Men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV/AIDS are a stigmatized population and at high risk of transmitting HIV infection. Promotion of condom use is a strategic key to preventing HIV transmission among MSM and their partners. This study aims to identify the behavioral determinants of condom use for MSM with HIV/AIDS.  The design used is cross sectional analytic. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. This research was conducted in Kupang with 150 respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge about sexual health of MSM with HIV/AIDS (p = 0.001; α = 0.05) and alcohol use (p = 0.002; α = 0.05) with the behavior of condom use. Multiple regression analysis showed that the more dominant factor influencing the behavior of condom use in MSM with HIV/AIDS in Kupang was knowledge about sexual health of MSM with HIV/AIDS (p = 0.001; α = 0.05; OR = 15,506; 95% CI = 3.550-3,550-67,732). The consistency of condom use for MSM with HIV/AIDS requires good knowledge regarding sexual health including the dangers of HIV / AIDS, STDs, risky sexual behavior, and the benefits of condoms. Health workers are recommended to be able to design specific interventions in providing sexual health education for for MSM with HIV/AIDS.
