"Angka kesakitan di Kotamadya DT II Tangerang sesuai profil tahun 1996, yang tertinggi ternyata masih didominasi oleh penyakit yang diakibatkaon karena faktor lingkungan. Seperti penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Acute 52 %, diare & gastroenteritis 15%, infeksi kulit 9,55%. Bahkan jika dilihat dari pola penyakit yang diderita oleh anak bayi yang berumur kurang dari 1 tahun, penyakit diare merupakan penyakit terbanyak diderita, diikuti oleh ISPA dan penyakit demam yang diketahui sebabnya. Atas dasar pertimbangan itu , kemudian diupayakan suatu kegiatan dalam bentuk penyehatan lingkungan permukiman yang melibatkan antar sektor dan pelaku pembangunan. Salah satu bentuk kerjasama itu adalah kegiatan SANTRI RAKSA DESA ( SARASA ).Desain penelitian ini adalah cross - sectional , karena pengunaan variabel - variabelnya hanya dilakukan satu kali , pada satu saat saja dan penelitian ini semata. mata bersifat deskriptif.Hasil penelitan menunjukan adanya peran serta masyarakat di daerah studi atau daerah yang diintervensi kegiatan Sarasa, selama Sarasa berlangsum. Ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kondisi sanitasi di daerah yang telah diintervensi dengan daerah yang tidak diintervensi kegiatan Sarasa. Juga ada perubaban perilaku masyarakat di daerah studi yang diakibatkan karena program Sarasa.Dari hasil penelitian ini penulis menyarankan agar program Sarasa dapat dilanjutkan secara kontinue sebagai salah satu alternatif lain dari penurunan angka kesakitan karena faktor lingkungan. Dalam pelaksanaan Sarasa selanjutnya agar direncanakan dengan lebih matang lagi agar masyarakat dapat lebih siap lagi. Diupayakan pula agar unsur penyuluhan dan pergerakan masyarakat dilaksanakan secara lintas sektoral dan melibatkan berbagai unsur - unsur pembina masyarakat.Program Sarasa yang telah dilaksanakan di wilayah Kotamadya DT II Tangerang telah terbukti dapat berhasil guna dalam meningkatnya sarana sanitasi dasar, khususnya Jamban Keluarga dan Rumah Sehat. Diharapkan dalam tahun - tahun mendatang pola seperti ini dapat digunakan oleh daerah - daerah lain di Indonesia sebagai salah satu upayauntuk meningkatkan cakupan , baik cakupan JAGA, air bersih maupun cakupan rumah sehat dan menurunkanangka kesakitan karena faktor lingkungan. Perlu diupayakan adanya program lain sebagai penunjang seperti dilaksanakannyaprogram P2HBS ( PeningkatanPerilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat ).

Statistics of high record disease in Kotamadya DT II Tangerang based on 1996 profit is dominated as the result of environmental factor. Disease like acute infectious respiratory fact account for 52%, Diarrhea & Gastroenteritis 15%, infectious skin 9,55%. On a closer look, disease suffered by babies of age less than 1 year, diarrhea proved to be the most in numbers followed by ISPA & knownethiology high fever.

Based on this consideration & understanding an activity is organized in the form of Residental Environment Improvement which involved, between sectorial & course one form of cooperation is named " SANTRI RAKSA DESA ( SARASA ) Activity.

This research design is a-on sectional because variables are only measured one and at one time. This research is merely descriptive.

Results of research showed an active community participation in the studied district or district intervered by SARASA activity during the Sarasa event. There is significant difference between district which was intervened and not to intervered, by the Sarasa activity there was a change in the attitude of public in the studied district as a result of the Sarasa program.

Based on research result, writer recommends Sarasa program should be carried out as one of the alternatives to reduce the disease number because of environmental factor. In carrying out the next Sarasa, plans have to be deephythought, so that the public can be more prepared. Also, element of information, public movement should be carried out in form of sectoral course & involved sourus of public builder.

Sarasa program conducted in district Kotamadya DT II Tangeraag proved to be nuccesfull in improving sanitation facility especially Jamban Keluarga ( family WC) & healthy house. Hopefully in the following years, this method can be used in other areas in Indonesia ad one of the alternatives ti reach broader aspects : JACIA, clean water or healthy house & to reduce disease numbers as a result of environmental factor. If possible other program like P2HBS (Peningkatan Perilaku Hiccup Bersih & Sehat ) Improving public altitude forwards healthy & Hygiene life should also be carried out to support the program )."

"ABSTRACTSalah satu pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di Kota Depok dapat dilihat di komunitas Crafter yang berdiri mandiri. Komunitas Crafter adalah kelompok bisnis yang berkembang dan memiliki hubungan dengan pemerintah kota Depok dan anggota masyarakat lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, kita akan membahas modal sosial yang berkembang dari hubungan antara kota Crafter dan pemerintah daerah (Departemen Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dan Kantor Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Mikro) dan hubungan di antara anggota dan perannya. . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teori modal sosial Halpern (2005) sebagai bahan analitik. Temuan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ada modal jaringan sosial, norma dan sanksi yang berkembang di antara masyarakat. Dari temuan lapangan juga diketahui bahwa modal sosial memberikan beberapa manfaat.

.ABSTRACTOne of the micro and small business actors in the City of Depok can be seen in the Crafter community that stands independently. The Crafter community is a growing business group and has links with the Depok city government and other community members. In this study, we will discuss the social capital that develops from the relationship between the city of Crafter and the local government (Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Businesses) and the relationship between members and their roles. . This type of research is a qualitative study with the theory of social capital Halpern (2005) as an analytical material. Field findings indicate that there is social network capital, norms and sanctions that develop among the community. From the field findings it is also known that social capital provides several benefits."

"Hubungan antara modal sosial dan dinamika kelompok dalam dua waktu yang berbeda serta pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan upaya pengembangan komunitas diteli dalam tesis ini. Data yang dipergunakan dalam tesis ini adalah data qualitative yang dikumpulkan dari 8 KSM sample. Dimensi modal sosial yang diteliti adalah: 1) kelompok dan jejaring; 2) trust dan solidaritas; 3) tindakan bersama dan kerjasama, dan 4) kohesi sosial dan inklusi. Terdapat perbedaan kekuatan antara masa aktif dan paska pendampingan dan hal ini mempengaruhi capaian kelompok. Terdapat penurunan dalam dua dimensi modal sosial yakni tindakan bersama dan kerjasama serta trus dan solidaritas.

Relationship between social capital and group dynamic in two difference times and its impact to the successful of community development efforts is examined. The data employed are qualitative primary data, collected from a sample of 8 selp-help groups. Social capital dimensions that are examined: 1) groups and networks; 2) trust and solidarity; 3) collective action and cooperation, and 4) social cohesion and inclusion. There are difference in social capital strength between active and post-project intervention and this affected achievement at groups levels. There are declining on two dimensions of social capital namely collective action and cooperation and trust and solidarity."
