"Bekerja di lembaga NGO dianggap bukan sekedar masalah seberapa besar gaji yang didapat, akan tetapi lebih pada motivasi untuk melakukan lebih pada masyarakat.  Karyawan di NGO bergabung dengan berbagai alasan namun penghargaan dan kepuasan psikologis merupakan motif penting untuk menjadi sukarelawan. Penelitian ini akan menguji hubungan antara volunteer motivation, perceived  organizational support, employee well-being dan organizational commitment pada pada Non-Government Organization (NGO) bidang kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang akan dibantu oleh Departemen SDM di beberapa NGO di Indonesia dalam pendistribusiannya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Total responden penelitian ini berjumlah 206 orang responden dari berbagai NGO di bidang kesehatan di Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa v olunteer motivation tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Volunteer motivation juga tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee well-being. perceiverd organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dan employee well-being. Employee well-being berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment.

Working in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is considered not only about a how much earned salary, but rather about the motivation to do more with the community. Employees in non-profit organizations join for various reason but psychological appreciation and satisfaction are important motives for volunteering. This study will examine the relationship between volunteer motivation, perceived organizational support, employee well-being and organizational commitment in NGO for health sector in Indonesia. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection methdo which would be assisted by HR Department in several NGO in Indonesia to be distrubuted. The data analysis method in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The total respondents of this study were 206 respondents from various NGO in the health sector in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Volunteer motivation did not prove to have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Volunteer motivation also did not prove to have a significant effect on Employee Well-Being. Organizational Support has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Support also has a positive effect on Employee Well-Being. Finally, Employee Well-Being has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment."

"ABSTRAK
Budaya organisasi merupakan elemen kunci pelaksanaan koordinasi perawatan. Tesis inimembahas tentang penerapan koordinasi perawatan berpusat pada pasien dan gambaranbudaya yang dimiliki perawat di unit perawatan intensif RS di Jakarta. Fokus utama dalampenelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat kesesuaian budaya yang dimiliki dengan penerapankoordinasi perawatan yang dilakukan untuk pasien kritis saat ini. Tujuan penelitian iniyaitu melihat hubungan jenis budaya organisasi dengan koordinasi perawatan di 4 RSpemerintah dan swasta di Jakarta dilihat dari perspektif perawat ICU. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan melibatkan 221 perawatsebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner OCAI danKoordinasi perawatan di ICU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis budaya clan 0,005 danbudaya market 0,000 berhubungan dengan koordinasi perawatan p < 0,005 . Budayaclan memiliki hubungan yang positif yang lemah dengan koordinasi perawatan r=0,172 .Sedangkan, budaya market memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan lemah dengan koordinasiperawatan r=-0,262 . Jenis budaya organisasi mana yang paling berhubungan dengankoordinasi perawatan adalah budaya market. OR budaya market 0,984 artinyakemungkinan perawat yang bekerja di budaya market dominan melakukan koordinasi yangkurang baik 0,984 kali kemungkinan perawat yang bekerja di budaya market tidakdominan. Setiap peningkatan budaya market sebesar 1 poin akan memberikan perubahan0,984 dalam koordinasi perawatan. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi RS untukmempertahankan budaya clan sebagai budaya dominan di unit perawatan intensif yangmembutuhkan koordinasi perawatan lebih baik dibandingkan ruangan lainnya. Selain itu,temuan ini juga memberi informasi bahwa implementasi budaya market yang berkembangdi tengah persaingan RS saat ini kurang sesuai dengan pelaksanaan koordinasi perawatanyang baik di unit perawatan intensif.

