"Tahun 2010, Pemerintah Indonesia membentuk Dana Pengembangan Pendidikan Nasional (DPPN), yakni anggaran pendidikan yang dialokasikan untuk pembentukan endowment fund guna menjamin keberlangsungan program pendidikan generasi berikutnya sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban antargenerasi (intergenerational equity) yang dikelola Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). LPDP menyelenggarakan program beasiswa dengan misi “mempersiapkan pemimpin dan profesional masa depan Indonesia”. Hingga tahun 2017, penerima beasiswa LPDP sebanyak 18.466 orang. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ada ketidakjelasan antara target dan kinerja outcomes program beasiswa LPDP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana rumusan target dan kinerja outcomes program beasiswa LPDP dengan model Targeting Outcomes of Program (TOP). Paradigma penelitiannya adalah postpositivisme dengan metode kualitatif untuk menggali rumusan target (program development) dan menilai kinerjanya (program performance). Ada 2 kesimpulan dari penelitian: (1) LPDP belum memiliki rumusan target outcomes yang jelas; dan (2) kinerja outcomes program belum selaras dengan amanah intergenerational equity dan misinya. Untuk itu, ada 4 saran penyempurnaan program beasiswa LPDP ke depan: (1) penyusunan vision study tentang kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis daerah/wilayah, industri, profesi, dan keilmuan di Indonesia; (2) pengembangan program beasiswa untuk strata pertama (diploma ataupun sarjana) terintegrasi dengan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dan pengembangan pinjaman pendidikan;     (3) berkolaborasi dengan kementerian/lembaga pengelola program sejenis serta sektor industri; (4) penyesuaian standar biaya hidup dan mekanisme pembayarannya.

In 2010, the Government of Indonesia established the National Education Development Fund (DPPN), the education budget allocated for the endowment funds to ensure the continuation of the next generation education program as an intergenerational equity managed by the Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). LPDP organizes scholarship programs with the mission of "preparing future leaders and professionals of Indonesia". Until 2017, there were 18,466 LPDP scholarship recipients. In its implementation, there is a lack of clarity between the target and outcomes of the LPDP scholarship program outcomes. This study aims to see how the target formulation and outcomes of LPDP scholarship program outcomes with the Targeting Outcomes of Program (TOP) model. The research paradigm is postpositivism with qualitative methods to explore program development and assess its performance (program performance). There are 2 conclusions from the research: (1) LPDP does not have clear formulation of target outcomes; and (2) outcomes of program outcomes have not been aligned with the mandate of intergenerational equity and its mission. There are 4 suggestions for improving the LPDP scholarship program in the future: (1) the preparation of a vision study on the needs of developing human resources based on regions / regions, industries, professions, and science in Indonesia; (2) development of scholarship programs for the first strata (diploma or undergraduate) integrated with the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) and the development of educational loans; (3) collaborating with ministries / institutions of similar program management and industry sectors; (4) adjusting the standard of living costs and the payment mechanism."

"Penerima Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) memiliki risiko di antaranya terjadinya migrasi intelektual (brain drain) penerima BPI ke negara lain setelah menyelesaikan studi.Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) menganalisis kebijakan pendanaan program BPI oleh LPDP (2) mengevaluasi kebijakan pencegahan brain drain yang telah dilakukan LPDP terhadap penerima BPI, dan (3) merumuskan strategi penggalangan yang ideal terkait pencegahan brain drain terhadap penerima BPI oleh LPDP. Penelitian ini ini menggunakan pendekatan data kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data yang bersumber dari wawancara, sumber terbuka (open source), dan dokumen kebijakan yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan SWOT. Teori yang digunakan sebagai basis dari penelitian ini di antaranya teori ketahanan nasional, teori modal manusia dan konsep penggalangan intelijen. Hasil dari penelitian: (1) Pendanaan program BPI yang berasal dari Dana Abadi Pendidikan dan hasil investasi atasnya yang dilakukan oleh LPDP pada investasi jangka pendek dan/atau jangka panjang yang berisiko rendah; (2) Diperlukan peningkatan upaya LPDP dalam melakukan pencegahan brain drain terhadap penerima BPI pada level preventif dan represif (3) Strategi penggalangan ideal yang dapat dilakukan oleh LPDP terhadap penerima BPI dalam mencegah terjadinya brain drain dapat menggunakan metode Reciprocation, Authority, Scarcity, Comitment and Consistency, Liking, and Social Proof (RASCLS).

