"Pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis otomasi di Perpustakaan Umum Kota Depok meliputi kegiatan pengadaan, pengolahan dan pelayanan perpustakaan. Pengelolaan perpustakaan dengan menggunakan sistem manual, dirasakan tidak lagi memadai untuk menangani beban kerja, khususnya kegiatan rutin yang bersifat manual dan kegiatan yang sifatnya berulang. Pustakawan harus beradaptasi dengan penerapan otomasi perpustakaan. Untuk dapat memberikan performa kerja yang baik, pustakawan menggunakan strategi, kompetensi dan kebiasaan tertentu, yang disebut sebagai performa ritual. Performa ritual merupakan peragaan kompetensi secara spontan yang dilakukan individu dengan teratur dan berulang dalam menghadapi individu, kelompok dan organisasi, yang mengandung unsur ritual personal, ritual kerja, ritual sosial, dan ritual organisasi. Penelitian ini melihat proses pengelolaan perpustakaan meliputi proses pengadaan, pengolahan dan pelayanan yang berbasis otomasi dalam konteks performa ritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dalam ritual personal memperlihatkan kebiasaan pribadi pustakawan dalam menghadapi tugas, ritual kerja menunjukkan tanggung jawab pustakawan terhadap tugas mereka, ritual sosial mengeratkan hubungan emosional pustakawan dan pimpinan, serta ritual organisasi menunjukkan keterlibatan pustakawan dalam memberikan kontribusi dan peran dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performa ritual pustakawan menjadi jalan untuk menunjukkan keterampilan pustakawan dalam menerapkan sistem otomasi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan dan mencerminkan nilai tanggung jawab, nilai saling percaya dan saling menghargai, nilai inisiatif, nilai kreatifitas dan nilai kerjasama.

Library management using manual system is no longer adequate to handle the workload in the library routines, librarians must use application of library automation. To provide a good working performance, librarians use strategy, competences and certain habits, which are referred to as a ritual performance. The performance of the ritual is the demonstration of competence spontaneously by individuals in dealing with individuals, groups and organizations, which contains elements of personal ritual, the work ritual, social ritual, and organization ritual. The research focuses in the automation based library management in the context of the performance of the ritual. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. The findings suggest that the personal ritual shows the personal habits of librarians to do their tasks, ritual librarian 39 s work show responsibility towards their duties, social rituals strengthen the emotional connection between librarians and leaders, as well as ritual organizations suggest the involvement of librarians in giving their contribution in decision making. Conclusions of this study shows that the performance of rituals librarian at Depok Public Library gives librarians the skills to implement automation systems in the library management, and reflect the values of responsibility, mutual trust, and mutual respect."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas pengolahan arsip Komando Operasi Tertinggi (KOTI) yang
dilakukan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Pembahasan pengolahan arsip
KOTI di dalam skripsi ini adalah pembahasan tentang bagaimana arsip KOTI
diolah hingga menghasilkan sarana temu kembali. Pembahasan mengenai
pengolahan arsip KOTI juga berkaitan dengan pembahasan mengenai proses
akuisisi dan akses yang merupakan bagian dari proses pengelolaan arsip secara
keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian
memperlihatkan bahwa pengolahan arsip KOTI dilakukan dengan berdasarkan
Protap. Namun, dalam prakteknya terdapat modifikasi terhadap Protap. Dalam
proses akuisisi, penyerahan arsip KOTI tidak dilengkapi dengan Berita Acara
Penyerahan dan Daftar Pertelaan karena belum adanya regulasi untuk hal tersebut.
Ditinjau dari segi akses, arsip KOTI yang sebelumnya digolongkan sebagai Arsip
Tertutup, saat ini telah dapat diakses publik. Terbukanya akses terhadap arsip
KOTI ini didukung oleh sebuah Naskah Akademik yang disahkan oleh ANRI

