"Krisis akibat serangan siber terhadap perbankan dapat menyebabkan pencurian data, dan mengganggu operasional serta layanan transaksi finansial yang berdampak terhadap nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan/implementasi, dan evaluasi manajemen komunikasi krisis perbankan yaitu PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk (BSI). Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta teori Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI belum maksimal dalam melakukan perencanaan manajemen komunikasi krisis. Terkait pelaksanaan/implementasi manajemen komunikasi krisis, BSI melakukan penanganan saat terjadinya krisis dengan menaikkan pemberitaan positif sebanyak mungkin dan berhasil mendominasi jumlah pemberitaan negatif. Sedangkan, evaluasi manajemen komunikasi krisis mendorong pembenahan yang dilakukan oleh BSI pasca krisis melalui pembangunan sistem monitoring, mencanangkan perwakilan tim komunikasi di daerah-daerah, serta melakukan pelatihan terhadapnya. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa perbankan perlu memperhatikan periode pra-krisis melalui monitoring dan pematangan pedoman mitigasi krisis, serta perlunya respon cepat, terbuka, solutif dalam memberikan informasi kepada publik maupun pemangku kepentingan.

The crisis resulting from cyber attacks on banking can lead to data theft and disruption of operational and financial transaction services, affecting customers. This research aims to provide an analysis of crisis communication management planning, implementation, and evaluation in the banking sector, specifically at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk (BSI). In this study, a qualitative approach is used, and the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) is employed as the theoretical framework. The research findings indicate that BSI has not maximized crisis communication management planning. Regarding the implementation of crisis communication management, BSI handles crises by increasing positive coverage as much as possible and successfully dominating the number of negative coverage. Meanwhile, crisis communication management evaluation encourages post-crisis improvements by BSI through the development of monitoring systems, establishment of communication team representatives in regions, and conducting training for them. The research results recommend that the banking sector needs to pay attention to the pre-crisis period through monitoring and maturing crisis mitigation guidelines, as well as the need for quick, open, and solution-oriented responses in providing information to the public and stakeholders."

"Saat ini dunia sudah memasuki era ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan (Drucker.P, knowledge based economy atau knowledge economy). Knowledgeeconomy hadirsebagai suatu sistem ekonomi yang dikarakterisasi oleh faktor-faktor seperti globalisasi pasar dan teknologi, demokrasi dari informasi dan ekspektasi, konektifitas universal, intensitas kompetisi yang bersifat eksponensial meningkat, pergeseran penciptaan kekayaan dari uang ke manusia dan knowledge workermarket yang makin bebas. Dalam era tersebut, setiap perusahaan harus selalu belajar dan mengelola pengetahuan yang dimilikinya agar menemukan cara untuk menumbuhkan dan membangun keunggulan sebagai suatu budaya organisasi sehingga mampu untuk terus beradaptasi dan mendapatkan keuntungan.
Ikujiro & Nonaka (ikujiro and nonaka, The Knowledge Creating Company,1995) mengemukakan Dalam teorinya, MODEL SECI , suatu model yang memposisikan pengetahuan sebagai sebuah proses manusiawi yang dinamis, menyangkut pembenaran terhadap keyakinan pribadi atas sesuatu yang diyakini benar adanya. Selanjutnya sebagai dasar yang fundamental dari teori tersebut, memfokuskan perhatiannya kepada aktivitas subyektif alami dari gambaran suatu pengetahuan, seperti komitmen dan kebenaran, yang berakar dari dalam sistem-sistem nilai individu.
Akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik informasi maupun pengetahuan adalah kondisi spesifik dan saling terkait yang tergantung kepada situasi serta interaksi sosial antara manusia yang terbentuk secara dinamis dalam suatu populasi seperti organisasi. Penciptaan pengetahuan dalam suatu organisasi dapat dipahami sebagai sebuah proses dimana organisasi memperbesar penciptaan pengetahuan yang dihasilkan oleh individu sebagai anggota organisasi. Dengan demikian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pengetahuan hanya diciptakan oleh individu dan organisasi tidak dapat menciptakan pengetahuan tanpa individu tersebut. Dengan Kesadaran akan hal tersebut harmonisasi antara keberadaan karyawan dan kebutuhan organisasi untuk mencapai sustainability development niscaya dapat terwujud. "

"Evaluasi Manajemen Komunikasi Proyek Berbasis Risiko pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Bintaro JayaManajemen proses komunikasi proyek memberikan hubungan keterkaitan kritis antara personil, ide-ide atau gagasan, dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kesuksesan suatu proyek. Seperti halnya dalam Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Bintaro Jaya yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam kinerja waktu proyek akibat dari beberapa faktor risiko yang ada dalam manajemen komunikasi proyek. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi khususnya kepada owner yang terlibat dalam proyek berupa pembangunan perumahan, agar dapat meningkatkan manajemen komunikasi yang telah dimiliki menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif pada faktor-faktor risiko dengan menganalisis setiap data kuesioner dari responden yang terlibat pada proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Bintaro Jaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 6 variabel peristiwa risiko yang diidentifikasikan menjadi risiko utama dalam penerapan manajemen komunikasi pada proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Bintaro Jaya.Kata Kunci : manajemen komunikasi, kinerja waktu, faktor-faktor risiko.

"Activities performed in organizations are coordinated via communication between the people involved. The sentences used to communicate are naturally structured by subject, verb, and object. The subject describes the actor, the verb the action and the object what is affected by the action. Subject-oriented Business Process Management (S-BPM) as presented in this book is based on this simple structure which enables process-oriented thinking and process modeling.
S-BPM puts the subject of a process at the center of attention and thus deals with business processes and their organizational environment from a new perspective, meeting organizational requirements in a much better way than traditional approaches. Subjects represent agents of an action in a process, which can be either technical or human (e.g. a thread in an IT system or a clerk). A process structures the actions of each subject and coordinates the required communication among the subjects. S-BPM provides a coherent procedural framework to model and analyze business processes, its focus is the cooperation of all stakeholders involved in the strategic, tactical, and operational issues, sharing their knowledge in a networked structure.
The authors illustrate how each modeling activity through the whole development lifecycle can be supported through the use of appropriate software tools. Penelitian pada tesis ini membahas mengenai perumusan strategi operasi dari Divisi Jaringan Teknologi Informasi terkait adanya investasi dengan melakukan integrasi vertikal infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi. Divisi Jaringan Teknologi Informasi sebagai unit kerja yang dibentuk terkait adanya integrasi vertikal ini belum memiliki prioritas dan tahapan implementasi strategi operasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengoptimalkan dukungan terhadap layanan bisnis dalam mencapai efisiensi operasional. Perumusan strategi operasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model strategi operasi Slack and Lewis. Hasil dari perumusan strategi operasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan strategi operasi Divisi secara formal dalam bentuk matriks strategi operasi dan tahapan implementasi untuk digunakan sebagai arahan dalam kegiatan operasional unit kerja.

ABSTRACT
The research on this thesis discusses the formulation of the operation strategy of the Information Technology Network Division related to the investment by doing vertical integration of communications network infrastructure. The Division of Information Technology Network as a work unit that is formed related to the existence of vertical integration has no priority and implementation stage of operational strategy yet which later can be used as a reference to optimize support for business services in achieving operational efficiency. The formulation of an operating strategy is done using the Slack and Lewis strategy model approach. The results of the operation strategy formulation of this research are expected to give the Division 39 s strategic strategy formally in the form of operational strategy matrix and implementation stages to be used as a direction in the operational activities of the work unit."