Indonesian Education Scholarship Recipients (BPI) of Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan or LPDP) have risks including the occurrence of intellectual brain drain of BPI recipients to other countries after completing studies. The objectives of this study are: (1) analyzing BPI program funding policies by LPDP (2) evaluate the brain drain prevention policies that have been carried out by LPDP to BPI recipients, and (3) formulate an ideal raising strategy related to preventing brain drain of BPI recipients by LPDP. This study uses a qualitative data approach, using data sourced from interviews, open source exploitation, and policy documents which are then analyzed descriptively and SWOT. Theories used as the basis of this research include the theory of national resilience, the theory of human capital, and the concept of intelligence-conditioning. The results of the study: (1) Funding of the BPI program originating from the Education Endowment Fund (Dana Abadi Pendidikan or DAP) and the results of investments made by LPDP on short-term and/or long-term low-risk investments; (2) Increased efforts by LPDP to prevent brain drain for BPI recipients at preventive and repressive levels (3) The ideal intelligence-conditioning strategies that can be carried out by LPDP for BPI recipients in preventing brain drain can use the Reciprocation, Authority, Scarcity, Commitment and Commitment level Consistency, Liking, and Social Proof (RASCLS) method.

"ABSTRAK
LPDP berperan penting dalam mendukung salah satu program prioritas pemerintah, yaitu membangun kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia sebagai pendonor beasiswa Pendidikan tinggi. Namun, studi mengenai pengaruh program persiapan keberangkatan beasiswa LPDP terhadap kinerja alumni beasiswa LPDP masih belum banyak dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nasionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional alumni LPDP terhadap kinerja alumni penerima beasiswa LPDP yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Data 597 responden dikumpulkan melalui survei online dan dianalisis menggunakan CB-SEM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nasionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif dan berada pada nilai signifikansi dibawah 5%, namun nasionalisme tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi diatas 5% berbanding terbalik dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, serta kepuasan kerja alumni dapat mempengaruhi kinerja secara positif dan berada pada nilai signifikansi dibawah 5%.

ABSTRACT
LPDP plays an important role in supporting one of the government's priority programs, namely building the quality of Indonesian human resources as a donor of higher education scholarships. However, studies on the effect of the LPDP scholarship departure preparation program on LPDP scholarship alumni performance have not been done much. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nationalism and transformational leadership of LPDP alumni on the performance of alumni of LPDP scholarship recipients mediated by job satisfaction. Data on 597 respondents were collected through online surveys and analyzed using CB-SEM. The test results show that nationalism and transformational leadership can positively affect job satisfaction with a significance value below 5%, but nationalism does not have a significant effect on performance with a significance value above 5% which is inversely proportional to transformational leadership, and alumni job satisfaction can affect performance positively with a significance value below 5%."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan pemuda melalui program Entrepreneur Scholarship Development for Youth ENVOY yang dilakukan oleh Mien R Uno Foundation. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang terdiri dari peserta program ENVOY serta staff Mien R Uno Foundation dan juga melalui observasi yang peneliti lakukan. Pemberdayaan pemuda melalui program kewirausahaan sedang marak diadakan di Indonesia seiring dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui peningkatan jumlah wirausaha. Mien R Uno Foundation merupakan salah satu NGO yang menginiasi program kewirausahaan yang ditujukan kepada mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, program ENVOY menunjukkan proses pemberdayaan pemuda melalui berbagai program didalamnya seperti training, coaching, mentoring dan juga pameran. Dalam prosesnya, terdapat faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang dirasakan baik peserta maupun officer selama menjalankan program. Modal sosial, modal manusia, modal fisik, modal finansial, modal teknologi menjadi factor-faktor pendorong yang seringkali diungkapkan oleh informan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang terjadi dari internal dan eksternal meliputi kebiasaan, ketergantungan, tidak bisa menentukan prioritas, tidak percaya diri.

