"Internet has a remarkable strength as a medium of Communications: it has the potential of democratizing communication, by allowing everyone with access to the web to share their thoughts easily. One of the outcomes of teclinology communication is a social network site (SNS). It provides a media wliere somebody can attempt their existence through customrzation on their personal pages and connects with other person all around the world. Thus, it creates a new way of socialization in human beings.
Jnterestingly, there is some development, independently rnade by the users themselves, to consider the main function of social nerworking website. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in South East Asia, pointing Indonesia in this case. use social network site (SNS) as their online shop. However. mosi online shops havc not eamed profit yet because constuners pcrceived that online shop is riskier tlian traditional shop. Thus, online shop website should gain the relationship and trust with the consumers, because pervious research explained that in the end. trust associaled with consunier commitinent and loyalty would pursuit willingness to purchase.
This research used survey method to gather Information about website trust antecedence, website trust, and willingness to buy as the consequence of trust. To gather the primary data, this research used questionnaire and interview and used online joumal, books, magazines, and other theses as the secondary data sources. The population for the questionnaire-survey were consumers (whether they want to buy or not to buy the produet, also whether tliey are the online shop contacts or not) who accessed and have willingness to filied in and retumed back the questionnaire between November, la until 30u' November 2008, whereas the sampling technique of this research was non probability sampling method and used purposive or judgmental sampling technique with customer’s characteristic that ever been visit to Valere La Pena website and known multiply.com as social network site, and/or became a network in multiply.com. This survey method also used interview technique as qualitalive approach to enrich the data from the questionnaire.
The findings of this research show that al) the antecedents (seals of approval, website navigation, and transaetion security) significantly affected the website trust, where the website trust also significantly affected the willingness to purchase. This research also creates conchisions and suggestion for either managerial or further research."

"ABSTRAK
Fenomena yang saat ini marak terjadi adalah perkembangan teknologi dan kaitannya dengan gaya hidup masyarakat dalam segala aspek, salah satunya adalah dalam perilaku konsumsi. Munculnya teknologi menjadikan terjadinya perubahan sistem jual beli yang awalnya konvensional secara tradisional menjadi nonkonvensional melalui sistem online daring . Masyarakat merasa nyaman dengan adanya sistem jual beli secara daring dibandingkan dengan luring offline karena memperoleh berbagai kemudahan. Penelitian sebelumnya menyebutkan bahwa ketertarikan seseorang untuk berbelanja daring disebabkan adanya faktor demografi, teknologi serta ekonomi; dan keberlanjutan berbelanja daring ini disebabkan adanya kepercayaan yang dibangun melalui jaringan sosial yang sudah ada. Penulisan ini memiliki argumen bahwa selain jaringan sosial yang ada dapat memperkuat perkembangan toko daring, toko daring juga menciptakan adanya jaringan sosial baru melalui perilaku konsumsi yang dilakukan oleh para pelanggannya. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada sembilan 9 informan dan melakukan observasi sebagai data pendukung.

ABSTRACT
The phenomenon that is currently happening is vibrant technological development and connection with the lifestyle of society in all aspects, one of which is in the behavior of consumption. The emergence of technology makes the occurrence of system change and selling originally conventional traditional becomes non convensional online . The community is comfortable with the existence of a system of buying and selling online compared to offline since acquiring a variety of ease. Previous studies mention that the interest of someone to shop online due to demographic factors, technology and economy and sustainability of this online shopping due to the trust that was built through the social networks that already exist. The writing has an argument that in addition to existing social networks can strengthen the development of the online store, the online store is also creating new social networking presence through the behavior of consumption conducted by its customers. This article uses a qualitative approach with in depth interviews to nine informants and conduct observations as supporting data."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebab dan akibat terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan pada social commerce dengan fokus pada TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif konklusif, dan dilakukan secara single cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei yang dikelola sendiri yang didistribusikan secara online. Sampel yang diteliti adalah Warga Jabodetabek berusia 17-35 tahun berupa pengguna social commerce yang pernah melakukan pembelian di TikTok Shop dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Jumlah responden yang berhasil terkumpul sebanyak 251 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software PLS-SEM versi 4. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat anteseden yaitu kepuasan terhadap social commerce, reputasi, kualitas informasi, nilai sosial dan nilai emosional. untuk kepercayaan anteseden dalam social commerce yaitu reputasi dan kualitas informasi. untuk Konsekuensi kepercayaan dan kepuasan pada Social Commerce ada 2 yaitu niat beli ulang dan niat WOM. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa reputasi, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan. Reputasi, kualitas informasi, nilai sosial dan nilai emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat WOM dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat WOM dan niat beli ulang.

