"This research aims to examine the influence of marketing mix carried out media performance social media portal on attitude towards a social marketing program,and its relationship with source credibility of the portal. This study was focused on "Generasi Berencana" Program (Generation with Plan Program, a program aimed at educating the youth on family planning) The Research employed Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). Based on data from 150 respondents it can be concluded that in social marketing programs, source credibility, engagement, word of mouth have positive influence on the formation of behavior, but awareness of a program is not found to influence formation of behavior. This research also obtained findings that attitudes influence behavioral intention, but subjective norms is not positively influence the formation of behavioral intentions."

"Pada konteks social media marketing activities (SMMA), diperlukan strategi yang meliputi lima dimensi entertainment, interactivity, trendiness, customization dan electronic word of mouth. Penelitian ini akan berfokus untuk memahami peranan social media marketing activities dalam memberikan dampak secara positif terhadap brand equity pada produk premium running watch Garmin, yang didasari oleh peningkatan terhadap brand image dan brand awareness yang akan berujung terhadap munculnya brand loyalty dalam memprediksi willingness to pay for premium running watch. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan metode confirmatory factor analysis. Penelitian ini menganalisis 220 responden dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun yang memilki sosial media dan mempunyai pengalaman dalam menggunakan produk Garmin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan kuesioner dan data yang didapat diolah dengan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari olahan data menunjukkan bahwa beberapa dimensi Social Media Marketing Activities memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Equity, yang berupa Brand Awareness dan Brand Image. Namun, Variabel Brand Equity tidak semua nya memilki pengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty untuk memprediksi Consumer Willingness to Pay Premium.

In the context of social media marketing activities (SMMA), a strategy is needed that covers five dimensions of entertainment, interactivity, trendiness, customization, and electronic word of mouth. The research will focus on understanding the role of social media marketing activities in positively impacting brand equity on Garmin’s premium running watch products, based on improved brand image and brand awareness that will end up with the emergence of brand loyalty in predicting willingness to pay for premium running Watch. The research is cross-sectional with confirmatory factor analysis. The study analyzed 220 respondents aged 18 to 40 who used social media and had experience using Garmin products. The method of data collection used is questionnaires and data obtained processed with the technique of Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Results from data processing show that several dimensions of Social Media Marketing Activities have a positive impact on Brand Equity, which are Brand Awareness and Brand Image. However, Variable Brand Equity does not all influence Brand Loyalty to predict Consumer Willingness to Pay Premium."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia. Penulisan ini merupakan kajian literatur berupa telaah kasus yang menganalisa tujuh kasus di Indonesia yang terdapat jenis pekerja dan klasifikasi aktivitas ekonomi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia, lebih tepatnya terkait dengan jenis, pengawasan, dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana jaminan sosial dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja perempuan di Indonesia. Kasus-kasus tersebut akan dianalisa dengan teori dan konsep jenis jaminan sosial, pengawasan jaminan sosial, dan kesejahteraan sosial pekerja perempuan. Dalam kasus yang digunakan, terdapat jenis pekerja formal dan informal dengan sektor ekonomi atau klasifikasi aktivitas ekonomi. Hasil analisa penulisan ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat dua jenis jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia yang teridentifikasi berdasarkan Hall dan Midgley, yakni asuransi sosial dan kewajiban pemberi kerja. Dalam asuransi sosial, beberapa perusahaan berkolaborasi dengan Jamsostek dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Dalam kewajiban pemberi kerja terdapat hak pekerja perempuan, yakni hak cuti haid, hamil dan melahirkan, keguguran, dan hak menyusui sebagaimana terdapat dalam UU RI No.13/2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Penyelenggaraan jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik. Masih terdapat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang tidak sesuai dengan undang-undang, sehingga menimbulkan hasil yang kurang baik dan belum tercapainya kesejahteraan bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia. Hal ini karena pengawasan oleh pemerintah yang belum baik dan serikat pekerja yang belum terdapat di seluruh perusahaan. Padahal, serikat pekerja memiliki fungsi untuk memberikan keadilan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja. Jaminan sosial merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Tugas karya akhir ini menganalisa peningkatan kesejahteraan pekerja perempuan berdasarkan tiga elemen yang dikemukakan oleh Midgley yang mendefinisikan kesejahteraan sosial sebagai suatu kondisi, yakni 1) masalah sosial dapat dikelola; 2) kebutuhan dapat terpenuhi; dan 3) tersedianya kesempattan untuk berkembang. Berdasarkan tiga elemen tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa asuransi sosial telah meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial pekerja perempuan, sedangkan kewajiban pemberi kerja masih belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja perempuan Dengan demikian, penulis memberikan rekomendasi kepada beberapa pihak terkait yang sekiranya dapat meningkatkan jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan, yakni pemerintah, pengusaha, pekerja perempuan, dan penelitian selanjutnya. Rekomendasi bagi pemerintah adalah meningkatkan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan jaminan sosial, melakukan pendampingan dengan baik bagi pekerja perempuan yang menjadi korban, dan menekankan pentingnya kehadiran serikat pekerja di perusahaan. Rekomendasi bagi pengusaha adalah memberikan jaminan sosial yang sesuai dengan UU yang berlaku, melibatkan serikat pekerja di perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan perjanjian kerja, dan mengedukasi pekerja perempuan tentang hak perlindungan yang mereka miliki. Rekomendasi bagi serikat pekerja adalah untuk lebih kritis dan terlibat dalam pembuatan kebijakan perusahaan dan membuat konseling. Rekomendasi untuk pekerja perempuan adalah membaca dan memahami kembali hak-hak jaminan sosial yang mereka miliki dan perlu terlibat secara aktif dan masif dalam serikat pekerja. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk lebih menggali terkait jenis jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia, lebih mengaitkan jaminan sosial dengan sektor atau klasifikasi aktivitas ekonomi dan jenis pekerja, meneliti terkait dampak pelaksanaan jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia, dan membandingkan jaminan sosial bagi pekerja perempuan di Indonesia dengan negara lain.

