In addition the management of inactive records will be olderly and not chaotic if archive root causes chaotic it resolved that since the active archive must have a pattern thet is uniform classification of the unit cretaor archives, the existence of human resorces in the field of archive/archivists, at the shrinkage in the central file can be run so that when the file is moved to inactive records center will be the same classification code, records in olderly condition, there is news of the handover, there is a list of archives and records thet will be needed when it can be recovered quicly and efficiently right effective. To achieve these objectives should be supported by all parties, unit leader, archivist, records managers, and equally important is to be supported by infrastructure adequate funding and sufficient."

"ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze how the records management system used by the Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation studies. Sample in this study is the Dynamic Archive inactive in Section Deposit Acquisition and Processing. The results of this study is: On the whole it can be said that the records management system used by officers in the archival processing Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru is good enough. This can be seen in the use of archival storage systems, maintenance records, destruction of records. Depreciation archives have not done the appropriate depreciation prosudur guidelines applicable record keeping. It means that depreciation archives conducted Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru City Records Retention Schedule not use."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini berfokus pada penerapan sistem otomasi manajemen rekod dalamrecordkeeping system berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod di SentralKhazanah Arsip Bank Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasisistem otomasi manajemen rekod apakah telah memenuhi persyaratan sistemmanajemen rekod. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakanmetode studi kasus. Adapun penerapan sistem otomasi manajemen rekod tersebutdilihat dari beberapa persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod berdasarkan teoriKennedy, yaitu persyaratan fungsional, persyaratan teknis, persyaratan integrasi,persyaratan pendukung pemakai, persyaratan untuk mengelola berbagai jenisrekod. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi mengenai penerapan sistemotomasi manajemen rekod berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem otomasi manajemen rekod belumdikembangkan dengan optimal sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ada.

ABSTRACTThis study focuses on discussion about the implementation an automated inactiverecords management system in recordkeeping system by records managementsystem requirements at Sentral Khazanah Arsip Bank Indonesia. The purpose ofthis research is to identify the implementation of automated inactive recordsmanagement system that was complied requirements of records managementsystem. This research applied qualitative research with case study method. Theimplementation of automated inactive records management system was analyzedbased on the Kennedy?s theory of records management system requirementswhich covers: functional requirements, technical requirements, integrationrequirements, user/operator support requirements, requirement to managedifferent record types. The result from this research is the evaluation ofimplementation an inactive records management system by records managementsystem requirements. The result of this research shows that the developmentautomated inactive records management system wasn?t yet optimal in accordancewith existing standards."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan masih rendahnya mutu pendidikan dalam skala nasional, yang salah satunya diakibatkan lemahnya kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas profesionalnya. Tuntutan terhadap profesionalitas guru di masa mendatang akan semakin berat sekaitan dengan pesatnya perkembangan masyarakat, IPTEKS, serta adanya persaingan global. Untuk menjamin adanya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di masa mendatang, diperlukan upaya-upaya dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru sekolah dasar melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan dan komprehensif dengan akses yang lebih luas. Permasalahan pokok yang dijadikan fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah "model dan bahan ajar Diklat yang bagaimana yang diasumsikan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dengan akses yang lebih luas, berkualitas, dan guru tidak meninggalkan tugas utamanya?" Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan model Diklat guru sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis bahan ajar modular. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dan khusus pada penelitian lanjutan tahun 2014 ini dilakukan validasi model oleh pakar dari PPPPTK dan sasaran diklat (guru SD) di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penilaian widyaiswara terhadap Model Diklat untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis bahan ajar modular adalah tepat. Artinya Model Diklat yang telah dikembangkan oleh tim peneliti sudah tepat dilihat dari aspek ketepatan rumusan komponen model, substansi isi model, keterbacaan, dan kebahasaan. Demikian pula penilaian guru terhadap Model Modul atau Bahan Ajara Diklat untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis bahan ajar modular adalah sangat baik. Guru memberikan penilaian dengan kategori sangat baik dilihat dari berbagai komponen bahan ajar, yang meliputi: cover dan kelengkapan lain, tinjauan mata diklat, pendahuluan, uraian materi, contoh dan ilustrasi, latihan, rangkuman, tes formatif, kunci jawaban tes formatif, daftar pustaka, dan kecukupan fisik bahan ajar, kecuali komponen glosarium karena komponen ini belum dilampirkan pada model bahan ajar yang direviu."

"Arsip adalah salah satu sumber informasi yang sangat penting untuk menunjang proses kegiatan administrasi dan manajemen. Arsip dinamis inaktif adalah bagian dari arsip dinamis yang frekwensi penggunaannya untuk penyelenggaraan administrasi sudah menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif di unit-unit kerja IAIN Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif di IAIN Mataram. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memberikan masukan dan manfaat bagi lembaga untuk lebih memperhatikan kondisi pengelolaan arsip dinamis di unit kerja, khususnya arsip dinamis inaktif agar tercapai efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan kearsipan IAIN Mataram sebagai lembaga perguruan tinggi.

Record is one of the very important information resources in supporting administrative and management activities. Inactive record is a record that is referenced fewer than ten times a year.

This research has some purposes in identifying and analyzing management inactive record in departments in State Islamic Institute of Mataram. This research uses qualitative approaches with interview and observation for data gathering, and descriptive method for technique analysis.

The result of this research gives description about management inactive record condition in State Islamic Institute of Mataram and intended to give input for development benefit for the institute. The input is about management record, especially management in inactive record to be more effective and efficient."
