"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Country of Origin terhadap persepsi konsumen pada kualitas mobil dengan tiga tipe yang berbeda yaitu sedan, jeep, dan SUV, dimana negara asal mobil adalah Jerman, Amerika, dan Jepang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dimana analisa dilakukan secara deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan adalah secara deskriptif mobil sedan dengan country of origin Jepang dipersepsikan memiliki kualitas yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan mobil sedan dengan country of origin Jerman dan Amerika, mobil jeep dengan country of origin Jerman dipersepsikan memiliki kualitas yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan mobil jeep dengan country of origin Jepang dan Amerika, dan untuk mobil SUV origin Jepang dipersepsikan memiliki kualitas yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan mobil SUV dengan country of origin Jerman dan Amerika.Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan untuk mobil sedan Jerman agar terus meningkatkan kualitas agar tidak kalah bersaing dengan mobil sedan Jepang, untuk mobil jeep Amerika agar dapat melakukan promosi terkait dengan kualitas mobilnya.

This thesis will discuss the effect of Country of Origin towards Consumer's Perception regarding the quality of three types of automobile; Sedan, Jeep and SUV from Germany, USA and Japan. This study will focus on the quantitative side. The findings of this study demonstrate that based on descriptive analysis Sedans with Japan as the Country of Origin are viewed to have a better quality compared to the other sedans with Germany and USA as the Country of Origins. Moreover, Jeeps with Germany as the Country of Origin are viewed to have a better quality compared to the other jeeps with Japan and USA as the Country of Origins. And furthermore, SUVs with Japan as the Country of Origin are viewed to have a better quality compared to the other sedans with Germany and USA as the Country of Origins. This analysis suggests that German sedans should improve their automobile quality thus will be able to match the quality of Japanese sedans, while American Jeeps should continue their promotion towards better quality products."

"Loyalitas pelanggan adalah salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam industri barang maupun jasa. Jika pelanggan sudah loyal pada perusahaan atau organisasi tertentu maka pelanggan akan terus menggunakan produk atau jasa dari perusahaan tersebut. Industri freight forwarder merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Freight Forwarder sebagai penyedia jasa logistik pihak ketiga yang melakukan pengiriman barang melalui beberapa mode transportasi yaitu udara ,laut dan darat. Jarang di temukan pelanggan yang hanya loyal pada satu perusahaan saja. Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan tentunya akan menjadi tujuan utama bagi pelaku industri freight forwarder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang bisa meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada industri freight forwarder sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar untuk perbaikan demi meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. adalah perceived value, perceived quality, trust, customer complaint,dan image. Setelah dilakukan integrasi IPA dan Taguchi tampak bahwa sebenarnya terdapat hal-hal yang penting untuk ditingkatkan berkaitan dengan upaya untuk dapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Hal-hal tersebut adalah Trust, Image, dan Perceived Value. Indikator faktor yang berada dalam kuadran 4 (tingkatkan kinerja) adalah Care untuk faktor Trust, Reputation faktor Image, dan Considered to be a Good Buy untuk faktor Perceived Value.

Customer loyalty plays an important role in industry both product and services. If customer become loyal to one company or organization then customer will keep using the company?s product and services. Freight Forwarder is a third party logistics services provider which shipped goods using air, sea and trucking transportation mode . It has been so rarely found a customer who loyal only to one company. Commonly, customer moved from one to another company. To improve the service quality would be very important for the forwarder. This research's goal is to find out the which factors that affect customer loyalty that need to be improved. Previous research shows that perceived value, perceived quality, trust, customer complaint and image are the factors affecting customer loyalty. Integrated Importance Performance Analysis and Taguchi method was used in this research as the tools. The result shows that factor Trust, Image, Perceived Value need to be improved. Importance Performance Analysis for each factors indicator shows that Care for Trust, Reputation for Image and Considered to be a good buy for Perceived Value are the factor that need to be improved."

Dengan maraknya pertumbuhan industri kosmetik di Indonesia, diharapkan perusahaan dapat memiliki strategi-strategi yang tepat untuk bisa mendominasi pasar. Media sosial dapat menawarkan cara baru untuk perusahaan dan pelanggan untuk saling berkomunikasi satu sama lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh firm-created dan user-generated social media communication terhadap brand awareness / association, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality produk lisptick, bedak padat, dan foundation merek Wardah di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei berdasarkan purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm-created dan user-generated social media communication berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness / association, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality produk lisptick, bedak padat, dan foundation merek Wardah di DKI Jakarta.