This final project discusses social protection for women workers in Indonesia. This paper is a literature review in the form of a case study that analyzes seven cases in Indonesia, which involve various types of workers and classifications of economic activities. The purpose of this paper is to describe how social protection for women workers in Indonesia is implemented, specifically concerning the types of protection, supervision, and how social protection can enhance the welfare of women workers in Indonesia. These cases will be analyzed using theories and concepts of social protection types, social protection supervision, and the social welfare of women workers. The cases used include both formal and informal workers within different economic sectors or classifications of economic activities. The analysis of this paper found that there are two types of social protection for women workers in Indonesia, identified based on Hall and Midgley, namely social insurance and employer mandates. In social insurance, several companies collaborate with Jamsostek and BPJS Ketenagaekerjaan. Regarding employer mandates, women workers have rights such as menstrual, maternity and miscarriage leave, and breastfeeding rights, as stipulated in UU RI No.13/2003 on Manpower. The implementation of social protection for women workers in Indonesia has not been fully effective. There are still violations committed by companies that do not comply with the law, resulting in adverse outcomes for women workers and the failure to achieve welfare for women workers in Indonesia. This is due to inadequate supervision by the government and the lack of labor unions in all companies. Labor unions play a crucial role in ensuring justice and improving worker welfare. Social protection is one of the factors that can enhance social welfare. This final project analyzes the improvement of women worker welfare based on three elements proposed by Midgley, who defines social welfare as a condition: 1) social problems can be managed; 2) needs can be met; and 3) opportunities for development are available. Based on these three elements, it is concluded that social insurance has improved the social welfare of women workers, while employer mandates have not yet succeeded in enhancing the welfare of women workers. Therefore, the author provides recommendations to various related parties to improve social protection for women workers, including the government, employers, women workers, and future researchers. Recommendations for the government include enhancing supervision and evaluation of social protection implementation, providing adequate assistance to victimized women workers, and emphasizing the importance of the presence of labor unions in companies. Recommendations for employers include providing social protection in accordance with applicable laws, involving labor unions in formulating policies and employment agreements, and educating women workers about their protection rights. The recommendation for labor unions is to be more critical and actively involved in corporate policy-making and facilitate a counseling. Recommendations for women workers include reading and understanding their social protection rights and actively and massively participating in labor unions. Recommendations for future research are to further explore the types of social protection for women workers in Indonesia, linking social protection more closely with economic sector classifications and types of workers, studying the impact of social protection implementation on women workers in Indonesia, and comparing social protection for women workers in Indonesia with other countries."

