"[ABSTRACTHal yang menarik dari susunan Kabinet dari Presiden RI yang baru terpilih, Jokowi dan pasangannya Jusuf Kalla, adalah dengan kemunculan nama Susi Pudjiastuti sebagai Menteri Kalautan dan Perikanan. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sosok Susi yang terbungkus dalam tiga kepribadian. Yang pertama sebagai seorang perempuan yang membawa sifat maskulinitas, kedua sebagai seorang ibu yang penuh kasih sayang dan tidak lupa akan lingkungan sekitar dan sebagai seorang pemimpin organisasi yang tegas. Yang menjadi pertanyaan dari jurnal ini adalah "Bagaimana sebenarnya komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan Menteri Susi?" Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh penulis dari pemberitaan di media online yang dipetik dari ucapan dan program yang dibuat dapat disimpulkan bahwa menteri Susi menjalankan gaya kepemimpinan middle of the road dan team style.