Along with the development of the era, the existing competition is also increasing, as well as the growth of cosmetics in Indonesia. With the rapid growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, it is hoped that the company will have the right strategies to dominate the market. Social media can offer new ways for companies and customers to communicate with each other. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of firm-created and user-generated social media communications on brand awareness / association, brand loyalty, and perceived quality of product lipstick, compact powder, and foundation brand Wardah in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method based on purposive sampling. The data obtained were processed using SPSS and SmartPLS through descriptive statistical analysis and SEM. The results of this study indicate that the firm-created and user-generated social media communications have a positive effect on brand awareness / association, brand loyalty, and perceived quality of product lipstick, compact powder, and foundation brand Wardah in DKI Jakarta."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal persepsi mobility(Perceived Mobility), Persepsi kemudahan adaptasi (Perceived Adaptivity), persepsi kecepatan akses (Perceived Processing Speed), sistem dan kualitas layanan (System and Service Quality), kepuasan (Satisfaction) terhadap persepsi kegunaan suatu produk (Perceived Usefulness), sikap(Attitude), dan minat untuk menggunakan produk (Intention to Use) pada pengguna BOLT! Mobile WI-fi. Pengolahan digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan jumlah data yang berasal dari 78 responden. Hasil yang didapat adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Attitude dengan Intention To Use, Perceived Procesing Speed dengan Attitude, Satisfaction dengan Intention To Use, Perceived Mobility dengan Perceived Usefulness, dan Perceived Mobility dengan System and Service Quality.

The purpose of this paper is defining the effect of external factor (perceived mobility, perceived adaptivity, perceived processing speed, system and service quality, satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, attitude, intention to use)of BOLT! Mobile Wi-fi’s users. Questionnaires were sent to 78 respondents who had bought BOLT! Mobile Wi-fi. the data was analized with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The result indicated that attitude affected intention to use, perceived procesing speed affected attitude, satisfaction affected intention to use, perceived mobility affected perceived usefulness, and perceived mobility affected system and service quality.;"

"Para pekerja mengharapkan organisasi tempat mereka bekerja memperlakukan mereka dengan adil. Beberapa survey memperlihatkan bahwa masih terdapat praktik-praktik ketidakadilan ditempat kerja. Para pekerja merespon atas hal-hal yang mereka terima di dalam pekerjaannya dan tempat kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari percieved injustice pada sick absences, quit intentions, work alienation, dan alcohol use yang dimediasi oleh emotional exhaustion. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel pekerja formal di wilayah administratif DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 2.0. Terdapat 166 karyawan yang ikut serta dalam survei ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara percieved injustice pada sick absences, quit intentions, work alienation, dan alcohol use serta tidak ditemukan pengaruh mediasi dari emotional exhaustion

The workers expect the organization for which they work treat them fairly. surveys show that there are still injustice practices in the workplace. The workers responded to what they receive from their work in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the effect of percieved injustice on sick absences, quit intentions, work alienation, and alcohol use mediated by emotional exhaustion. The study was conducted by involving of workers in the formal administrative region of Jakarta as the samples. This research used a structural equation modeling with the Partial Least Square method and SmartPLS 2.0 software. There are 166 employees who participated in this survey. The results of this research indicate there is no effect of the percieved injustice to the sick absences, quit intentions, work alienation, and alcohol use and found no mediating effect of emotional exhaustion"

"Film-induced tourism telah menjadi fenomena yang berkembang dalam industri pariwisata dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, di mana para wisatawan cenderung mengunjungi suatu destinasi yang ditampilkan dalam sebuah film. Ada banyak penelitian yang telah dikembangkan untuk meneliti fenomena ini, namun, hingga saat ini belum ada penelitian akademis yang menyelidiki mengenai pengaruh film-pull motives, yang terdiri dari place, personality dan performance, terhadap behavioural intention dari generasi Millennials. Karena generasi Millennials cenderung berperilaku berbeda dibandingkan dengan kelompok lainnya karena karakteristik khas mereka, maka, konseptual analisis mengenai film-pull motives diperkenalkan untuk menyelidiki faktor – faktor dari film yang memotivasi behavioural intention dari generasi Millennial. Selain itu, efek moderasi dari film-pull motives juga diteliti terhadap hubungan antara destination image, perceived value dan behavioural intention dari generasi Millennials. Penelitian ini kemudian menggunakan film 'Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2' karena keberhasilannya di box office Indonesia pada tahun 2016. Sampel sebanyak 234 responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner online. Hipotesis kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan uji t. Analisis bootstrap kemudian diterapkan untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi dari variabel perantara, yakni perceived value. Hasil empiris mengungkapkan bahwa place memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap behavioural intention dari generasi Millennials. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari destination image terhadap behavioural intention dari generasi Millennials. Selain itu, perceived value dapat memediasi sebagian hubungan antara destination image dengan Millennials’ behavioural intention. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa bagi orang – orang yang memiliki film-pull motives yang kuat, terdapat efek mediasi dari perceived value, namun untuk orang – orang yang memiliki film-pull motives rendah, tidak terdapat efek mediasi dari perceived value. Implikasi teoritis dan manajerial juga disajikan berdasarkan temuan.