ABSTRACT
Organizational culture is a key element in the implementation of care coordination. Thisthesis discusses the application of care coordination in patient centered care and the nurse 39 scultural features in the intensive care unit of the hospital in Jakarta. The main focus in thisstudy is to see the suitability of the culture that is possessed by the implementation of carecoordination done for the critical patient at this time. The purpose of this study is to lookat the relationship of the type of organizational culture with the care coordination in 4public and private hospitals in Jakarta from the perspective of ICU nurses. "[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan karir organisasi
(organizational career growth) dan persepsi politik organisasi (perceptions of
organizational politics) terhadap maksud pengunduran diri (turnover intention)
para pegawai dinas luar negeri non diplomatik pada Kementerian Luar Negeri
Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis
menggunakan metode regresi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diperoleh
dari 208 pegawai non diplomatik pada Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik
Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pertumbuhan karir organisasi
berpengaruh negatif terhadap maksud pengunduran diri, dan persepsi politik
organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap maksud pengunduran diri. Ditemukan
bahwa pencapaian tujuan karir mempengaruhi maksud pengunduran diri secara
signifikan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa semakin besar peluang yang diberikan
organisasi kepada pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan karirnya, maka akan mengurangi
kecenderungan pegawai untuk meninggalkan organisasi. General political
behavior sebagai dimensi dari persepsi politik organisasi mempengaruhi maksud
pengunduran diri secara signifikan. Disimpulkan pula bahwa persepsi politik
organisasi meningkatkan niat untuk meninggalkan organisasi.

career growth and turnover intention, as well as perceptions of organizational
politics and turnover intention, among non diplomatic staffs of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. This research used quantitative design
and analyzed by regression method. The data were collected by questionnaires from
208 respondents of non diplomatic staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study show that the organizational career
growth are negatively related to turnover intention, and the perceptions of
organizational politics are positively related to turnover intention. It was found that
career goal progress have strong influences on turnover intention. The researcher
suggest that the greater opportunities provided by an organization for employees to
meet their career goals, make employees less likely to consider leaving the
organization. General political behavior as dimension of perceptions of
organizational politics have strong influences on turnover intention. It suggest that
perceptions of organizational politics are increase the intention to leave the

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT Sepatu Bata Tbk.(N=118). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur. Variabel employee engagement diukur dengan menggunakan 4 dimensi, yaitu Get, Give, Belong dan Grow. Sedangkan OCB diukur dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi yaitu Altruism, Conscientious, Sportsmanship, Courtesy dan Civic virtue. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari employee engagement terhadap OCB.

The study was being conducted on employee (N=118) of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk.The two measuring instruments were used to collect data. "Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasional di PT.Lintas Media Telekomunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Budaya organisasi di PT.Lintas Media Telekomunikasi. (2) Komitmen organisasional di PT.Lintas Media Telekomunikasi dan (3) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan tetap di PT.Lintas Media Telekomunikasi. Indikator budaya organisasi yang digunakan menurut Denison, yang terdiri dari empat dimensi yakni, keterlibatan, kemampuan adapatasi, konsistensi dan misi sedangkan komitmen organisasional yang digunakan menurut Allen dan Meyer yang membagi komitmen menjadi tiga komponen yakni afektif, berkesinambungan dan normatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif.
Penelitian ini bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta pengaruh antar variabel budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam mengolah data yang diperoleh, digunakan SPSS versi 17.0. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya orgapnisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan di PT.Lintas Media Telekomunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini sama dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Ferudun Sezgin tahun 2010.

This study has the objective to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment at PT.Lintas Media Telecommunications.. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) organizational culture at PT.Lintas Media Telecommunications. (2) Organizational Commitment at PT.Lintas Media Telecommunications. and (3) The influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment of employees remain at PT. Lintas Media Telecommunications. Organizational culture indicators used by Denison, which consists of four are, engagement, adaptation capability, consistency and mission and commitment organizational indicator used according to Allen and Meyer were divided into three components: commitment affective, continuous and normative. The research is an explanative research with quantitative approaches.
This research intends to clarify the position of the studied variables and between variables influence organizational culture with organizational commitment .Data was gathered through literature study and distributing questionnaires. In this research can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant impact on organizational commitment of employees at PT.Lintas Media Telecommunications. The results of this study together with the results of the research that has been done by Ferudun Sezgin in 2010.

"Anggota organisasi yang memiliki organizational citizenship behavior OCB yang rendah, terbukti akan memiliki kinerja yang rendah. Studi sebelumnya telah membahas mengenai OCB secara komprehensif dalam perspektif ilmu Bisnis, Manajemen, dan Psikologi. Keseluruhan studi tersebut telah menggambarkan bukti empiris bahwa OCB terkait dengan kinerja organisasi. Namun kajian terdahulu ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu tidak mengkaji faktor yang dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan OCB itu sendiri. Berbeda dengan kajian sebelumnya, artikel ini mengkaji OCB dari sudut pandang sosiologi, khususnya perspektif modal sosial sebagaimana modal sosial terbukti dapat berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan komitmen anggota organisasi dalam bekerja sama satu sama lain. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini akan mengkaji mengenai OCB berbasiskan pada modal sosial di PT G4S Cash Service dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data akan diperoleh melalui observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam.

