"Mahasiswa tingkat akhir diharapkan telah memiliki keyakinan terhadap keputusan karier yang akan ditekuni karena sebentar lagi mereka akan memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran vocational identity terhadap career decision self-efficacy CDSE mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 302 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia yang tersebar di seluruh Fakultas. Vocational identity diukur menggunakan alat ukur vocational identity scale VIS yang merupakan sub-skala dari alat ukur My Vocational Situation MVS Holland, Daiger, Power, 1980 yang terdiri dari 18 item. Selanjutnya, konstruk CDSE diukur menggunakan Career Decision Self-Efficacy scale - Short Form Betz, Klein, Taylor, 1996 yang telah diadaptasi ke Indonesia yang terdiri dari 25 item. Senior year undergraduate students should have confidence in career decisions because they soon to be graduated and starting the transition stage from student to professional life. The purpose of this research is to know the role of vocational identity to career decision self efficacy CDSE of senior year undergraduate students. The participants of this study consisted of 302 Universitas Indonesia senior year undergraduate students from all Faculty. Vocational identity is measured using a vocational identity scale VIS which is a sub scale of My Vocational Situation MVS Holland, Daiger, Power, 1980 and consisting of 18 items. Furthermore, the CDSE were measured using a 25 items Self Efficacy Scale Short Form Betz, Klein, Taylor, 1996 that adapted to Indonesia. "ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh peran ACAP bagi organisasi gunamenentukan hasil-hasil organisasi (organizational outcomes) sehingga perludijadikan prioritas utama serta dimensi-dimensi ACAP yang berperan signifikanbagi pencapaian hasil-hasil organisasi untuk lembaga pemerintah bidangpenelitian, pengembangan dan kerekayasaan. Penelitian menggunakan metodeMCDM (AHP-TOPSIS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manajemen inovasiadalah hasil (outcome) organisasi yang paling penting bagi organisasi dan perlumenjadi prioritas fokus perhatian utama bagi keberhasilan organisasi secarakeseluruhan. Outcomes organisasi berikutnya yang tetap harus diperhitungkansesuai dengan urutan peringkat kepentingannya adalah manajemen teknologi,manajemen pengetahuan, performansi organisasi, dan pembelajaran organisasi.Dimensi ACAP yang paling berpengaruh dan strategis bagi keberhasilanmanajemen inovasi khususnya dan hasil organisasi umumnyaadalah dimensiaplikasi dengan sub dimensi keaktifan dalam teknologi, eksploitasi pengetahuanbaru, pengembangan paten, dan penerapan pengalaman. Tiga dimensi ACAPlainnya yang tetap memiliki peran terhadap organisasi sesuai bobotnya masingmasing adalah dimensi transformasi, asimilasi, dan akuisisi.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to obtain the role of ACAP for the organization in order todetermine organizational outcomes that need to be a top priority as well as thedimensions of ACAP that contribute significantly to the achievement oforganizational outcomes for government agencies fields of research, developmentand engineering. Research using MCDM method (AHP-TOPSIS). The resultsfound that management innovation is the most important of organizationaloutcomes for the organization and should be a priority focus of major concern forthe success of the organization as a whole. Other outcomes that followingorganizations and still have to be calculated in accordance with the rank order ofimportance is technology management, knowledge management, organizationalperformance, and organizational learning. Most influential and strategicdimension of ACAP’s to the success of innovation management in particular andorganizational outcomes over all is dimension of application with has subdimensional of active in technology, exploitation of new knowledge, thedevelopment of paten, and implementation of experiences. Other three dimensions,of ACAP still have a role based on the weight of each dimension, are dimensionof transformation, assimilation, and acquisition."