This study aims to determine the cause and effect on satisfaction and trust in social commerce with a focus on the TikTok shop. This research is a descriptive conclusive research, and was carried out using a single cross sectional survey. Data is collected using a self-administered survey which is distributed online. The sample studied was Jabodetabek Citizen aged 17-35 years who are social commerce users who had made purchases at the TikTok shop in the last 6 months. The number of respondents who managed to collect as many as 251 respondents. Data were processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and PLS-SEM version 4 software. In this study, there are four antecedents of satisfaction in social commerce, reputation, information quality, social value and emotional value. For antecedents trust in social commerce, namely reputation and information quality.  For the Consequences of trust and satisfaction in Social Commerce there are 2, namely repurchase intention and WOM intention. From the results of this study, it was found that reputation, information quality and satisfaction have positive influence on trust. Reputation, information quality, social value and emotional value has positive influence satisfaction. Trust has positive influence on WOM intention and satisfaction has positive influence both WOM intention and repurchase intention."

"Wacana keberlanjutan dalam konteks industri pakaian membahas pembelian dan penjualan baju bekas sebagai perilaku berkelanjutan. Terlepas dari perbedaan sosiokultural dengan negara Barat, pembelian baju bekas melalui toko baju bekas berbasis daring dibahas dalam wacana keberlanjutan di Indonesia. Pemilik toko baju bekas di Instagram mulai mengunggah konten yang mengangkat wacana keberlanjutan. Menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Wacana oleh Foucault dan Konstruksi Sosial atas Realitas oleh Berger dan Luckmann, penelitian ini berfokus pada konstruksi realitas pemilik toko baju bekas berbasis daring dan tidak berfokus pada analisis teks wacana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pemilik toko baju bekas di Instagram membentuk konstruksi wacana keberlanjutan dalam konstruksi realitasnya. Penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian social constructionism ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konstruksi wacana keberlanjutan oleh pemilik toko baju bekas di Instagram dilatarbelakangi oleh agen sosialisasi dan berhubungan dengan konstruksi realitas subjektifnya. Dalam proses konstruksi tersebut, pemilik toko baju bekas berbasis daring mengadopsi sudut pandang Barat dalam membentuk konstruksi wacana keberlanjutan. Melalui konstruksi wacana keberlanjutan, terbentuk dilema karena terdapat kesenjangan antara konstruksi wacana dengan realitas objektif. Dilema ini juga diperkuat melalui ketidaksesuaian ekspektasi terkait kuasa yang dimiliki pemilik toko baju bekas berbasis daring dengan realitas yang ditemui.

ABSTRACT
Sustainability discourse within the context of fashion industry discussed about the act of buying and selling used clothes as sustainable behavior. Regardless of sociocultural differences with Western countries, the act of buying used clothes through online thrift shop is being considered to be included within the sustainability discourse in Indonesia. Online thrift shop owners on Instagram began to upload contents promoting sustainability discourse. Using Foucault’s frame of mind regarding discourse and Berger and Luckmann’s social construction of reality framework, this research focuses on online thrift shop owners’ social construction of reality and does not focus on the discourse analysis. This study aims to explore how online thrift shop owners on Instagram construct sustainability discourse within their social construction of reality. This qualitative research, with social constructionism strategy, uses in-depth interview as the data collection method. This study discovers that the construction of sustainability discourse by online thrift shop owners on Instagram is motivated by their socialization agents and is related to their subjective reality construction. Within the process of construction, online thrift shop owners adopt Western world view in constructing sustainability discourse. This study also finds that through the social construction of sustainability discourse, online thrift shop owners experience dilemma from the discrepancy that they encounter between their discourse construction and the objective reality. The dilemma is also strengthened by the dissonance they experience between expectation regarding their owned power and the encountered reality.

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengonfirmasi model e-Satisfaction dan Website Trust
sebagai variabel mediasi antara dimensi e-Service Quality dan e-Loyality dalam
konteks online shop di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan
Structural Equation Modeling dengan Confirmatory factor analysis. Hasil analisis
menunjukkan bahwa dimensi e-Service Quality yang mempengaruhi e-Satisfaction
adalah Efficiency, Fulfillment, Responsiveness dan Website Design. Selain itu, e-
Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Website Trust.
Bersama-sama, e-Satisfaction dan Website Trust berpengaruh signifikan dan positif
terhadap e-Loyality. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi karena penelitian ini
membuktikan bahwa Website Trust dan e-Satisfaction merupakan variabel yang
dapat memediasi antara e-Service Quality dengan e-Loyalty.

ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to confirm the model of e-Satisfaction and Website Trust as a
mediation variable between the dimensions of e-Service Quality and e-Loyality in
the context of online shop in Indonesia. This research was analyzed by using
Structural Equation Modeling with Confirmatory factor analysis. The result of
analysis shows that the dimension of e-Service Quality affecting e-Satisfaction is
Efficiency, Fulfillment, Responsiveness and Website Design. In addition, e-
Satisfaction has a significant and positive influence on the Website Trust. Together,
e-Satisfaction and Website Trust have a significant and positive influence on e-
Loyality. This research contributes because this research proves that Website Trust

"Dengan terbatasnya keefektifan media promosi tradisional telah membuat peran media internet menjadi lebih besar dalam menarik pembeli dan mendongkrak penjualan, khususnya di media sosial. Perkembangan pesat online shop di Instagram adalah trend baru atas perpanjangan model e-commerce sebelumnya yang disebut dengan trend Social commerce (s-commerce). Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi digital, sebuah aplikasi media sosial seperti Instagram dapat menjadi alat pemasaran yang sangat menguntungkan ketika hal tersebut mampu menyebarkan, merekomendasi, dan mengadvokasi sebuah merek / produk. Hal tersebut merupakan ciri dari fenomena ekonomi Long Tail yang digerakan oleh tiga driving forces yaitu demokratisasi produksi, demokratisasi distribusi, dan menghubungkan pasokan ke permintaan. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkap 3 driving forces yang terjadi di media sosial Instagram, dimana demokratisasi produksi digerakan oleh tumbuhnya online shop berskala kecil – menengah, demokratisasi distribusi menjadikan sosial media Instagram sebagai agregator, dan penghubung pasokan ke permintaan adalah tekhnik – tekhik filter yang digunakan pelaku online shop di Instagram, yaitu : Paid Promote, SFS (Shout out For Shout out), Endorsement, Hashtag, Spam Comment, Sruduk Follow. Filter-filter tersebut sekaligus merupakan strategi – strategi komunikasi pemasaran kreatif yang digunakan pelaku online shop dalam memasarkan produk mereka

With limited the effectiveness of traditional advertising media has made the role of internet larger to attract shoppers and boost sales, especially in social media. The rapid development of online shop on Instagram is a new trend on the extension of e-commerce models previously called Social commerce trend (s-commerce). With the development of digital information technology, a social media application like Instagram can be a marketing tool that is very beneficial when it is able to deploy, recommend and advocate for a brand / product. It is characteristic of economic phenomena called Long Tail, which is driven by three driving forces of democratization of production, democratization of distribution, and connect the supply to the demand. The findings of this study reveal the three driving forces that occur in social media Instagram, where the democratization of production driven by the growth of online shop small - medium, democratizing distribution makes social media Instagram as aggregators, and connecting supply to demand is the filter technique used by the sonline shop in Instagram, namely: Paid Promote, SFS (Shout out Shout For out), Endorsement, Hashtag, Spam Comment, “Sruduk Follow”. The filters are at once is a creative strategy used by the online shops in marketing their products."

"Dalam skripsi ini, kedai kopi berkembang menjadi sarana interaksi sehingga memunculkan hubungan-hubungan yang baru. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pemanfaatan hubungan-hubungan baik yang sudah ada maupun baru terbentuk sebagai modal sosial pemilik untuk membangun dan mempertahankan usaha kedai kopinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi dan jaringan sosial untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami hubungan-hubungan apa saja yang terjalin sehingga membentuk sebuah jaringan dan menjadi modal sosial bagi pemilik. Dalam penelitian ini pemilik memanfaatkan hubungan pertemanan yang dimiliki sebagai sumber informasi dan ide untuk membangun kedai kopi, perekrutan barista, mendapatkan pasokan biji kopi, dan menjadikan teman-temannya sebagai pelanggan tetap. Pemilik juga memanfaatkan hubungan ikatan lemah dan kuat untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai barista baru, penyebaran informasi mengenai Rilis Coffee, dan mendapatkan potensi-potensi pelanggan baru. Selain memanfaatkan hubungan yang sudah ada pemilik menjalin hubungan-hubungan baru yang dianggap penting dalam menjalankan kedai kopinya, seperti kepada juru parkir dan satpam Pasar Santa. Hubungan-hubungan ini kemudian membentuk sebuah jaringan yang menjadi modal sosial yang dapat membantu pemilik dan menopang jalannya kegiatan ekonomi Rilis Coffee.

