"Karya akhir ini membahas mengenai pendekatan Human Based Relationship sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu operasional pada UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa bimbingan belajar (bimbel) dan privat Aydin Dzaki Essence. Pemetaan kondisi UMKM memperlihatkan bahwa belum adanya standar pengelolaan bimbel dan privat yang sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Selain itu, standar kompetensi sumber daya manusia khususnya para mentor juga masih belum diperhatikan secara serius. Beberapa kesenjangan yang terdapat di bimbel dan privat Aydin Dzaki Essence adalah belum adanya pembagian job description, standar kompetensi, dan peraturan perusahaan yang jelas dan tertulis yang menyangkut operasional pekerja khususnya mentor. Selain itu, pengelolaan manajemen bimbel dan privat yang masih sederhana dan belum memenuhi kaedah-kaedah lembaga pendidikan resmi juga dikhawatirkan akan menghambat perkembangan bimbel dan privat Aydin Dzaki Essence. hal tersebut dikarenakan agar dapat menjadi lembaga kursus dan pelatihan yang resmi dan diakui pemerintah, maka manajemen Aydin Dzaki Essence harus mengikuti aturan yang berlaku terkait pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan non formal seperti bimbel dan privat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari bimbel dan privat Aydin Dzaki Essence.
.....This thesis explain the relationship of Human Based Relationship as an efforts to improve the operational quality of SMEs engaged in services and private tutoring, Aydin Dzaki Essence. The data show that SMEs condition nowdays have not a standardization to manage this industry due to laws and regulations. Furthermore, human resource management have not taken seriously, especially mentors. There is a gap in Aydin Dzaki Essence private course; that is not job description, standards competencies, clear and written company regulation yet, especially related to mentors operation. In addition, the management of Aydin Dzaki Essence is still simple and have not met the formal education institutions requirements that causes hampered of Aydin Dzaki Essence development. Hence, Aydin Dzaki Essence must follow the relevant government regulation for this industry sector to become formal institution course. The methodology that used in this research is a qualitative which to collect and analyze the data of Aydin Dzaki Essence."

"Kantin banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa sebagai tempat untuk berbagai kegiatan sehingga kualitas udara mikrobiologis pada lingkungan kantin menjadi diperhatikan terkait dengan risiko kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui sumber pencemar mikrobiologis pada kantin, seberapa besar konsentrasi bakteri dan jamur di udara, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bakteri dan jamur di udara, serta menganalisis penyebaran bakteri dan jamur yang dilakukan pada kantin FT dan FEB UI. Identifikasi sumber pencemar dilakukan menggunakan checklist yang mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1098/MENKES/SK/VII/2003 tentang Persyaratan Hygiene Sanitasi Rumah Makan dan Restoran Lampiran II Formulir Inspeksi Pemeriksaan Kelaikan Hygiene Sanitasi Rumah Makan dan Restoran. Kemudian sampel udara diambil menggunakan EMS E6 Bioaerosol Sampler Single-Stage dengan debit aliran udara sebesar 28,3 L/menit. Sampel diambil selama dua menit pada media Tryptic Soy Agar dan diiinkubasi pada temperatur 35 C selama 24jam untuk bakteri serta pada media Malt Extract Agar dan diinkubasi pada temperatur 25 C selama 48jam untuk jamur. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan selama lima hari. Lokasi-lokasi yang diduga sebagai sumber pencemar berdasarkan hasil identifikasi yang telah dilakukan adalah Dapur Kantin Dosen FT; Depan Ruang Cuci Piring Kantin Mahasiswa FT; Depan Meja Piring Kotor Lantai 1 Kantin Mahasiswa FT; Kedai Pedagang Kantin Mahasiswa FT; Depan Meja Piring Kotor Lantai 2 Kantin Mahasiswa FT; Ruang Cuci Peralatan Kantin Mahasiswa FEB; serta Depan Kedai Pedagang dan Ruang Makan Kantin Mahasiswa FEB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsentrasi bakteri tertinggi ditemukan pada FT2 sebesar 561 100 CFU/m3 dan terendah pada FT5 156 69 CFU/m3. Konsentrasi jamur tertinggi pada FT5 461 224 CFU/m3 dan terendah pada FT1 144 81 CFU/m3. Berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan metode korelasi Pearson didapatkan hasil dimana temperatur dan kelembaban udara memiliki korelasi yang lemah terhadap konsentrasi bakteri r=0,218;r=0,211 namun memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap konsentrasi jamur r=0,701;r=0,659 pada kedelapan lokasi sampling. Sedangkan intensitas cahaya memiliki korelasi yang sangat lemah terhadap konsentrasi bakteri r=0,115 dan korelasi lemah terhadap konsentrasi jamur r=0,226 pada kedelapan lokasi sampling. Kecepatan angin dan kegiatan manusia diduga menjadi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebaran mikroorganisme. Sedangkan ukuran partikel menjadi salah satu faktor kecepatan pengendapan dimana jamur memiliki ukuran yang lebih besar dibandingkan bakteri sehingga kecepatan jatuh jamur lebih cepat dibandingkan bakteri. Kecepatan pengendapan partikel bakteri dan jamur berada pada kisaran 0,0005-0,28 cm/detik.

