"Latar Belakang: Sistem informasi pengelolaan obat di Dinas Kesehatan telah diganti dengan sistem yang baru yaitu Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Obat (SIPO) berbasis jaringan internet yang dikembangkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok sejak Bulan Februari tahun 2015. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan SIPO di Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan dengan analisis PIECE (performance, information, control, efficiency,service). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penilaian pelaksanaan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Obat (SIPO) di Dinas Kesehatan Depok. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara. Hasil: Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi SIPO sudah akurat dan tepat waktu, aplikasi SIPO mudah digunakan dan meringankan beban kerja. Simpulan & saran: Faktor yang mendukung dilaksanakannya SIPO adalah tersedianya sarana yang menunjang. Saran: Perlu dilakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut tentang sarana, jumlah petugas obat dan beban kerja petugas dalam melaksanakan SIPO.

Background: drug management information system in the Department of Health has been replaced by a new system which Medication Management Information System (SIPO) -based Internet network developed by the Depok City Health Department since February 2015. The evaluation was conducted to determine how the use of SIPO in health centers and Health Department with the analysis PIECE (performance, information, control, efficiency, service). The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation and utilization of Drug Management Information System (SIPO) in Depok Health Department.

Methods: This study used qualitative methods to interview. Results: The information generated by the SIPO application is accurate and timely, SIPO application is easy to use and help out the workload.

Conclusions and suggestions: Factors that support the implementation of the SIPO is the availability of means of support. Suggestion: Necessary to evaluate the facilities and human resources in the implementation of the SIPO."

Tujuan dariskripsi ini ialah merancang sistem informasi rekam medis bagi lansia yang dapatdigunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang valid, lengkap, dan tepat waktuserta untuk mendukung peningkatan pelayanan bagi lansia di UPTD PuskesmasPondok Gede Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiankualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi rekam medis lansia yang dapatditerapkan di UPTD Puskesmas Pondok Gede Kota Bekasi.

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi Telaah Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) berbasis web pada Tim Advokasi dan Penelaahan Perjanjian Alih Material (Tim MTA) guna membantu proses Telaah MTA agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisisen sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta mampu laksana. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang dimulai dari tahap analisis, perancangan basis data, perancangan desain antar muka, hingga tahap uji coba sistem. Dari pengumpulan data yang dilakukan, ditemukan adanya permasalahan pada proses pengajuan permohonan MTA, proses telaah protokol, serta proses penyampaian hasil MTA yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan pula adanya peluang pengembangan sistem informasi untuk membantu pelaksanaan telaah MTA. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, telah disusun suatu rancangan sistem informasi telaah MTA berbasis web pada Tim MTA.

This thesis aims to design an information system of the study material transfer agreement based on web to assist in the review of the MTA in Team Advocacy and Study Material Transfer Agreement in order to become more effective and efficient. Information system development methods used in this thesis is a method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which starts from the stage of the analysis, database design, interface design, until the test phase of the system. The results of data collection, find problems in the process of submission of the request MTA, protocol review process, as well as the process of delivering results MTA is still done manually. The analysis shows that there are opportunities developing information systems that can be used to assist the implementation process of the MTA. Based on this, has compiled the design of the study information system web-based material transfer agreement on the Advocacy Team and Study Material Transfer Agreement."
