"ABSTRAKFaktor waktu dan biaya sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan dan kegagalan pelaksanaan suatu proyek karena kedua factor tersebut menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan proyek bila dilihat dari waktu penyelesaian tersingkat dengan biaya minimal tanpa mengabaikan hasil pekerjaan yang berkualitas, usaha untuk mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya menjadi sangat penting. Untuk itu dilakukan optimasi perencanaan percepatan proyek menggunakan metode programa linier integer. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi tersebut dengan perangkat lunak lingo ver.11 kemudian penjadwalan tsb juga diselesaikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Project, ver 2016. Dari kedua penyelesaian tsb menggunakan perangkat lunak lingo dan Microsoft project memberikan hasil yang sama. Yang berarti M.S Project sebenarnya juga optimasi Program Linier Integer Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan menggunakan metode programa linier integer dibantu software Microsoft Project 2016 yang diaplikasikan pada proyek pembangunan kampus ITERA dengan waktu 210 hari, dimulai dari bulan februari sampai bulan agustus 2017. Tahapan perencanaan meliputi kegiatan persiapan, pekerjaan struktur, dan pekerjaan arsitektur. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang optimasi waktu dan biaya pada proyek tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data terbukti bahwa menggunakan software lingo 11 maka pekerjaan arsitektur dapat dipercepat dengan percepatan sekian hari kerja, dan kenaikan biaya biaya proyek sebesar Rp 75.960.000.

b>ABSTRACT<>br>Project 39 s duration and cost are among important factors and measures for the project to be completed with quality. The two factors determine whether the project is timely and least cost to invest. Effort to optimize the project duration and cost can be implemented through carrying out the analysis using linear integer programming method through application of microsoft project 2016. In this research, optimization is done with software lingo ver.11 and then the problem also be solved by using software Microsoft Project, ver 2016. Of both software, lingo and Microsoft project give same result. Which means, beside optimization of Integer Linear Program we can also use Microsoft Project for the problem. The analisys was done for the said project in ITERA campus university, development by the Local Government of the city of Bandar Lampung. The project was started from February to August 2017. Planning of the project followed three stages including project preparation, structural works, and architectural works. The study was done to assess and optimize the project duration and cost. Result indicated that linear integer programming approach using Lingo 11, through microsoft project 2016 software, was successfully proved that structural working time can be speed up by 32 days, while cost will increased by Rp 75.960.000."