Canteen is widely used by students as a place for various activities so that microbiological air quality in the canteen environment to be considered related to health risks. Therefore, research needs to be completed to find out the source of microbiological pollutant in the canteen, knowing the concentration of bacteria and fungi in the air, analyze what factors influence the growth and expansion of bacteria and fungi in the air, and analyze the pathway of bacteria and fungi at Canteen of Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economic and Business UI. Identification of souce of microbiological pollutant using a checklist referring to the Minister of Health Decree No. 1098 MENKES SK VII 2003 about Hygiene Requirements for Sanitation of Restaurants. Air Sampling was conducteb by using EMS E6 Bioaerosol Sampler Single Stage and worked at a flowrate of 28.3 l min. Sampels were collected for two min on Tryptic Soy Agar and were incubated at 35 C for 24 h for bacteria and on Malt Extract Agar and were incubate at 25 C for 48 h for the fungal. Sampling was conducted for five days. Locations suspected to be souce of pollutants based on the results of identification that have been done are kitchen of FT rsquo s lecturer canteen In front of the dish washer room of FT 39 s student canteen In front of unwashed dish table 1st floor of FT rsquo s student canteen Between Food Stall of FT rsquo s student canteen In front of 2nd Floor FT rsquo s student canteen In washing room of FEB rsquo s student canteen and in front of food stall and dining room of FEB rsquo s student canteen. The results showed that the highest bacterial concentrations were found in FT2 561 100 CFU m3 and the lowest at FT5 156 69 CFU m3. The highest fungal concentration at FT5 461 224 CFU m3 and the lowest on FT1 144 81 CFU m3. Based on statistical test using Pearson correlation method got result where temperature and humidity have weak correlation to airborne bacteria concentration r 0,218 r 0,211 but have strong correlation to airborne fungal concentration r 0,701 r 0,659 at eight sampling location. While the light intensity has a very weak correlation to airborne bacterial concentration r 0,115 and weak correlation to airborne fungal concentrations r 0,226 in the eight sampling location. Wind speed and human activity are suspected to be several factors affecting the spread of microorganisms. While the particle size becomes one of the factors of settling speed where fungal have a larger size than bacteria so the speed falls faster than bacteria. The rate of deposition of bacterial and fungal particles in the range 0,0005 0,28 cm sec."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan TIK yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat serta keterkaitannya dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat di Desa Kaliabu Kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran kualitas hidup penduduk Desa Kaliabu Kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan adanya pemanfaatan TIK melalui profesi Desain logo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan jika adanya keterkaitan antara pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui profesi Desainer logo dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup. Upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup terlihat pada aspek ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, kesehatan, dan politik.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses about the utilization of ICT and its relevance to efforts to improve the quality of life in Desa Kaliabu Kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang Province Jawa Tengah. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of life with the used of ICT through logo Desainer. With the descriptive research method, this study showed that there is a link between the empowerment of rural communities through the logo Desainer profession with efforts to improve the quality of life. In the efforts to improve the quality of life seen in aspects of economic, social, environmental, health, and politic."

"ABSTRACT
This research work assesses quality-related problem in Ethiopian garment enterprises in order to develop an applicable quality improvement model to improve the overall performance of the sector. A sample of 11 garment enterprises was taken considering the unexpected response rate, requirements for performing statistical analysis, available time, and survey cost. Primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed to identify quality-related problems of the sector using a well-structured questionnaire, interviews, personal observations, and review of previous works. The study performs a preliminary gap analysis is made by considering a case study to investigate the quality associated costs and apply SQC tools to identify the potential areas of improvements. Then, a quality improvement model is developed along with primary steps to implement the model to improve the competitiveness of the sector."