ABSTRACT
This research explained about Enterpreneur Development Scholarship for Youth ENVOY Program Implementation as Form of Youth Empowerment which initiated by Mien R Uno Foundation. Qualitative methods used in this research. To collect the data needed, the researcher interviewed informants who are participants of ENVOY program and Mien R Uno Foundation officers as well as using observation. In Indonesia, there are many others youth empowerment process through entrepreneurship program in line with the government concerns on reducing poverty with increasing the number of entrepreneurs. Mien R Uno Foundation is one of NGO who made an entrepreneurship program targeted to undergraduate students. From the interviews, ENVOY program shows the youth empowerment process through entrepreneurship. ENVOY had several programs which are training, coaching, mentoring and also an exhibition. In the process, there are some supporting and obstacle factors. Social capital, human capital, physics capital, financial capital and technological capital are the supporting factors. for the obstacles, there are habit, dependence, self distrust, family and many others factors. "

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengalaman parentificationterhadapkemampuan regulasi emosi pada mahasiswaperguruan tinggipenerima Bidikmisi. Pengukuran parentificationmenggunakan Parentification Inventory(Hooper, 2009), sedangkan kemampuan regulasi emosi diukur menggunakan The Brief Version of Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scaleatau DERS-16 (Bjureberg dkk, 2016). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 482 partisipan dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun (M= 20,02, SD= 1,376)dengan jumlah 351 partisipan perempuan dan 131 partisipan laki-laki. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa parentfication(β= 0,162, p<0,05) memiliki pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan terhadapdisregulasi emosi, sehinggasemakin tinggi parentification yang dialamisemasa kecil dan remajamakasemakin buruk kemampuan regulasi emosi. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi emotional parentification(β= -0,196, p<0,01) dan instrumental parentification(β= 0,166, p<0,05) memiliki kontribusi terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi

ABSTRACT
This study aim to examine the influence of parentification on theability ofemotional regulation among students of Bidikmisischolarship.The measurement of parentification is using the Parentification Inventory (Hooper, 2009), and the measurement of the ability in emotional regulation is using The Brief Version of Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scaleor DERS-16 (Bjureberg, 2016). Resultindicate that parentification (β= 0,162, p<0,05) positively influence the dysregulation in emotion, which means the higher parentification, the worse the ability in emotional regulation. Furthermore, result indicate that both emotional parentification (β = -0,196, p<0,01) and instrumental parentification(β= 0,166, p<0,05) have variance in emotional regulation.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas beasiswa terhadap pekerja anak dengan variabel kontrol variabel sosial ekonomi dan karakteristik sosio demografi, unit analisisnya adalah anak berusia 10 ? 17 tahun menggunakan data Susenas 2012. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan Model Regresi Logit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beasiswa, kondisi sosial ekonomi/kemiskinan, jenis kelamin anak, jenis kelamin kepala rumah tangga, disabilitas kepala rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan kepala rumah tangga, status kerja kepala rumah tangga, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, dan tempat tinggal rumah tangga secara statistik mempengaruhi secara signifikan anak menjadi pekerja.

The purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of scholarship toward child labor by control variables of social economy condition and socio-demographics characteristic with unit analysis of children between 10-17 using data Susenas 2012. The analytical method in this research is descriptive and inferential analysis by using Logit Regression Model. The result indicates that scholarship, social economy condition/poverty, gender of the child, gender of the head of household, disability of the head of household, education level of the head of household, employment status of the head of household, and area the household live statistically affect significantly children become labor."

