"Computer industry in Indonesia gains a significant growth, about 20 percent - 25 percent every year. In market 2 million units sold for 2007, a small amount compare to 220 million live. With market this big, there?ll be positive increase of technology industry about 14 percent in 2010. Risk factor affecting the Company is: global markets for personal computers, and related peripherals and service are highly competitive and subject to rapid technological change. If the company is unable to compete effectively in these markets, its financial condition and operating results could be materially adversely affected. This under score the problem on how experiential marketing effecting the word of mouth behavior of Macintosh consumer.
Research of experiential marketing based on Bern H. Schmitt book Experiential Marketing: how to get your customers to sense, feel, think, act, and relate to your company and brand, the Free Press, 1999. Experiential marketing as independent variable measure by five dimensional: sense, feel, think, act, and relate. The dependent variable is word of mouth have three dimensional that become one variable measurable: costumer satisfaction, opinion leadership, and contiguous product.
Research method use survey to observe sample (Millis id-Mac), that use non probability sampling method for 78 respondent. To measure this research use semantic differential scale 1 for negative pole and 7 for positive pole. To analyze survey result use SPSS 12, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linier regression.
Respondent descriptive result show that MacBook have the bigger market that other type of Mac. As for result experiential marketing have two significant dimensional: think and act, both dimensional have high score for significant outcome.
This research conclusion, that experiential marketing have significant effect on word of mouth behavior for Macintosh consumer. Thou relate did not have such same result, it because the majority of market shares from creative professional has been place with personal user and education.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Word Of Mouth Konsumen (Studi pada Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex Central Park. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung velvet suite blitzmegaplex yang minimal berusia 17 tahun dan sudah pernah menonton di Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex CP. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan simple regresion. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Experiential Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth dengan nilai sebesar 34,7% dan sisanya sebesar 62,6% Word of Mouth dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.


The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Experiential Marketing To Consumer Word Of Mouth (study on Velvet Suite blitzmegaplex Central Park. The respondents in this study are the visitors of velvet suite, who are at least  17 years old, with a total sample of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling methods with purposive technique. Instrument in this study is a questionnaire that analyzed with simple regresion. The results of this research show that the Experiential Marketing have no significant influence of Word of Mouth with a value amounting to 34.7% and the rest of hitting on 62.6% Word of Mouth is affected by other factors."

"One of the most dangerous illnesses which are often ignored by indonesian people is osteoporosis. On the one hand, many people start to be aware with this illness.On the other hand most of the indonesian society does not pay attention to this issue. Marketers see this illness as a big opportunity. As a result, it could be seen that there are a lot of functional foods, especially for healthyness were developed by companies. This research uses one of the most popular brand in Indonesia, Anlene as an experiment objects considering that Anlene serves the specific markets in the healthy foods. This research identifies the effect of health value to attitudes toward the product. Furthermore, this research aims to acknowledge the effect of attitudes toward functional foods toward perception of healthiness and hedonic expectations. This research would also identify the effect of perceptions of healthiness, hedonic expectations, and word of mouth to purchasing intention. There are 8 hypotheses that would be tested and analyzed using SEM software LISREL 8.8. "

Web 2.0 telah merubah bentuk word of mouth tradisional menjadi word of mouth baru berbasis Internet yaitu electronic word of mouth (eWOM). Melalui eWOM, konsumen membagikan pengalamannya berupa opini dan informasi mengenai suatu produk dan merek. Merek yang memiliki nilai lebih di mata konsumen akan mempunyai ekuitas merek yang kuat juga, sehingga akan mendorong minat pembelian yang lebih tinggi. Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh eWOM melalui ekuitas merek terhadap minat pembelian pada pemasaran pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dan sifat penelitian eksplanatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wisudawan program Sarjana Universitas Paramadina periode April 2019 yaitu 131 wisudawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner, hanya 94 kuesioner yang diolah lebih lanjut berdasarkan pertanyaan saringan pada penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui jalur yang paling efektif dalam pembentukan minat pembelian pada konteks pemasaran pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung eWOM melalui ekuitas merek merupakan jalur yang paling efektif dalam pembentukan minat pembelian, sedang pengaruh langsung eWOM pada pembentukan minat pembelian memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, universitas dalam membentuk minat pembelian calon konsumen potensialnya harus menciptakan eWOM yang mampu membentuk ekuitas merek yang baik di mata calon konsumen potensialnya, sehingga minat pembelian konsumen akan menjadi tinggi.


