Indonesia has adopted GHS since 2010 which refers to the 4th edition of the Purple GHS UN Book regarding hazard classification, labels and preparation of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 and Regulation of the Director General of Manufacturing Industry Base Number 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014 are designed to regulate the implementation of GHS in Indonesia. However, there has been no evaluation regarding the implementation of GHS in Indonesia, especially regarding the completeness and accuracy of the information contained in the SDS. This study aims to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of information on 42 LDK chemicals that have been reported to the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia using a checklist developed from research conducted by Hodson et al. (2013), including (1) testing the completeness of information referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 and Regulation of the Director General of Manufacturing Industry Base Number. 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014, and (2) testing the accuracy of the information referring to the hazard classifications listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The evaluation related to the due diligence of information on SDS shows that all SDS (100%) are in the incomplete category. The sub-elements relating to the pathway of exposure and symptoms related to the physical, chemical and toxicological properties of chemicals had the lowest total value of 0. While the evaluation of the accuracy of information on the SDS showed the same proportion, namely 21 SDS (50%) including categories. accurate and 21 SDS (50%) were in the inaccurate category. In connection with the testing for the completeness and accuracy of the information that has been carried out, all SDS evaluated are in the unreliable category. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements so that SDS can be used as a reference for safe handling of chemicals in the workplace."

"The book goal is to summarize the state of the art on the chemical safety issues currently concerning meat and poultry, and to discuss the current international legislation on the tools available for their control. In addition, there will be a discussion of both the substances that may be generated as a consequence of processing, and the tools that are available for their control. Finally, the controls for the detection of foreign proteins (e.g., whey proteins) in the final products will be also compiled.

"Smile sheets are often maligned as poor evaluation tools, despite their widespread use. Is it possible to make them a useful tool? This issue of Infoline answers a resounding yes to this question by showing you how to make the humble evaluation form into a power tool that can gather reaction data you can use to improve the design and delivery of your program or future programs. Moreover, once you create these tools as guided by this issue, you can easily modify them for any future program!"
