"Perkembangan teknologi financial technology berkembang dengan pesat dan telah banyak produk turunan dari financial technology tersebut. Salah satu produk turunan baru dari financial technology adalah donasi online dimana masyarakat dapat melakukan aktivitas filantropi ditangan mereka sendiri. Sistem ini tergolong baru dan belum dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Technology Acceptance Model yang dicetuskan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989 digunakan sebagai model untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan masyarakat atas teknologi/sistem baru. Dikarenakan jasa penerimaan pemberian donasi secara online adalah produk turunan dari fintech, maka banyak produk lain yang menggunakan fintech dari satu perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu unsur kepercayaan dimasukan untuk menambah daya penjelasan dari TAM. Penelitian ini melibatkan 154 responden yang mengisi kuesioner melalui google forms dan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa benar adanya pengaruh dari persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), persepsi kegunaan (perceived usefulness), dan kepercayaan terhadap sikap terhadap sistem donasi online (attitude). Sedangkan intensi menggunakan sistem donasi online (intention to use) dipengaruhi secara positif oleh sikap terhadap sistem donasi online dan kepercayaan serta dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh persepsi kegunaan.

The development of financial technology has been growing exponentially and has produced countless of derivated product. One of the lastest product derivation from financial technology is online donation in which society can do a philanthropic activities on their fingertip. This system is new thus not all of people know that we can make donation through website/apps/etc. Technology Acceptance Model, introduce by Davis on 1989 has been widely used as model to measure acceptance of a new technology or system. And because online donation system is one of new product of fintech and fintech has been around for sometimes, thats why fintech product is plenty even only on one firm. Thus this is where trust come in to reinforce the explanatory power of TAM. This research involved 154 respondent whom fill their quessionaire via google forms. To estimate the model, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is employed. Result of this research shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust has their own role influencing attitude toward online donation. Intention of online donation usage was positively influenced by attitude and trust. Perceived usefulness gave negative influence toward intention of online donation usage."