Web 2.0 has transformed traditional forms of word of mouth into new Internet-based word of mouth or electronic word of mouth (eWOM). Through eWOM, consumers share their experiences in the form of opinions and information about a product and brand. Brands that have more value in the eyes of consumers will have strong brand equity, so that it will encourage higher purchase intentions. This thesis discusses the effect of eWOM through brand equity on purchase intentions in higher education marketing. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach through survey methods and explanatory research. The population in this study are 131 graduates of the Paramadina University Bachelor Program in the April 2019 period. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Based on filter questions in this study, only 94 questionnaires were processed further. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis. Path analysis is used to determine the most effective pathway in the formation of purchase intentions in the context of higher education marketing. The results showed that the indirect influence of eWOM through brand equity was the most effective path in the formation of purchase intentions, while the direct influence of eWOM on the formation of purchase intention had a smaller value. The result of this study suggests that universities, in forming the purchase intention of potential customers, must create eWOM which is able to shape a good brand equity in the eyes of potential customers. This strategy, assumed, will increase the consumer’s purchase intention.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai dampak pemasaran Experiential Marketing yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan Inul Vizta KTV Pejaten Village sebagai pengalaman dari segi Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate dan pengaruh nya terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pelanggan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan explorative. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Minat Beli Ulang Pelanggan dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan pengalaman berbentuk Feel dengan memperkuat penciptaan mood, afeksi positif dan kepuasan; menciptakan interaksi yang tinggi diantara people (staf dan manajer) dengan para pelanggan nya sekaligus membangun brand community yang kuat dan ekspansif demi meningkatkan pengaruh pengalaman Act dan Relate terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pelanggan.

This thesis discusses the effects of Experiential Marketing felt by Inul Vizta KTV Pejaten Village's Customers as their experiences, Sense, Feel, Think, Act and Relate experiences impact toward the Customers Repurchase Intention. This research is a qualitative research which utilized descriptive and explorative research designs. The result of this research suggests that Repurchase Intention can be driven by strengthening moods, positive affection and satisfaction; also by creating high interactivity between staff, managers (people) and customers while facilitating a strong and expansive brand communities, all in order to increase the effects of Feel, Act and Relate experiences towards Customers Repurchase Intentions."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana elemen-elemen movie marketing mix dalam suatu film Avengers: Infinity War people, feature, script, price, promotion, dan distribution) dan frekuensi kehadiran dalam kegiatan seni atau budaya (attendance) dapat mempengaruhi keinginan penonton untuk menonton film tersebut dan melakukan electronic word of mouth. Selain itu penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui apakah karakter kepribadian extraversion mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan electronic word of mouth. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel people dan script memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Frekuensi attendance tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Selanjutnya purchase intention dan karakter kepribadian extraversion berpengaruh secara positif terhadap electronic word of mouth.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the elements of movie marketing mix in Avengers: Infinity War movie (people, feature, script, price, promotion, and distribution) can affect the audiences intention to watch movies (purchase intention), as well as the impact of their intention to watch movies (purchase intention) on electronic word of mouth (EWOM). In addition, this study also wants to find out whether the frequency of attendance in art or cultural activities (attendance) can affect the audiences intention to watch movies (purchase intention) and dimension between elements of movie marketing mix and purchase intention. The character of extraversion personality traits was also tested for its effect on electronic word of mouth (EWOM). This research was conducted on one specific movie object, which is Avengers: Infinity War. Data processing is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that people and script have a positive effect to purchase intention. Attendance does not have effect to purchase intention. Furthermore, purchase intention and extraversion personality traits have positive effect to electronic word of mouth."

"Sebuah merek mewakili nilai fungsional, nilai kesenangan, nilai simbolik yang merefleksikan karakter dari seorang pembeli, citra negara asal yang memperlihatkan kecakapan produsennya. Itu semua membuat sebuah produk mudah "terbaca".
Untuk dapat menyelediki pengaruh dari citra negara asal pada persepsi kualitas konsumen, maka keempat merek notebook-Acer, Toshiba, MacBook Apple dan Zyrex dibandingkan. Responden penelitian ini adalah yang memiliki notebook yang asli dan bukan barang bekas atau barang ilegal karena dianggap tidak dapat mewakili kondisi asli produk. Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Adakah pengaruh citra negara asal terhadap persepsi kualitas konsumen?, (2) Apakah terdapat perbedaan citra negara tempat asal merek notebook pada masing-masing merek?, (3) Apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi kualitas pada masing-masing merek produk notebook?.
Penelitian ini menggunaakan metode survei. Kemudian struktur model dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Untuk memastikan perbedaan masingmasing merek, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji One Way Anova untuk mengetahui perbedaan analisis dalam populasi. Bonferroni juga digunakan untuk melihat lebih jauh merek mana yang berbeda dari merek yang lain.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh citra negara asal terhadap persepsi kualitas konsumen dalam korelasi positif yang searah. Hal ini menunjukkan sebuah citra negara asal yang tinggi akan meningkatkan persepsi kualitas konsumen.. (2) terdapat perbedaan citra negara tempat asal merek notebook pada masing-masing merek. (3) terdapat perbedaan persepsi kualitas pada masing-masing merek produk notebook.
Implikasi penelitian ini adalah penggunaan strategi penamaan merek dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan menyebutkan asal negara atau meletakkan label ?made-in? produk. Untuk produk Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memenangkan persaingan industri dapat memberikan nama asing untuk dapat menarik perhatian konsumen dan mencapai citra produk yang lebih baik.