This paper examine the development of coffee shops into a media of interaction that creates a new relations among the people in the coffee shop. This research will focus on the utilization of new and existing relations as a social capital to build and maintain coffee shop business. This research will using ethnographic methods and social network analysis perspective to identify and understanding the relations that form a network and social capital. On this research the owner utilized his friendship relations as a source of ideas and information, barista recruitment, coffee beans distribution, and turn his friend into a regular customer. The owner also utilized his strong and weak ties relations to gain information about new barista, spreading information about Rilis Coffee, and gain a new potential customers. In addition to existing relations, the owner forge a new relationship that he considered important in day-to-day activities such as parking officers, security guard, and others merchant. These relations then form a network that acts as a social capital that can help the owner and sustain the economic activities in Rilis Coffee."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas informasi electronic word of mouth eWOM dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kami menguji tiga konstruksi jaringan sosial online, yaitu Tie Strength, Homophily, dan Source Credibility. Konstruksi diukur menggunakan pernyataan kuesioner dan analisis regresi berganda pada ukuran sampel 516 responden. Kami menemukan bahwa Tie Strength dan Homophily mempengaruhi Source Credibility, yang pada kemudian mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen tentang informasi eWOM, sehingga menambah efektivitas eWOM. Tie Strength, Homophily, dan Source Credibility juga memengaruhi persepsi konsumen di situs web, yang memengaruhi adopsi eWOM konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian mereka.

ABSTRACT
This study analyses the effectiveness of electronic word of mouth eWOM information to influence consumer purchase decisions. We test three online social network constructs, namely Tie Strength, Homophily, and Source Credibility. The constructs are measured using questionnaire statements and a multiple regression analysis on a sample size of 516 respondents. We found that Tie Strength and Homophily influence Source Credibility, which in turn influences consumer perceptions of eWOM information, thereby adding to eWOM 39 s effectiveness. Tie Strength, Homophily, and Source Credibility also influence consumer perceptions on a website, influencing the consumers rsquo adoption of eWOM in their purchase decisions. "

"Bioskop Blitzmegaplex dapat dikatakan sebagai pemain yang cukup baru dalam industri jasa hiburan bioskop di Indonesia dan menawarkan berbagai keunikan tersendiri terkait dengan kegiatan promosi secara online yang mereka lakukan sejak awal berdiri. Berbagai macam promo-promo ditampilkan secara menarik dan lengkap di website resmi Blitzmegaplex (www.blitzmegaplex.com). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh positif pada website Blitzmegaplex yang mencakup Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude dan Behavioral Intention.
Penelitian dilakukan pada dengan responden pengguna internet yang mengakses website Blitzmegaplex dalam 1 bulan terakhir maupun yang melakukan pembelian tiket bioskop secara online via website Blitzmegaplex, penggemar film-film terbaru di bioskop yang bertempat tinggal di Jatabek (Jakarta, Tangerang & Bekasi) dan konsumen yang pernah/gemar/sering menonton di bioskop Blitzmegaplex yang terletak di daerah Jatabek (sesuai dengan cabang-cabang lokasi Blitzmegaplex).
Hasil penelitian untuk keseluruhan produk menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan terhadap Attitude secara langsung. Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude dan terhadap Behavioral Intention secara langsung. Untuk Attitude, variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention secara langsung,. Penelitian terdahulu meneliti hubungan antara unsur tersebut dan menyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan diantara mereka. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya dikarenakan perbedaan lokasi negara yang diteliti.

Blitzmegaplex cinema can be regarded as a fairly new player in the industry of cinema entertainment services in Indonesia and offers a variety of unique characteristics associated with promotional activities online that they do since its establishment. Various kinds of promo presented in an interesting and complete the official website Blitzmegaplex (www.blitzmegaplex.com). The purpose of this study was to analyze a positive influence of Blitzmegaplex website which includes Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude and Behavioral Intention.
The study was conducted with respondents who are Internet users who access the website Blitzmegaplex in the last 1 month or those who purchased movie tickets online via the website Blitzmegaplex, fans of the latest movies in theaters residing in Jatabek (Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi) and consumers who ever / likes / watch in cinema Blitzmegaplex often located in areas Jatabek (according to branches Blitzmegaplex location).
The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affect on Perceived Usefulness and Attitude toward. Perceived Usefulness and Attitude significantly affect on Behavioral Intention directly. For Attitude, had a significant effect on Behavioral Intention directly. Previous research examining the relationship between these elements and expressed no significant relationship between them. The results of this study have a difference with the results of previous studies because of differences in the location of the countries studied.
