"Layanan Berorientasi Arsitektur (SOA) merupakan framework untuk mengintegrasikan proses bisnis dan mendukung infrastruktur TI secara aman, layanan komponen standar yang dapat digunakan kembali dan dikombinasikan untuk mengatasi perubahan prioritas bisnis. Layanan merupakan blok bangunan SOA, di mana aplikasi baru dapat dibangun melalui konsumsi layanan ini dan merancang layanan dalam proses bisnis. Dalam SOA, layanan dipetakan ke fungsi bisnis yang diidentifikasi selama analisis proses bisnis. Setelah keberhasilan implementasi SOA, perusahaan memperoleh keuntungan diantaranya mengurangi waktu pengembangan, memanfaatkan fleksibilitas dan struktur aplikasi responsif, dan mengikuti konektivitas dinamis dari logika aplikasi antara mitra bisnis. Paper ini menyajikan cetak biru referensi arsitektur SOA sebagai blok bangunan SOA yang merupakan komponen pelayanan jasa, dan arus yang bersama-sama mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan dan tujuan bisnis.

Abstract
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a framework for integrating business processes and supporting IT infrastructure as secure, standardized components services that can be reused and combined to address changing business priorities. Services are the building blocks of SOA and new applications can be constructed through consuming these services and orchestrating services within a business process. In SOA, services is map to the business functions that are identified during business process analysis. Upon a successful implementation of SOA, the enterprise gain benefit by reducing development time, utilizing flexibility and responsive application structure, and following dynamic connectivity of application logics between business partners. This paper presents SOA reference architecture blueprint as the building blocks of SOA which is services, service components and flows that together support enterprise business processes and the business goals."

"ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan performa protokol routing dan codec pada aplikasi Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) berdasarkan parameter Quality of Service (QoS). VoIP termasuk salah satu aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan saat ini. Karena berkembangnya berbagai aplikasi yang membutuhkan dukungan bandwidth yang tinggi, maka pengukuran parameter QoS seperti delay, jitter, packet loss, dan throughput pada berbagai aplikasi tersebut juga perlu untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, pengujian ini berfokus pada pengecekan QoS VoIP, dimana dibangun sebuah topologi jaringan dengan berbagai protokol routing yang diimplementasikan. Protokol routing tersebut diantaranya adalah Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), dan Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP). Dengan protokol routing tersebut, nilai QoS dipantau dalam berbagai jenis codec, seperti G.711 dan GSM, dan dijalankan dalam keadaan trafik 0 (tanpa trafik lain), trafik 50 Mbps, dan trafik 100 Mbps, dengan teknik priority queuing diimplementasikan pada router. Hasil dari analisis digunakan untuk membandingkan pada protokol routing, codec, dan trafik seperti apa dihasilkan nilai persentase QoS yang lebih baik, serta performa dari teknik priority queuing terhadap nilai parameter QoS yang diperoleh. Pada penelitian ini, data menunjukkan bahwa EIGRP dan G.711 (u-law) adalah protokol routing dan codec yang terbaik dalam komunikasi VoIP.


ABSTRACT

This research aimed to analyze the performance comparison of routing protocols and codecs on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application based on the parameters of Quality of Service (QoS). VoIP is one of the applications which are most used nowadays. Due to the growth of applications that require high bandwidth support, then the measurement of QoS parameters, such as delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput, also needs to be done. Therefore, this research focused on checking the performances of VoIP based on these parameters. The network topology was made with variety of routing protocols and codecs. The routing protocols used were Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Enhanced Interior Gateway Protocol (EIGRP). With the routing protocols, QoS values were monitored in various types of codec, such as G.711 and GSM, and were executed in zero traffic, 50 Mbps traffic, and 100 Mbps traffic, with priority queuing techniques were implemented on the router. The results of the analysis were used to compare the routing protocols and codecs as what percentages of the value of better QoS, also priority queuing techniques performances toward the QoS parameters values obtained. In this research, data showed that EIGRP is the best for routing protocol implementation and G.711 (u-law) is the best for codec used in VoIP communication.
