Dans I'industrie pétroliére, cette condition est non seulement appliquée pour de grandes entreprises mais elle s?applique également aux entreprises de petite moyenne aussi bien. La balance des affaires est déterminée par le nombre de bloc de pétrole et de gaz étant fonctionné, le volume des transactions et l'étape de 1'opération. Si la compagnie est classée par Catégorie comme grandes affaires ou affaires de petite moyenne, cette industrie exige toujours une grande quantitédinvestissement. Les outils fonctionnant tels que le systeme de la planification de ressource d'entreprise (ERP) coutribueront de maniere sigriificative sur réduire le coiit de l?opération particulierement dans la gestion de chaine d?approvisionnements. Le systeme d'ERP offre Ia solution pour controler les activites de chaine d'approvisionnements de l?organisation globale localement, in travers la frontiere et pour fonctionner globalement.Cette recherche présente le procédé de choix d'ERP dans Tately N.V. This que le processus est conduite pour étudier si l?ERP est evident pour étre mis en application a cette Compagnie. La décision pour mettre en application un ERP est tout it fait provocante pour une nouvelle Compagnie comme Tately N.V. qui étant classé par Catégorie comme affaires de petite moyenne. L?exécution d'ERP est tres couteuse, et la majeure partie de la compagnie pétroliere tend a mettre en application le systéme d'ERP quand elles se développent en grandes affaires. Afin de convaincre la gestion, l'analyse de plan d'affaires a été conduite pour mesurer le besoin afin de choisir le systeme d'ERP qui peut mieux adapter le besoin de la compagnie. Apres ce, la compagnie devrait conduire le procédé de choix pour interviewer les fournisseurs innombrables d'ERP sur le marché. La compagnie décide d'acheter une solution de paquet au lieu de la construction le systeme dans la maison. Cette decision a été prise parce qu'ils sont manque d'expertise interne et ressources pour développer le systéme interns. L'autre raison est parce que Ia solution de paquet a offert externalité Vavantage particulierement que les grands fournisseurs d'ERP ont publiée un dégagement pour soutenir des entreprises de petite moyenne telles que la SAP et l'oracle.Le résultat de l?analyse du besoin d'affaires indique qu'il est nécessaire de mettre en application le systeme d'ERP pour soutenir les activités de chaine dapprovisionnements dans Tately N.V. The ERP que le choix est conduit avec troisméthodes. La premiere méthode emploie l'évaluation électronique d'ERP pour examiner ERP pour les petites entreprises moyennes (SMB) des applications innombrables d'ERP disponibles sur le marché. L'évaluation a comme consequence quatre ERP recommandés SMB qui est fabrication des affaires une, du SunSystem, du Microsoft Navision, el du Krakatau de SAP. Le fournisseur pour le logiciel mentionné est disponible en Indonésie. La deuxiéme méthode emploie pesant le systeme pour peser des competences de chaque fournisseur d'ERP en utilisant plusieurs categories telles que la qualité du produit de logiciel, les services et l'appui, la longévité de fournisseur et le cout. La troisieme méthode emploie la méthode analytique du processus de hiérarchie (AHF). Le résultat de peser le systems sera Ia base pour que le calcul d?AHP choisisso et pour décide le logiciel d'ERP qui adaptent mieux le besoin de la compagnie. Le résultat du calcul_d'AHP indiqueque la technologie de information de pinte Krakatau avec sa application de fabrication de Krakatau a les meilleurs points dans des categories devaluation globale et donc sera choisie en tant que fournisseur de l'ERP de Tately.

In today's competitive world and the wave of globalization, the role of information system is vital to make the company stay ahead of the competition and obtain work efficiency. In oil industry, this condition is not only applied for large businesses but it also applies to small-medium businesses as well. The scale of the business is determined by the number of oil and gas block being operated, the volume of the business transactions and the stage of the operation. Whether the company is categorized as a large business or a small-medium business, this industry still requires a large amount of investment. The working tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will contribute significantly on reducing the cost of operation especially in supply chain management. The ERP system offers the solution to manage the overall organization's supply chain activities locally, across the border and work globally.

This research presents the ERP selection process in Tately N.V. This process is conducted to investigate whether the ERP is visible to be implemented in this company. The decision to implement an ERP is quite challenging for a new company like Tately N.V. that being categorized as a small-medium business. The ERP implementation is very costly, and most of the oil company tends to implement ERP system when they develop into a large business. In order to convince the management, the business plan analysis was conducted to measure the need in order to select the ERP system that can best fit the company's need. After that, the company should conduct the selection process to screen the countless ERP vendors in the market. The company decides to purchase a package solution instead of build the system in house. This decision was made because they are lack of internal expertise and resources to develop in-house system. The other reason is because the package solution offered outsourcing advantage especially that the large ERP vendors have issued a release to support small-medium businesses such as SAP and Oracle. The result of business need analysis indicates that it is necessary to implement the ERP system to support the supply chain activities in Tately N.V. The ERP selection is conducted with three methods. The first method is using electronic ERP evaluation to screen ERP for small medium businesses (SMB) from the countless ERP applications available in the market. The evaluation results in four recommended ERP SMB which is SAP Business One, Sun System, Microsoft Navision, and Krakatau manufacturing. The vendor for the mentioned software is available in Indonesia. The second method is using weighting system to weight each ERP vendor competencies using several categories such as software product quality, services and support, vendor longevity and cost. The third method is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The result of weighting system will be the base for the AHP calculation to select and decide the ERP software that best fit the company's need. The result of AHP calculation indicates that PT Krakatau Information Technology with its Krakatau manufacturing application has the best score in overall evaluation categories and therefore shall be selected as Tately's ERP provider."

