"Setiap apotek yang beroperasional di Indonesia harus memiliki legalitas izin usaha yang berlaku sesuai ketentuan pemerintah. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, legalitas izin usaha yang dahulu harus diurus secara berkala di kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP), saat ini dapat dilakukan secara elektronik melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Pemerintah dalam PMK Nomor 14 tahun 2021 menetapkan durasi untuk menerbitkan izin usaha apotek melalui OSS paling lambat adalah 9 hari. Khawatir sulit untuk diimplementasikan, maka tugas ini disusun untuk menilai keberhasilan dari ketetapan tersebut. Informasi terkait daftar apotek yang meregistrasi pengurusan izin apotek sejak 2021 dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk penerbitan izin apotek diambil dari database OSS Jakarta Selatan. Sebanyak 57 nama apotek dipilih sebagai data. Tanggal registrasi dan tanggal penerbitan izin usaha dari setiap apotek dicatat. Hari di antara tanggal registrasi dan tanggal penerbitan izin usaha dijumlahkan, sehingga diperoleh data durasi penerbitan izin dari setiap apotek. Hasil analisa menunjukan dari 57 apotek, terdapat 8 apotek yang memenuhi ketetapan durasi penerbitan usaha apotek. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi antara kebijakan durasi waktu penerbitan izin yang ditetapkan pemerintah dan kesiapan pelaksanaan penerbitan izin usaha melalui OSS.

Every pharmacy in Indonesia must have a valid business license according to the government regulations. For the past years, people who want to have a business license had to come to the Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) service center to deal with the required documents. Today, the development of technology has introduced an electronic system named Online Single Submission (OSS) to simplify the pharmacy license issuance. The government has stated in the PMK 14/2021 that the time duration for issuing a pharmacy license must not be more than 9 days. Since it might be difficult to implement, this report is conducted to evaluate this regulation. The informations needed such as the list of pharmacies and the required time to issue every pharmacy license were gained through the South Jakarta OSS database. There are 57 pharmacies chosen, each of their registration and issuance date were recorded. The duration of the issuance is the total days between the registration date and the issuance date. Result shows that there are 8 of 57 pharmacies that got their pharmacy licenses at the required duration. The policy has been made should be evaluated due to the facility and the willingness for the implementation of pharmacy licenses issuance through OSS."
