"[ABSTRAK
Saat ini operator CDMA sedang mengalami tekanan, karena kalah bersaing dari
segi tarif, keterbatasan handset, dan coverage dibandingkan dengan operator
berbasis teknologi Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). Dengan
market share sebesar 15 % dari total pelanggan seluler, seluruh operator CDMA
tidak ada yang membukukan keuntungan berdasarkan laporan keuangannya pada
beberapa tahun terakhir. Smartfren mengedepankan keunggulan bersaingnya pada
layanan data, dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis
Smartfren dengan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Treats)
dan memilih strategi yang menjadi prioritas perusahaan untuk kelangsungan hidup
aktivitas bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menghasilkan strategi yang harus dilakukan
perusahaan, yaitu penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk serta mengadopsi
teknologi LTE untuk meningkatkan daya saing layanan mobile broadband
Smartfren.

provider of Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). With a
market share of 15% of total mobile subscribers, all CDMA operators no book
profits based on its financial statements in recent years. Smartfren promoting
competitive advantage in data services, and the purpose of this study is to analyze
the business strategy Smartfren with SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness,
Opportunity, and Treats) and choose a strategy that became the company's
priorities for the survival of their business activities. The results of the analysis
produces strategy should the firm, ie market penetration and product development
as well as adopt LTE technology to enhance the competitiveness of mobile

"Ketidakpuasaan Pelanggan menjadi opportunity lost bagi operator telekomunikasi pada layanan fixed broadband dalam melakukan ekspansi pasar. Permasalahan dalam ketidakpuasan pelanggan menunjukan perancangan kriteria yang digunakan dalam program loyalti yang diberikan kepada pelanggan masih kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kriteria kepuasan pelanggan pada operator telekomunikasi dalam layanan fixed broadband. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mendapatkan program loyalti yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 5 dimensi dan 22 kriteria kepuasan pelanggan pada operator telekomunikasi dalam layanan fixed broadband, dimana dimensi yang paling mempengaruhi adalah resource dan dimensi yang paling dipengaruhi adalah relationship. Program loyalty terbaik pada operator telekomunikasi untuk layanan fixed broadband di PT X adalah High Value Customer (HVC), sedangkan program loyalti terburuk adalah Aplikasi Pelanggan.

Customer dissatisfaction is an opportunity lost for telecommunications operators in fixed broadband services in expanding its market, it is indicating that the criteria used in designing the loyalty program that being provided to customer are still less precise. This research aims to provide recommendations for telecommunications operator loyalty programs for fixed broadband services based on customer satisfaction’s criteria. This research uses DEMATEL-Based ANP (DANP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to get assessment of loyalty program that best fits the customer satisfaction’s criteria. This research resulted in 5 dimensions and 22 criteria of customer satisfaction for telecommunications operators in fixed broadband services, where the dimension that most influences is resource and the dimension that is most influenced is relationship. The best loyalty program for telecommunications operators in fixed broadband services at PT X is High Value Customer (HVC), while the worst loyalty program is Customer Application.

"Rencana Pitalebar Indonesia (RPI) 2014-2019 melalui PP. Nomor 96 Tahun 2014 merupakan cita-cita pemerintah mewujudkan Indonesia yang terkoneksi ke jaringan internet dengan target penetrasi 71% (urban) dan 49% (rural) terhadap rumah tangga untuk fixed broadband pada tahun 2019. Pengembangan broadband di Indonesia masih terfokus pada mobile broadband, padahal kecepatan broadband ditopang oleh fixed broadband. Salah satu solusi teknologi masa depan fixed broadband yaitu Fiber to The Home (FTTH). Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi fixed broadband adalah tingginya biaya komponen pasif sehingga meningkatkan risiko investasi.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadap model penyelenggaraan fixed broadband yang dibangun berdasarkan skenario pendanaan broadband menggunakan kajian tekno ekonomi dan analisis risiko. Analisis dilakukan dari sudut pandang Operator Company (OpCo), Network Company (NetCo), dan Pemerintah selaku stakeholder pada daerah penelitian Balikpapan (sub-urban), Denpasar (urban), dan Tangerang Selatan (dense-urban).
Kajian kelayakan penyelenggaraan fixed broadband menunjukkan bahwa untuk OpCo dapat menggunakan skenario sewa komponen pasif kepada NetCo dan melakukan investasi pada perangkat aktif saja. Sedangkan, NetCo dapat menggunakan skenario sharing cost antara NetCo, subsidi pemerintah, atau gabungan dari kedua skenario untuk mereduksi biaya investasi. Agar dapat mendatangkan manfaat bagi Pemerintah Daerah, kontribusi subsidi yang dilakukan tidak hanya dibebankan pada Pemerintah Daerah.