"ABSTRAKPada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management(GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP).GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yangdilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dansubkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuaiuntuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar.Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-basedstrategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy.Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yangterstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakardan perusahaan. ABSTRACTThis study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management forPT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduceenvironmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifyingcriteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategyfor PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, whichcollected from literature review and experts judgement. "ABSTRAKKegiatan konstruksi bersifat dinamis jika dibandingkan dengan sektor bisnis lainnya. Hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan konstruksi memiliki ketidakpastian yang tinggi, yang disebabkan oleh cuaca, kondisi ekonomi-politik, dan faktor tidak pasti lainnya yang mempengaruhi selama berjalannya proses konstruksi. Pemilihan supplier memiliki peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan konstruksi. Keterlambatan pada pengadaan material dan peralatan akan mempengaruhi durasi penyelesaian proyek. Banyak penelitian mengenai pemilihan supplier pada kegiatan konstruksi. Penelitian yang ada menggunakan penggabungan metode pengambilan keputusan dengan model matematika yang bersifat deterministik. Selain itu, model pemilihan supplier dari penelitian yang menggabungkan metode pemilihan supplier dengan metode Monte Carlo masih kurang cocok dengan kegiatan konstruksi. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni merumuskan model pemilihan supplier yang bersifat probabilistik untuk menyelesaikan masalah ketidakpastian pada kegiatan konstruksi menggunakan metode AHP dan metode Monte Carlo. Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) berfungsi untuk menentukan bobot prioritas dari faktor ketidakpastian, dimana membutuhkan opini dari pakar sebagai data awal. Kemudian metode Monte Carlo berfungsi sebagai simulasi dari kriteria ketidakpastian yang terpilih dari AHP dengan menggunakan case study dari suatu perusahan konstruksi. Kontribusi penelitian ini yakni untuk merumuskan model pemilihan supplier yang probabilistik untuk menyelesaikan masalah ketidakpastian yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan supplier pada kegiatan konstruksi.

ABSTRACTConstruction is typically more dynamic than any other business sector because of development have a high uncertainty which can be affected by weathers, political-economy conditions, and unpredictable situation along the process. Supplier selection is an essential key in construction, delay in supply materials, and tools can affect the project's duration. There are many studies for supplier selection to solve the problem of supplier selection in construction-recent studies using the Decision-Making Method with a deterministic mathematical model. Furthermore, the supplier selection model in some studies which combine Decision Making Method with the Monte Carlo method still not suitable for construction's supplier selection that has high uncertainty. This study aims to build a model for supplier selection with a probabilistic mathematical model to solve the uncertain problem in construction. This paper proposes an integrated MCDM methodology. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the unclear criteria for supplier selection, which needs an opinion from the experts. And Monte Carlo Method is used as a simulation for selected uncertain criteria in construction using a case study from a construction company. The contribution of this research is to propose a probabilistic model MCDM for supplier selection in construction to conquer the uncertainty."

"ABSTRACTThis paper addresses a new robust multi objective multi period model for supply chain planning under uncertainty considering quantity discounts. The proposed model maximizes the current proht of the distributor by making a balance between the total costs of the supply chain and the distributor company s revenues of selling products and also maximizes the company s expected profit by introducing brands and taking the risk of loss on it. Considering uncertainty in the purchasing cost, selling fees, and demand fluctuations, the new robust multi objective mixed integer programming model is solved as a single objective mixed integer programming model by utilizing the LP metrics method. By settling regulatory penalty parameters and considering different economic scenarios, the robustness and effectiveness of the developed model are verified with the data from BEH PAKHSH Company, a commodities distributor in Iran. The outcomes show that the proposed model is a promising approach to run an efficient supply chain."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang pasokan produk anyaman pandan pada lembaga third party logistic 3PL di Kabupaten Kebumen. Tidak adanya pertimbangan mengenai kapasitas pasokan dan kualitas produk dalam pemenuhan permintaan menyebabkan banyaknya produk yang diapkir reject oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memilih pemasok yang paling optimal untuk memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . Dari pemilihan pemasok itu didapatkan sebelas pemasok sebagai pemasok anyaman pandan paling optimal. Hasil pemilihan pemasok itu kemudian dijadikan masukan data untuk menentukan jadwal pasokan produk menggunakan metode Integer Programming. Jadwal yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pasokan produk harus dilakukan setiap hari dengan pemasok yang berbeda-beda. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk hasil penjadwalan tersebut sebesar Rp.111.851.500,00. Hasil penjadwalan ini dapat dijadikan referensi jadwal untuk 3PL yang ada di Kabupaten Kebumen.

ABSTRACTThis research discuss product supply of pandanus handycraft in Third Party Logistic 3PL in Kebumen Regency. No consideration with supply capacity to satisfy customer rsquo s demand cause the rejection product by the customers high. This research selects the most optimum suppliers to satisfy customers rsquo demand with Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP method. From the supplier selection, it is obtained eleven suppliers as the best suppliers. The result of the selection are used as data input for planning a product supply schedule with Integer Programming method. The obtained schedule shows that the product have to be supplied every day by different suppliers. The cost needed for it is Rp.111.851.500,00 . This scheduling result can be an option to be implemented by the 3PL in Kebumen Regency."
