"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas penelusuran isu complexity contradiction yang terjadi pada suatu konteks hybrid space di Kota Lama Semarang, untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme yang terjadi, sehingga architectural space terbentuk. Macro ndash; micro view digunakan untuk melihat konteks secara menyeluruh dan terperinci. Collage technique digunakan untuk membantu membuka layer analisa satu persatu, dan sebagai teknik representasi visual. Setelah dilakukannya penelusuran penggunaan teknik, ditemukan hal penting berupa ragam spatial elements dengan events terkait, yang terkait pula dengan time, di mana ketiganya bersinergi membentuk rule set atau storyline. Dengan begitu penelusuran berakhir pada penemuan bagaimana mekanisme yang terjadi pada konteks dan apa pembentuknya, bagaimana narasinya. Intervensi arsitektur kemudian dilakukan, sejauh mana Kota Lama Semarang dapat di lestarikan ke sesuatu yang lebih besar sehingga dapat memiliki nilai lebih, yaitu berdasarkan pengembangan dari potensi apa yang ditemukan pada konteks itu sendiri, dengan mengikuti mekanismenya, sehingga re-programming narasi menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Tesis ini membahas mengenai proses pembongkaran dan perakitan ulang untuk menuju sesuatu yang lebih besar. Pada akhirnya saya ingin mengungkap bahwa metode macro view ndash; micro view dan collage technique dipercaya dapat menjadi alternative pemikiran yang mengarahkan pada proses perancangan menyeluruh, terperinci, dan tepat sasaran.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the investigation of issues of complexity contradiction that occur in a hybrid space context in Semarang Old City, to know how the mechanism that occurs, so that architectural space is formed. Macro micro view is used to view the context thoroughly and in detail. Collage technique is used to help open the analysis layer one by one, and as a visual representation technique. After the search for the use of techniques, it was found that spatial elements with related events related to time, where all three synergized to form a rule set or storyline. That way the search ends in the discovery of how the mechanisms occur in the context and what the builder is, how the narrative is. Architectural intervention is then carried out, to what extent the Old City of Semarang can be preserved to something greater so as to have more value, that is based on the development of what potential is found in the context itself, by following its mechanism, so that re programming narratives becomes important. This thesis discusses the process of disassembling and reassembling to get something bigger. In the end, I want to reveal that the macro view micro view method and collage technique is believed to be an alternative thinking that leads to the process of designing a thorough, detailed, and right on target. "A technique is presented here for directional gesture recognition by robots. The usual technique employed now is using camera vision and image processing. One major disadvantage with that is the environmental constrain. The machine vision system has a lot of lighting constrains. It is therefore only possible to use that technique in a conditioned environment, where the lighting is compatible with camera system used. The technique presented here is designed to work in any environment. It does not employ machine vision. It utilizes a set of sensors fixed on the hands of a human to identify the direction in which the hand is pointing. This technique uses cylindrical coordinate system to precisely find the direction. A programmed computing block in the robot identifies the direction accurately within the given range.Sebuah teknik yang disajikan di sini untuk arah pengenalan gestur oleh robot. Teknik yang biasa digunakan saat ini menggunakan camera vision dan pengolahan citra. Salah satu kelemahan utama dengan teknik itu adalah keterbatasan lingkungan. Sistem machine vision memiliki banyak kendala pencahayaan. Oleh karena itu, teknik tersebut hanya mungkin digunakan dalam lingkungan yang telah dikondisikan sebelumnya, di mana pencahayaan cocok dengan sistem kamera yang digunakan. Teknik yang disajikan di makalah ini dirancang untuk bekerja dalam lingkungan apapun dan tidak menggunakan machine vision. Sistem yang diusulkan ini menggunakan satu set sensor tetap di tangan manusia untuk mengidentifikasi arah di mana tangan menunjuk. Teknik ini menggunakan sistem koordinat silinder untuk secara tepat menemukan arah. Sebuah blok komputasi diprogram pada robot mengidentifikasi arah secara akurat dalam kisaran yang diberikan."

"Gangguan pola tidur merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh lansia. Hal tersebut dapat memburuk ketika lansia harus dirawat inap. Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan banyak lansia harus dirawat inap dan memungkinkan timbulnya gangguan pola tidur. Laporan kasus ini melaporkan seorang pasien perempuan berusia 73 tahun mengalami gangguan pola tidur saat dirawat inap di rumah sakit karena terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19. Pasien mengeluh tidak bisa tidur sejak awal masuk IGD. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pasien diberikan intervensi relaksasi Benson sebanyak satu kali. Tujuan pemberian intervensi tersebut adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien. Setelah satu kali pemberian intervensi relaksasi Benson, terdapat penurunan skor PSQI pasien dari skor 11 menjadi 9 yang diasosiasikan dengan peningkatan kualitas tidur pasien. Maka dari itu, peneliti merekomendasikan relaksasi Benson sebagai pertimbangan yang dapat digunakan oleh perawat dalam mengatasi gangguan tidur pada pasien lansia dengan Covid-19 yang dirawat inap.

Disturbed sleep pattern is one of the most common problem experienced by older adult. This can worsen when older adult have to be hospitalized. The Covid-19 pandemic caused many older adult have to be hospitalized, which can lead to disturbed sleep patterns. This case study reports a 73-year-old female patient who experienced disturbed sleep pattern when she was hospitalized because of Covid-19.. The patient complained of not being able to sleep since she was admitted to the emergency rescue. Because of that, the patient was given a Benson relaxation intervension once. The purpose of this intervention is to improve the patient's sleep quality. After the patient was given Benson relaxation intervention once, there was a decrease in the patient's PSQI score from a score of 11 to 9 which was associated with an increase in the patient's sleep quality. Therefore, researcher recommend Benson relaxation as a consideration that can be used by nurses in overcoming disturbed sleep pattern in older adult with Covid-19 who are hospitalized."
