"Karya akhir ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh rancangan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium di Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan metodologi rational unified process RUP . Rancangan kebutuhan yang sesuai kebutuhan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat mempercepat proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium. Percepatan penyelesaian proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium dapat membantu Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dalam memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan janji pelayanan.Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti workflow pada disiplin business modeling dan requirement pada metodologi RUP.Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pemodelan bisnis dan daftar kebutuhan, yang terdiri dari 3 business use case, 78 stakeholder request, 26 need, 33 feat, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, dan 17 supplementary spesification, yang akan diimplementasi pada sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium. Pada perancangan kebutuhan pada skala organisasi Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dibutuhkan re-enginering/rekonfigurasi proses pada metodologi RUP agar lebih efisien.

This study was conducted to obtain the requirements design of the laboratory information management system at the National Narcotics Boards Republic of Indonesia using the methodology of rational unified process RUP . The design of appropriate requirements of the system is expected to generate information that can accelerate laboratory testing services business processes. Accelerate completion of laboratory testing service business processes can help Drugs Testing Laboratory in providing services in accordance with the promise of service.The design is done by following a disciplined workflow in business modeling and requirements on RUP methodology.The results of this study were obtained business modeling and list of needs, which consists of 3 business use cases, 78 stakeholder requests, 26 NEED, 33 FEAT, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, and 17 supplementary spesifications, which will be implemented in laboratory management information systems. In requirement designing in the organization 39 s on a scale of Drugs Testing Laboratory, National Narcotics Board Republic of Indonesia, needed re engineering reconfiguration processes on RUP methodology to be more efficient."

"Sekretariat Jenderal MPR Setjen MPR adalah lembaga pemerintah non kementerian yang merupakan kesekretariatan lembaga negara dan bertanggungjawab langsung kepada Pimpinan MPR. Setjen MPR terus berusaha meningkatkan layanan kepada MPR dan alat kelengkapannya serta masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi SI/TI yang selaras dengan visi, misi dan sasaran strategis Setjen MPR. Namun pada kenyataannya, visi, misi dan sasaran strategis tadi belum tercapai karena kurangnya pemanfaatan SI/TI. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk mewujudkan visi, misi dan sasaran strategis Setjen MPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi Setjen MPR dengan metodologi Ward dan Peppard yang terdiri dari tahapan masukan dan keluaran. Penelitian ini melakukan wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terarah untuk pengumpulan data pada tahapan masukan, yang terdiri dari analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal bisnis dan SI/TI, di Setjen MPR. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rumusan strategi SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI, portofolio aplikasi mendatang dan peta jalan sehingga dapat mewujudkan visi, misi dan sasaran strategis Setjen MPR.

The Secretariat General of the People 39 s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as ldquo Setjen MPR rdquo is a non ministerial government institution as the secretariat of a state institution. It is directly responsible to The Heads of People 39 s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as ldquo MPR RI rdquo . Setjen MPR continues to strive improvement of its service to MPR RI, its supporting agencies, and the communities in term of the performance of information systems and information technology hereinafter referred to as ldquo IS IT rdquo in accordance with its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. However, in reality, it had not been achieved due to the lack of utilization of IS IT. Therefore, strategic planning for information systems is necessary to realize its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This study aimed to develop strategic planning for Setjen MPR 39 s information systems using the methodology of ldquo Ward and Peppard rdquo which consists of input and output stages. The research is conducting interviews and focus groups discussion to collect data on the stage of entry, which consists of the analysis of internal and external conditions of business and IS IT in Setjen MPR. The data collected is processed by employing thematic analysis. The result of this research is the formulation of IS IT including its management strategy, the application portfolio, and roadmap in order to realize the vision, mission and strategic objectives of Setjen MPR."

"PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penggunaan sistem informasi/teknologi informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi PT. XYZ untuk mencapai target perusahaan. Kondisi saat ini pemanfaatan SI/TI tidak mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan secara optimal. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah data yang tersedia tidak akurat dan tepat waktu, aplikasi yang terkotak-kotak (silo-silo), serta adanya keterlambatan proyek SI/TI. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi di PT. XYZ dan tidak termasuk anak perusahaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggabungkan case study research dan policy research. Metodologi perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada Ward and Peppard's Strategic Planning dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis seperti Value Chain, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, Five Porter Forces, PEST, Mc Farlan Strategic Grid serta teknik lainnya. Selain itu standar prosedur ISO9001:2005, ISO 27001, dan kerangka kerja COBIT digunakan pada penyusunan strategi manajemen SI/TI.Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan 3 (tiga) strategi yaitu strategi SI yang merupakan strategi perencanaan SI mendatang yang sesuai dengan strategi organisasi, strategi TI yang merupakan strategi infrastruktur TI yang dibutuhkan serta strategi manajemen SI/TI yang merupakan strategi yang diterapkan organisasi secara keseluruhan.Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan rekomendasi strategi tata kelola SI/TI dengan menggunakan metodologi Weill dan Ross, yang mencakup keputusan apa yang harus dibuat, siapa yang membuat keputusan dan bagaimana keputusan dibuat dan dimonitor terhadap 5 (lima) domain yaitu IT principles, IT architecture, IT infrastructure strategies, business application needs dan IT investment.

