"Permintaan pasar terhadap produk berteknologi tinggi selalu berubah dari waktu kewaktu dari segi spesifikasi. Untuk menjadi tetap kompetitif, sistem produksi perlu menjadi fleksibel dan dapat di konfigurasi sehingga dapat menghadapi kustomisasi massal. Perakitan fleksibel (FAL) memungkinkan produksi berbagai jenis barang dengan efisiensi tinggi. Salah satu contohnya adalah kartu unit proses grafik (GPU-Card). Perakitan fleksibel memerlukan desain sistem yang komprehensif dan penjadwalan sehingga bisa memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Studi ini mengadopsi permodelan simulasi berbasis agen (ABMS) untuk perakitan fleksibel karena kemampuan dari ABMS dalam fleksibilitas dan skalabilitas. Kerangka yang diusulkan terdiri dari tiga bagian: lingkungan nyata, lingkungan virtual, dan evaluasi dan analisis. Studi ini menguraikan hasil dari metode pengurutan dan penjadwalan dalam perakitan fleksibel dengan menggunakan permodelan simulasi berbasis agen. Analisa Pareto Frontier dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan konflik kepentingan dari keterlambatan pengiriman produk, hasil produksi, dan utilisasi sumber daya.
Abstrak Berbahasa Inggris: Market demands of high-tech products always evolves over time by product specification. To be competitive, a production system needs to be flexible and reconfigurable as facing mass-customization. Flexible assembly line (FAL) enables mixed production with high efficiency. One example is graphic processing unit (GPU) cards. FAL requires comprehensive system design and scheduling to fully utilize the resources. This study adopts agent based simulation (ABS) modelling for an FAL because of the abilities of ABS in flexibility and scalability. The proposed framework consists of three parts: real environment, virtual environment, and evaluation and analysis. This study elaborates sequencing and scheduling performances in the GPU-card assembly line by using agent-based simulation modelling. Pareto frontier analysis is conducted to resolve conflicts between part tardiness, throughput, and resource utilization."
