"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis praktik keberlanjutan terhadap kebocoran keuangan di bidang perhotelan pada kota Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, dan Bali. Beberapa sampel perhotelan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah manajer hotel yang mengelola operasional hotel dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sustainability practices berpengaruh positif terhadap financial leakage, tetapi sustainability practices akan mempengaruhi negatif terhadap financial leakage dalam jangka waktu yang panjang.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability practices on financial leakage in the hotel industry in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung and Bali. Several hotels are used for this research. Sample of this research are hotel managers who have manage the hotel operations for the last 6 months. The data then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The results showed that sustainability practice does have significant effect on financial leakage but sustainability practices itself can reduce financial leakage in long term. "