XYZ is a company engaged in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The use of information systems / information technology became a very important case for XYZ to achieve its targets. In the current condition, the use of IS / IT does not support the company's business processes optimally. The problem that occured were data that available was not accurate and punctual,fragmented applications (silos), as well as IS/IT project delays. This study was conducted to establish the strategic planning of information systems at XYZ Company and excluding subsidiaries.This research is a qualitative case study that combines case study research and policy research. Information systems strategic planning methodology used in this study refers to Ward and Peppard's Strategic Planning using several analytical techniques such as Value Chain, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, Porter Five Forces, PEST, Mc Farlan Strategic Grid as well as other techniques. In addition, the standard procedureof ISO9001:2005, ISO 27001, and COBIT framework was used in the preparation of IS/IT management strategies.This research will produce 3 (three) strategies, namely SI strategy which is IS future planning strategies in accordance with the organization's strategy, IT strategy which is a strategy of IT infrastructure required and the IS / IT management strategy which is a strategy adopted by overall organization.This study also resulted in strategic IS / IT governance recommendations by using the methodology of Weill and Ross, which includes what decisions should be made, who willmake thedecisions, and how decisions were made and monitored to 5 (five) domain, namely IT principles, IT architecture, IT infrastructure strategies, business application needs and IT investment."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses analisis lingkungan bisnis PT ABC yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor sebagai konsultan dalam penyusunan Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan PT ABC. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan pelaksanaan proses analisis lingkungan bisnis, baik eksternal maupun internal, yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor dengan teori dalam strategi manajemen oleh Whittington, Regner, Angwin, Johnson, dan Scholes (2020) serta analisis keuangan perusahaan yang disampaikan oleh David & David (2017) dan Palepu, Healy, dan Peek (2013). Lingkup yang dibahas pada analisis eksternal meliputi analisis makro global, analisis makro Indonesia, analisis industri, dan analisis kompetitor, sedangkan pada lingkup analisis internal meliputi analisis rasio, analisis arus kas, dan analisis tren. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagaian besar analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan internal PT ABC yang dilakukan oleh PT Advisor telah sejalan dengan teori. Adapun beberapa indikator yang perlu ditambahkan oleh PT Advisor pada lingkup analisis makro Indonesia adalah mengenai analisis pengaruh organisasi masyarakat, analisis isu yang diangkat oleh organisasi masyarakat, analisis jumlah paten baru, analisis jumlah inovasi baru, analisis cost and benefit penerapan operasional berkelanjutan, dan analisis peraturan perpajakan dan pelaporan, serta pada lingkup analisis industri menggunakan kerangka analisis Porter’s Five Forces. Pada lingkup analisis kompetitor menambahkan analisis fokus target konsumen kompetitor, analisis preferensi konsumen yang belum terlayani, dan analisis hambatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang strategis. Pada lingkup analisis keuangan juga perlu menambahkan analisis EPS, PER, quick ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, long-term debt-to-equity ratio, time-interest-earned, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, dan pertumbuhan laba bersih. Dengan penambahan analisis ini diharapkan dapat diperoleh data dan informasi yang lebih lengkap sehingga akan menghasilkan keputusan strategi manajemen yang lebih baik.

This internship report aims to evaluate the process of analyzing the business environment of PT ABC which was carried out by PT Advisor as a consultant in the preparation of the Company's Long Term Plan of PT ABC. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the implementation of the business environment analysis process, both external and internal, carried out by PT Advisor with the theory in strategic management by Whittington, Regner, Angwin, Johnson, and Scholes (2020) as well as the company's financial analysis by David & David (2017) and Palepu, Healy, and Peek (2013). The scope discussed in the external analysis includes global macro analysis, Indonesia macro analysis, industry analysis, and competitor analysis, while the internal analysis includes ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis. Based on the evaluation conducted, it can be concluded that most of PT ABC's external and internal business environment analysis conducted by PT Advisor is in line with the theory. There are several indicators that need to be added by PT Advisor to the scope of Indonesia's macro analysis, cosists of the analysis of the influence of community organizations, analysis of issues raised by community organizations, analysis of the number of new patents, analysis of the number of new innovations, cost and benefit analysis of implementing sustainable operations, and analysis on taxation and reporting regulation, as well as on the scope of industry analysis using Porter's Five Forces analysis framework. In the scope of competitor analysis, it needs to add analysis of the ompetitors' focus target consumers, analysis of consumer preferences that have not been served, and analysis of obstacles to take advantage of strategic opportunities. In the scope of financial analysis, it is also necessary to add EPS, PER, quick ratio analysis, debt-to-asset ratio, long-term debt-to-equity ratio, time-interest-earned, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and net profit growth. With the addition of this analysis, it is expected that PT Advisor can resulting more complete data and information to produce better strategic management decisions."