Film-induced tourism has been a growing phenomenon in the tourism industry in recent decades, where the tourists tend to visit the particular destination as featured in a film. There have been extensive studies being developed to address this phenomenon, however there is a lack of academic investigation on the film’s pull motivational factor, which is consisted of place, personality, and performance, towards Millennials’ intention to travel. As Millennials tend to behave differently compared to the other cohorts due to their distinctive characteristics, thus, a conceptual analysis of film-pull motives was employed to understanding the role of film attributes in motivating Millennials’ behavioural intention. Also, the moderating effect of film-pull motives was also assessed towards the relationship between destination image, perceived value, and Millennials’ behavioural intention. This study used ‘Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2’ movie due to its success at Indonesia box office in 2016 to understand its effect on film tourism in Yogyakarta. A sample of 234 respondents was obtained through online questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested with the use of regression analysis and Welch t-Test. Bootstrapping analysis then employed to investigate the mediation effect of the mediation variable. The empirical result indicated that place attributes of Yogyakarta as depicted in the movie played major role in motivating Millennials’ behavioural intention. Also, it was found that a positive influence from destination image towards the Millennials’ behavioural intention while perceived value mediated partially the relationship between destination image and Millennials’ behavioural intention. While being compared between the strong motivated Millennials and weak motivated Millennials, it was found that perceived value mediated partially the relationship between destination image and behavioural intention; and for the weak motivated Millennials, the mediating effect of perceived value was not established. The theoretical and managerial implications are also drawn subsequently from the findings.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) terhadap Word of Mouth melalui variabel mediasi perceived value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty pada produk Education First di English First (EF). Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara tidak langsung customer satisfaction terhadap word of mouth melalui customer loyalty sebagai variabel mediasi.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden. Sementara itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM).
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang diproksikan sebagai price, dan product berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived value dari sampel penelitian, sedangkan place dan promotion tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived value sampel. Perceived value sampel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, sampel dan customer satisfaction sampel berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty sampel dan Word of Mouth sampel baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, dan customer loyalty sampel berpengaruh terhadap Word of Mouth pada program Education First di English First (EF).

This research aims to analyze the impact of marketing mix on word of mouth through perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as the mediating variable, on Education First product at English First (EF). Beside, this research also intends to analyze the direct and indirect impact of customer satisfaction on word of mouth through customer loyalty as the mediating variable. This research is conducted through questionnaire distribution, while the sample collection is done through non-probability sampling which set in accordance to the research goal, therefore, total sample that are chosen in this research is 250 respondents. Meanwhile, the analytic method that is applied in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The result generated from this research shown that marketing mix variable which is represented by price and product significantly impacted on the samples perceive value, while place and promotion do not have any significant impact on samples perceived value. samples perceived value has a significant impact on samples customer satisfaction and samples customer satisfaction significantly impacting samples customer loyalty and word of mouth both direct or indirectly. While, samples customer loyalty has an impact on word of mouth on Education First Program.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan level staf PT BBA di kantor pusat melalui pemberian serangkaian program coaching. Responden penelitian ini ialah 87 orang karyawan level staf. Alat ukur yang digunakan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) (Eisenberger dkk., 1986) dan alat ukur Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1985). Hasil uji korelasi Pearson terhadap 87 orang karyawan level staf PT BBA di kantor pusat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja (r = .829, dan p = .000 (p<.05). Peneliti memberikan intervensi berupa rangkaian program coaching untuk meningkatkan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja. Presentasi kepada pihak manajemen perusahaan dilakukan sebagai penyesuaian terhadap sejumlah keterbatasan yang mengakibatkan tidak dapat dilaksanakannya rangkaian awal dari program coaching, berupa pelatihan yang telah direncanakan. Pihak manajemen memberikan respon positif terhadap rangkaian program coaching yang diajukan dan menganggap program layak untuk dijalankan di PT BBA. Dengan demikian, program coaching dianggap sesuai dan dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja.

This research was designed to examine the improving of correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction at employee on staff level in head office of PT BBA by giving coaching program series. The participants for this research were 87 employees on staff level. This research use Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) (Eisenberger et al., 1986) and Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1985). By using Pearson Correlation test, the result of this research showed that there was significant correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction (r = .829, and p = .000 (p<.05). In order to improve the correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction, coaching program series should had been given. Unfortunately, due to some difficulties which had found during research, this coaching program series cannot be done so that it was replaced by giving presentation to management. The presentation received positive response from management and perceived as worth program for the company. Therefore, coaching program series is suitable and can improve the correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction."