Members of organization with low organizational citizenship behavior OCBs will prove to have low performance. Previous studies have examined OCBs comprehensively in perspective of Business, Management, and Psychology. The whole study has illustrated empirical evidence that OCBs are related to organizational performance, but these studies have weaknesses that it does not examine factors that can affect OCBs themselves. In contrast to previous studies, this article examines the OCBs from a sociological point of view, particularly the perspective of social capital as social capital has been shown to contribute to the formation of the commitment of members of the organization in co-operation with one another. Therefore, this study will examine the OCBs based on social capital in PT G4S Cash Service using a qualitative approach. Data collection will be obtained through observation, literature studies and in-depth interviews. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh external pressure dan organizational justice terhadap resistance to change di PT. X. PT. X adalah perusahaan badan usaha milik negara yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultasi, survei, inspeksi dan verifikasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi. Resistance to change adalah faktor yang menghambat proses perubahan. External pressure memiliki dimensi coercive, mimetic dan normative pressure. Organizational justice memiliki dimensi distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice dan informational justice.
Hasil penelitian terhadap 262 responden menunjukkan tingkat resistance to change di PT. X dikategorikan sedang. Dimensi mimetic pressure berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap resistance to change, dimensi informational justice berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap resistance to change. Sedangkan coercive, normative, distributive justice, procedural justice dan interpersonal justice tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap resistance to change.

This research aims to determine the effect of external pressure and organizational justice to resistance to change at PT. X. PT. X is a state-owned enterprise with field of work as consultant for survey, inspection, and verification. Data analysis method used are statistic descriptive analysis and regression. Resistance to change is a factor that prevent change prosess. External pressure has dimensions of coercive, mimetic and normative pressure. Organizational justice has dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice.
Researh findings on 262 respondents indicated the level of resistance to change at PT. X categorized as moderate. Dimension of mimetic pressure significantly impact to resistance to change, dimension informational justice significantly influence and negatif impact to resistance to change. Whereas coercive, normative, distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice not proven significantly influence resistance to change.

"Anggota pengurus KOHATI pada kepengurusan tahun 2013/2014 memiliki pengurus yang berjumlah 31 orang dengan masa keanggotaan dan jurusan yang beraneka ragam. Data daftar hadir rapat memperlihatkan banyaknya anggota pengurus yang datang selalu berubah-ubah dan tidak pernah mencapai 31 orang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu dan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di KOHATI (Korps HMI-wati) Cabang Ciputat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini memakai kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Dari 31 kuesioner yang disebar, sebanyak 31 kuesioner kembali atau dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan analisis linier regresi ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear ganda, karakteristik individu dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.
Saran bagi KOHATI Cabang Ciputat adalah lebih mengintensifkan bagaimana menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik agar dapat meningkatkan komitmen anggota pengurus terhadap organisasinya.

A member management of KOHATI Branch Ciputat in the period 2013/2014 consist of 31 people with different membership and majors. Meeting attendance list shows the number of a member management who come always changing and never reached 31 people.
The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of individual characteristics and organizational climate toward organizational commitment in KOHATI (Korps HMI-wati) Branch Ciputat. This research applies quantitative approach. The technique of sample taking used in this study is census because a population of less than 100 people so all of the population as sampled. This research uses questionnaire as its tool. Among the 31 questionnaires are distributed, 31 were returned back, or in other words, approximately 100% of the total amount of the distributed ones. The research are tested through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of the study show that individual characteristics has positive impact on organizational commitment significantly. Organizational climate has positive impact on organizational commitment significantly. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, individual characteristics and organizational climate have positive impact on organizational commitment simultaneously and significantly.
According to the result of this study, KOHATI (Korps HMI-wati) Branch Ciputat intensify how to create a better organizational climate to increase the commitment organization of the member management.