In tegnology market, a brand name play the important role in consumer?s purchase decision, so is country of origin. A brand name represent functional value, pleasure value and symbolic values as a reflection of buyers?s self image; country of origin image address the producer?s competences. The whole of those makes a product easier to "read".
To explore the effect of country of origin on perceived quality consumen, four brands of notebook-Acer, Toshiba, MacBook Apple and Zyrex are compared. The research used survey method with subjects to have the original products of particular brand-not second hand products and/or not black market goods-to make sure the validity of answers about the brands. These research questions is: (1) is there impact from country of origin on consumer perceived quality?, (2) are there differences of country of origin among each brands?, (3) are there differences of perceived quality among each brands?.
These reseach use survey method. Model structure will be tested by singleregression. To measure the difference among the brands, the research also conducted One Way Anova test to know the variance analysis in the population area. Bonferroni also used to find out which brand(s) differ from other.
Based on research question, the research indicates the following result: (1) there is impact from country of origin image on consumer perceived quality in positive linear direction. It showed that high country of origin image increase consumer perceived quality. (2) there are differences of country of origin image among each brands. (3) there are differences of country of origin of consumer perceived quality among each brands.
The implication from the result reseach is brand-naming strategy can help to increase sales by mentioning in the home-country or put the ?made-in? label on products. For Indonesian?s products in the purpose to survive or even win the competiton in industry companies may considered to give foreign brand name to attract consumer?s attention and achieve a better product image."

"Sebagian besar toko ritel saat ini menggunakan musik sebagai background toko. Akan tetapi musik yang diputar tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk mempengaruhi konsumen. Kurangnya referensi menyebabkan pemakaian musik background kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian yang lebih mendetail mengenai pengaruh musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eyetracking untuk merekam gerakan mata. Responden diperlihatkan suatu gambar stimulus sama pada kondisi tanpa musik, musik tempo lambat, dan musik tempo cepat dengan menggunakan musik instrument. Hasilnya menunjukkan musik tempo secara signifikan mempengaruhi durasi fiksasi responden pada kategori Brand pada gambar stimulus sedangkan pada kategori Price tidak signifikan.

Most of retail stores currently use the music as background of store. But the music that was played was not fully utilized to influence consumers. The lack of reference leads to less effective use of background music. Therefore, more detailed research is needed regarding influence of music. This study used eyetracking method for recording eye movements. Respondents were shown a picture of the same visual stimulus in the three of condition, no music, slower tempo music, faster tempo music using a musical instrument. The result show that the music tempo significantly affect the fixation duration of the respondents in the brand category on the picture while price category was not significant."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, intensi berperilaku dan komunikasi mulut ke mulut (WOM) pada konsumen Starbucks Coffee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara online kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Starbucks Coffee berusia 18-34 tahun, pernah mengunjungi kedai dan mengonsumsi produk Starbucks Coffee di Jakarta minimal sekali dalam enam bulan terakhir dan menjadi pengikut dari Instagram/Twitter Starbucks Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis (z) dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kuat antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap intensi berperilaku dan komunikasi mulut ke mulut (WOM) serta kepuasan konsumen terhadap intensi berperilaku dan komunikasi mulut ke mulut (WOM). Namun terdapat pengaruh sangat kuat antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan intensi berperilaku terhadap komunikasi mulut ke mulut (WOM).

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing activities towards consumer satisfaction, behavior intention and word-of-mouth (WOM) on Starbucks Coffee’s consumers in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research questionnaires were distributed online to 100 respondents who were Starbucks Coffee’s consumers aged 18-34 years, had visited the shop and consumed Starbucks Coffee products in Jakarta at least once in the past six months and became a follower of Starbucks Indonesia Instagram/Twitter. The analysis technique used is simple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (z) using SPSS 26. The results show that there are strong influences between social media marketing activities towards behavior intention and word-of mouth (WOM) and consumer satisfaction towards behavior intention and wordof-mouth (WOM). However, there are very strong influences between social media marketing activities towards consumer satisfaction and behavior intention towards wordof-mouth (WOM)."