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses archival processing of Supreme Operations Command
(Komando Operasi Tertinggi/KOTI) conducted the National Archives of the
Republic of Indonesia. In this thesis, the discussion of archival processing of
KOTI –which previously included as Closed Archives because in it there are
many archives of the Indonesian Communist Party (Partai Komunis
Indonesia/PKI) and it’s affiliates- is a discussion of how the archive is processed
to generate retrieval tool. The discussion of the archival processing of KOTI also
relates to the discussion on the process of acquisition and access that are part of
the archival management as a whole. This study used qualitative methods. The
results showed that the KOTI archival processing is done by SOP. However, in
practice there are modifications of SOP. In the acquisition process, KOTI archive
not equipped with the Minutes of Submission and Listing Descriptions because
there are no regulations for it. In terms of access, archive KOTI previously
classified as Closed Archive, has now publicly accessible. Opening up access to
archives KOTI is powered by an academic paper that was passed by ANRI"

"ABSTRAK
Dalam pengelolaan arsip statis di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia ANRI terdapat direktorat atau bagian - bagian yang saling berhubungan satu sama lainnya. Bagian ini terletak di salah satu Deputi yaitu bidang Konservasi arsip di ANRI. Direktorat tersebut yaitu bagian Akuisisi, Pengolahan, Preservasi / Penyimpanan dan Layanan. Jika akses arsip statis sudah tersedia di bagian layanan, maka arsip siap untuk disajikan kepada pengguna. Di dalam melayani arsip kepada pengguna tak jarang memiliki suatu masalah dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh layanan. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah: 1 Pengguna arsip sering kecewa dengan lamanya proses peminjaman arsip, 2 Pengguna arsip sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari kode klasifikasi katalog arsip yang tersedia di komputer, 3 pengguna arsip sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan kode arsip 4 Pengguna arsip sering kecewa dengan lamanya proses penggandaan arsip yang bisa lebih dari satu hari, 5 Pengguna arsip sering mengeluh tentang tingginya biaya pengkopian atau penggandaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menggambarkan manajemen pengelolaan arsip di ANRI sehingga dapat melihat hambatan apa yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan arsip di ANRI dan hubungannya dengan kualitas layanan publik di ANRI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah arsiparis, Kepala Subdirektorat Pengolahan Arsip I, pengguna Arsip. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa ANRI perlu meningkatkan semua direktorat terkait dalam pengelolaan arsip statis dengan menyempurnakan pelaksanaan ISO 9001: 2015, kepada semua direktorat yang berada di bawah deputi bidang konservasi arsip. Hal itu dikarenakan masih ada satu direktorat yang belum mendapat ISO adalah direktorat Akuisisi. Selain itu diharapkan ANRI memelihara dan mengembangkan SIKS Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Statis yang berbasis online dan mulai diuji tahun ini dan telah diterapkan untuk per unit bagian dari ANRI dan terintegrasi dengan bagian akuisisi sampai dengan layanan.Kata Kunci: Arsip Statis; Manajemen Kearsipan; Pelayanan Publik.

ABSTRACT
AbstractIn the management of static archives in the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia ANRI there are directorates or parts that are interconnected with each other. This section is located in one of the Deputy namely the Conservation of archives in ANRI. The Directorate is part of Acquisition, Processing, Preservation Storage and Services. If static archive access is already available in the service section, then the archive is ready to be presented to the user. In serving the archives to users often have a problem and constraints faced by the service. The problems that arise are 1 Archive users are often disillusioned with the length of the archiving process, 2 Archive users often have difficulty in finding the archive catalog classification codes available on the computer, 3 archival users often have difficulty finding archive codes 4 Archive users are often disappointed with the length of the duplicate archive process that can be more than one day, 5 Archive users often complain about the high cost of copying or duplication. This study aims to identify, describe the management of archives in ANRI so it can see what obstacles faced in the management of archives in ANRI and its relationship with the quality of public services in ANRI. This research method is qualitative with Case Study approach. Data collection method is purposive sampling. Data were obtained through structured in depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informant in this research is archivist, Head of Subdirektorat Pengolahan Arsip I, user of Archive. The results suggest that ANRI needs to improve all relevant directorates in the management of static archives by improving the implementation of ISO 9001 2015, to all directorates who are under the archive conservation deputy. That is because there is still one directorate that has not got ISO is the Acquisition directorate. In addition, ANRI is expected to maintain and develop a SIKS Static Information Filing System Static based online and began to be tested this year and has been applied to per unit part of ANRI and integrated with the acquisition section up to the service.Keywords Archives Management Archive Static Public Service"
