work in public area and the role of art work in developing positive character, emotion and social value for the society. In particular the study found that the presence of art work in public area can add positive value to the housing and eventually raise the market value of the housing. The main finding of this study is on the importance of the presence of art work from the consumers? point of view.