Indonesia Broadband Plan (IBP) 2014-2019 through PP. No. 96 Year 2014 is to realize the government's goal that Indonesia are connected to the Internet with network penetration target of 71% (urban) and 49% (rural) compared to households for fixed broadband in 2019. The development of broadband in Indonesia is still focused on mobile broadband. Actually, broadband speeds is supported by fixed broadband. One of fixed broadband future-proof solution technology is Fiber to The Home (FTTH). However, the challenges in the implementation of fixed broadband is the high cost of passive components that increase the risk of investment.
In this research, analysis of the implementation models of fixed broadband is built based on broadband funding scheme using techno economic assessment and risk analysis. The analysis is done from point of view: Operator Company (OpCo), Network Company (NetCo), and the Government as stakeholders in the research area; Balikpapan (sub-urban), Denpasar (urban), and Tangerang Selatan (dense-urban).
Feasibility studies showed that the implementation of fixed broadband from OpCo?s view can use the lease passive components scenario at NetCo and investing in active devices only. Meanwhile, NetCo can use cost sharing between them, government grant, or a combination of both scenarios to reduce investment costs. In order to bring benefits to the Local Government, the contribution of grant do not only charged on Local Government.

"ABSTRAK
Gelombang Terahertz THz merupakan gelombang dari bagian spektrum gelombang elektromagnetik yang terletak pada rentang frekuensi di antara 0,3 THz sampai 10 THz. Gelombang THz memiliki banyak potensi kegunaan dalam berbagai aplikasi, seperti pencitraan, spektroskopi, dan komunikasi nirkabel. Salah satu metode untuk merancang antena pada frekuensi THz adalah dengan menggunakan antena planar melalui metode fabrikasi photolithography atau electron-beam lithography. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah antena Planar dengan karakteristik Broadband pada frekuensi 1 THz. Silikon resistivitas tinggi digunakan sebagai substrat antena dan lapisan emas digunakan sebagai elemen peradiasi patch antena. Desain awal antena ini adalah Bow-Tie, kemudian dikombinasikan dengan capacitive bar dekat feed gap antena untuk memperbagus return loss dan memperlebar bandwidth, tetapi gain dan efisiensi radiasi yang dihasilkan rendah. Penggunaan dielectric silicon lens dapat meningkatkan nilai gain dan efisiensi radiasi. Peningkatan ketebalan substrat pada dielectric silicon lens digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai gain pada ketebalan substrat optimal. Antena Bow-Tie awal memiliki return loss = -11 dB, dan bandwidth = 114,6 GHz pada frekuensi 1 THz, setelah dikombinasikan dengan capacitive bar memiliki return loss = -40,029 dB, bandwidth = 457,47 GHz, gain = -3,378 dB, efisiensi radiasi sebesar -16,22 dB 2,38 ,. Setelah menggunakan dielectric silicon lens memiliki nilai gain sebesar 10,16 dB, efisiensi radiasi sebesar -1,589 69,3 , beamwidth horizontal phi=90o sebesar 43,5o, beamwidth vertical phi=0o sebesar 30,1o dan bentuk pola radiasi directional. Peningkatan ketebalan substrat yang optimal tercapai pada ketebalan substrat 1000 ?m dengan nilai gain sebesar 31,29 dB, beamwidth horizontal phi=90o sebesar 3,1o, beamwidth vertical phi=0o sebesar 2o dan efisiensi radiasi sebesar -1,567 dB 69,7 . Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan capacitive bar dapat memperbagus return loss dan memperlebar bandwidth antena planar pada frekuensi 1 THz. Penggunaan Dielectric silicon lens dapat meningkatkan nilai gain, dan efisiensi radiasi. Peningkatan ketebalan substrat pada dielectric silicon lens dapat meningkatkan gain antena sampai pada ketebalan substrat optimal.

ABSTRACT
The terahertz wave THz is a wave of the electromagnetic wave spectrum that lies in the frequency range between 0.3 THz to 10 THz. The THz wave has many potential uses in various applications, such as imaging, spectroscopy, and wireless communications. One method to design an antenna at THz frequency is by using a planar antenna with photolithography or electron beam lithography fabrication method. The purpose of this research is to design a planar antenna with Broadband characteristics at frequency resonant 1 THz that can be fabricated. High Resistivity Silicon is used as an antenna substrate and the gold layer is used as an antenna patch radiating element. The initial design is a bow tie antenna, then combined with a capacitive bar near the antenna feed gap to increase the return loss and widen the bandwidth, but gain and radiation efficiency are low. Use of dielectric silicon lens can increase the gain and radiation efficiency. Increasing the thickness of the substrate on a silicon dielectric lens is used to increase the value of the gain on the optimal substrate thickness. Initial bow tie antenna has return loss 11 dB, and bandwidth 114,6 GHz at 1 THz frequency, after combined with capacitive bar has return loss 40,029 dB, bandwidth 457,47 GHz, gain 3,378 dB, radiation efficiency of 16,22 dB 2.38 . After using dielectric silicon lens, the gain value is 10.16 dB, radiation efficiency is 1.589 69.3 , horizontal beamwidth phi 90o is 43,5o, vertical beamwidth phi 0o is 30,1o and form of directional radiation pattern. The optimal substrate thickness was achieved at 1000 m with a gain value is 31,29 dB, horizontal beamwidth phi 90o is 3,1o, vertical beamwidth phi 0o is 2o and radiation efficiency is 1,567 dB 69,7 . This research shows that the capacitive bar can improve the return loss and widen the bandwidth at a frequency resonant 1 THz. The use of dielectric silicon lens can increase the gain and radiation efficiency. Increasing the thickness of the substrate on a silicon dielectric lens can increase the antenna gain until optimum substrate thickness. "