"Perkembangan dunia yang semakin maju menyebabkan kebutuhan akan tenaga terampil pada aspek keilmuan dari jenjang pendidikan formal semakin tinggi, sedangkan untuk dapat mengakses pendidikan formal membutuhkan biaya yang sulit dijangkau oleh masyarakat kurang mampu sehingga perusahaan ikut berkontribusi dengan bentuk program Corporate social responsibility (CSR). Keterlibatan dan kontribusi perusahaan sebagai tanggung jawab filantropi pada CSR untuk masyarakat tersebut dilakukan dalam berbagai macam bentuk, salah satunya adalah bantuan pada bidang pendidikan dalam bentuk beasiswa. Bantuan beasiswa dinilai menjadi salah satu partisipasi perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program beasiswa dan mendeskripsikan manfaat program “Beasiswa mahasiswa asal Sulawesi Selatan”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam. Pelaksanaan beasiswa didorong karena masih terbatasnya kapasitas sebagian kelompok masyarakat dalam menempuh pendidikan, sehingga dengan adanya bantuan beasiswa dapat memberikan ruang serta peluang bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas serta kontribusinya bagi kelompoknya dimasa mendatang yang sejalan dengan tujuan perusahaan melakukan program-program CSR. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan program beasiswa Kalla Group dimulai dari tahap pendaftaran, verifkasi dan seleksi penerima beasiswa dengan memprioritaskan penerima dari masyarakat dengan keterbatasan keuangan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Kemudian pada pelaksanaan program, penerima beasiswa juga diwajibkan mengikuti kegiatan community development ataupun kegiatan sosial mandiri yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kepedulian penerima beasiswa untuk berkontribusi kepada masyarakat sekitar. Sedangkan manfaat program beasiswa terhadap prestasi memberikan manfaat dalam mendukung peningkatan nilai akademik dan prestasi non-akademik pada beneficiaries.

The development of an increasingly advanced world causes the need for skilled workers in the scientific aspect from the formal education level to be higher, while being able to access formal education requires costs that are difficult to reach for the poor so that companies contribute to the form of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. The involvement and contribution of the company as a philanthropic responsibility to CSR for the community is carried out in various forms, one of which is assistance in the field of education in the form of scholarships. Scholarship assistance is considered to be one of the company's participation in efforts to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this research is to describe how the scholarship program is implemented and to describe the benefits of the “South Sulawesi Student Scholarship” program. This study used qualitative research methods, data collection was carried out by in-depth interview techniques. The implementation of scholarships is encouraged due to the limited capacity of some community groups in pursuing education, so that the scholarship assistance can provide space and opportunities for the community to increase their capacity and contribution to their group in the future which is in line with the company's objectives of conducting CSR programs. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of the Kalla Group scholarship program starts from the registration, verification and selection stages of scholarship recipients by prioritizing recipients from the community with financial limitations to continue their education. Then in the implementation of the program, scholarship recipients are also required to participate in community development activities or independent social activities which result in increased awareness of scholarship recipients to contribute to the surrounding community. Meanwhile, the benefits of the scholarship program on achievement provide benefits in supporting the increase in academic scores and non-academic achievements of beneficiaries."

"Big Data" is on the covers of Science, Nature, the Economist, and Wired magazines, on the front pages of the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. But despite the media hyperbole, as Christine Borgman points out in this examination of data and scholarly research, having the right data is usually better than having more data; little data can be just as valuable as big data. In many cases, there are no data -- because relevant data don't exist, cannot be found, or are not available. Moreover, data sharing is difficult, incentives to do so are minimal, and data practices vary widely across disciplines.Borgman, an often-cited authority on scholarly communication, argues that data have no value or meaning in isolation; they exist within a knowledge infrastructure -- an ecology of people, practices, technologies, institutions, material objects, and relationships. After laying out the premises of her investigation -- six "provocations" meant to inspire discussion about the uses of data in scholarship -- Borgman offers case studies of data practices in the sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities, and then considers the implications of her findings for scholarly practice and research policy. To manage and exploit data over the long term, Borgman argues, requires massive investment in knowledge infrastructures; at stake is the future of scholarship.--publisher.