"Globalisasi industri olahraga, terutama pada sektor sepak bola, membuat persaingan antarklub semakin ketat. Keadaan ini menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan saluran digital marketing communication seperti media sosial untuk mengelola brand equity, hal yang krusial bagi keberlangsungan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang sebuah klub olahraga profesional. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan media sosial oleh klub sepak bola Real Madrid untuk mempertahankan brand equity mereka. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten, pengamatan utama dilakukan selama bulan Oktober 2024 pada empat media sosial milik Real Madrid, yaitu X (n=357), Instagram (n=220), YouTube (n=18), dan TikTok (n=36) yang mencakup isi post dan komentarnya. Sebagai acuan analisis, penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Customer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) yang telah disesuaikan ke dalam konteks olahraga. Konsep ini mencakup dua kategori komponen, yaitu brand attributes dan brand benefits. Penemuan penelitian memperlihatkan usaha Real Madrid dalam mempertahankan brand equity melalui penerapan seluruh komponen CBBE, yaitu team success, star player, head coach, brand mark, management, history and tradition, culture and values, event's image, sponsor, fans, stadium, fan identification, escape, social interaction, emotions, dan entertainment pada media sosial yang diteliti. Selain itu, konten media sosial Real Madrid juga menunjukkan komunikasi yang konsisten, informatif, serta memiliki asosiasi yang positif di mata para penggemar.

The globalization of the sports industry, especially in football, has heightened competition among clubs. This study explores Real Madrid CF's use of social media in maintaining brand equity, highlighting the crucial role of digital marketing communication in the globalized sports industry, particularly in the football sector, for the club’s long-term success. Using the content analysis method, this study mainly observed four social media owned by Real Madrid, namely X (n=357), Instagram (n=220), YouTube (n=18), and TikTok (n=36), which included the comments along with the posts, during October 2024. As a reference for the analysis, this study uses the Customer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) concept that has been adapted to the context of sports. This concept includes two categories of components, namely brand attributes and brand benefits. The research findings show Real Madrid's efforts in maintaining brand equity through the implementation of all CBBE components, namely team success, star players, head coaches, brand marks, management, history and tradition, culture and values, event's image, sponsors, fans, stadiums, fan identification, escape, social interaction, emotions, and entertainment on the studied social media. In addition, their social media content also shows consistent, informative communication and positive associations in fans' minds."

"Isu corporate social responsibility (CSR) semakin menarik untuk diperhatikan seiring banyaknya gerakan sosial untuk selamatkan lingkungan hidup. Perusahaan tidak lagi hanya mencari keuntungan untuk para investor saja, tetapi juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan para pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap cost of equity capital perusahaan, baik di sektor non finansial maupun sektor finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel dan varibel kontrol berupa beta, size, book to market ratio, dan leverage. Hasilnya adalah corporate social responsibility dapat menurunkan cost of equity capital dari suatu perusahaan, baik sektor non finansial maupun finansial.

The issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasingly interesting to note that as the number of the social movement to save the environment. Companies are no longer just looking for a profit for investors, but also welfare of other stakeholders. This study aims to see how the influence of corporate social responsibility towards the cost of equity capital of the company, both in the non-financial and financial sectors. This study uses panel data and control variables such as beta, size, book-to-market ratio, and leverage. The result is a corporate social responsibility can reduce the cost of equity capital of a company, both financial and non-financial sectors."
