"The objective of this research is to formulate Shari'ate Balance Sheet from real transaction and business habi The objective of this research is to formulate Shariate Balance Sheet from the real transaction and business habitus of Indonesian Moslem Society. Formulation is conducted by utilising Extension of Integrated Islamic Hyperstructuralism. Methodology. In that methodology, conventional concept of wealth and Baydoun and Willett's (1 994) balance sheet are refined by Shari 'ate Accounting. The resvlt is then refined by (Islamic) Technosystem and Extension of Pierre Bourdieu's Constructivist Strucluralism to generate Shari 'ate Balance Sheet. The major result shows that maal is form of Islamic and Altruistic Wealth. This means that wealth must: (1) have an holistic values (material, mental and spiritual); (2) owned by a wider-stakeholders (Allah, direct, indirect, and nature); and (3) based on shari'ate ways (halal, thoyib and free from riba). The consequence of the major result are all the elements in the Shari 'ate Balance Sheet based on: (1) obedience (abd' Allah) assets, liabilities and equities, and (2) creativity (khalifatullah fil ardh) assets, liabilities and equities."

"Di Indonesia, pada awal tahun 2000-an muncul berbagai gagasan bahwa masalah-masalah masa kini perlu disikapi, dari perspektif Islam, dengan pendekatan moral. Misalnya, gagasan bahwa syariat Islam perlu dipahami dengan menekankan tujuannya atau maqâsid Syariah; bahwa masalah reproduksi perlu dibahas, dari perspektif Islam, dengan mengedepankan prinsip keadilan jender; dan bahwa akhlak perlu didahulukan di atas fikih. Sementara di Amerika dan Eropa gagasan-gagasan yang mirip telah muncul lebih dahulu. Misalnya, mulai dasawarsa 1980an, muncul kegelisahan akan lemahnya rumusan etika Islam yang sebenarnya lebih berpeluang mendekati prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam dari pada rumusan-rumusan fikih; dan perkembangan pemikiran maqâsid ash-sharî’a (tujuan Syariat) sebagai dasar pemikiran fikih minoritas di Amerika dan Eropa."

"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini membahas mengenai evaluasi atas prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP XYZ atas sistem payroll milik PT OPQ.Evaluasi ini meliputi teori-teori dari buku acuan Arens edisi ke 14 mengenai audit atas siklus payroll dan membahas mengenai prosedur audit KAP XYZ, apakah sudah mengikuti framework yang telah ada dalam buku acuan Arens. Prosedur audit yang dibahas merupakan bagian dari kegiatan magang dari penulis selama menjalani program magang di KAP XYZ dan ketika mengikuti kegiatan pengerjaan prosedur audit untuk sistem payroll PT OPQ. Dalam laporan magang ini, dibahas juga mengenai komponen penyusun payroll, dokumen pendukung, serta prosedur pengerjaan payroll dari PT OPQ, untuk memberikan gambaran atas objek audit yang dihadapi. Dan di bab terakhir, terdapat refleksi diri yang mencerminkan kondisi penulis dan pengalaman-pengalaman yang dialami selama dalam proses magang.ABSTRACTThis internship report discusses the evaluation of audit procedures conducted by KAP XYZ on PT OPQ's payroll system. This evaluation includes theories from the 14th edition of the Arens reference book on audits of the payroll cycle and discusses the KAP XYZ audit procedure, has it followed framework that is already in the Arens reference book. The audit procedure discussed is part of the internship activities of the author while undergoing an internship program at KAP XYZ and when participating in the audit procedures for PT OPQ's payroll system. In this internship report, it was also discussed about the components of payroll system, supporting documents, and the procedure for making payroll from PT OPQ, to provide an overview of the audit object being faced. And in the last chapter, there is a self reflection that reflects the condition of the author and the experiences experienced during the internship process."

"ABSTRAKAglaonema simplex is an aquatic plant that has been widely used as ornamental plants. the genus contains polyhydroxy alkaloids that exhibit the glycosidase inhibitor activity. this paper reports a phytochemical screening of in vitro Aglaonema simplex plantlets and the potential compounds as alternatives of SR-B1 ligand that plays a role in reducing atherosclerosis. the phytochemical screening was conducted using Thin Layer Chromatography and Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy on methanol crude extracts of leaves, stems and roots. SR-B1 ligand activities were tested on HepG2 cell line stably transfected with SR-B1 promoter. The results showed that the extracts contained secondary metabolites belonging to the terpenoids, steroids, phenolics, alkaloids and glycosides. Luciferase assay suggested that the stem and root extracts increased the expression of SR-B1 at 1.61- and 1.72-fold higher than the control, respectively. thus, Aglaonema simplex is one of the potential sources of the phytochemicals for the treatment of atherosclerosis. the tissue culture technology may be applicable for sustainable production of the identified compounds from the plant."

Penelitian ini fokus pada implementasi perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial dan budaya di setiap periodenya. TIPTOP swalayan menggunakan Budaya yang kuat dalam mengatur aspek internal organisasi. Nilai-nilai perusahaan diimplementasikan melalui ritual kegiatan dan acara kerohanian yang mampu membentuk anggota sehingga terbentuknya budaya dominan yaitu budaya islami. Manajemen pemasaran yang islami merupakan kebudayaan dominan di perusahaan ini. Selain itu, TIPTOP percaya bahwa lingkungan dimana organisasi beroperasi sangat berimplikasi terhadap kemajuan perusahaan. Lingkungan umum dan lingkungan spesifik organisasi perusahaan berkolaborasi untuk mempengaruhi posisi suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini juga membahas hubungan antara lingkungan umum dan spesifik yang mempengaruhi Budaya dominan perusahaan atau sebaliknya dimana, kedua faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi TIPTOP swalayan.

ABSTRACTTIPTOP retail store was built in 1971 with the principles of Islam, in the middle of culture and social changes and this store still survives until today. This study focused on the implementation of the company in facing social and culture changes in every period. TIPTOP retail store uses strong culture in managing the internal aspects of the organization. Corporate values through rites religious events and agendas are able to form the members into a dominant culture, in this case Islamic culture. Islamic marketing management is a dominant culture in this organization. Besides, TIPTOP believes that environment, where the organization runs, affects the organization development. General and specific environments combine to affect organization domain. This study also elaborated the relationship between general and specific environments combine to affect dominant culture, and vice versa. Where both of the factors influence the axistence of TIPTOP retail store. "
