Sistem manajemen mutu standar ISO 9001:2015 merupakan standar mutu produk dan jasa yang diakui di tingkat internasional. Standar ini merupakan syarat untuk memberikan jaminan mutu proyek sehingga diharapkan perusahaan dapat bersaing untuk memperoleh proyek. Fenomena menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan konstruksi yang telah memiliki standar ISO 9001:2015 belum tentu mampu menerapkan semua klausul yang dipersyaratkan dengan baik sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh penerapan ISO 9001:2015 terhadap kinerja proyek dan keberlangsungan usaha perusahaan konstruksi. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan konstruksi di Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan responden adalah manajemen dan karyawan perusahaan kontruksi yang telah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015, sample dipilih berdasarkan kesediaan responden untuk berpartisipasi dalam riset. Variabel penerapan ISO 9001:2015 diukur dari penerapan klausul 4 sampai dengan klausul 10. Variabel kinerja proyek kontruksi mencakup dimensi waktu (time), biaya (cost), keamanan dan kesehatan (safety and health). Keberlangsungan usaha merupakan konsep yang mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk dapat terus bertahan dan tumbuh untuk menjalankan operasi bisnisnya. Variabel keberlangsungan usaha terdiri atas dimensi kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) dan kinerja keuangan (financial performance). Metode analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja proyek. Kinerja proyek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Penerapan ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap keberlangsungan usaha melalui kinerja proyek. Implikasi penelitian bahwa perusahaan konstruksi sangat penting menerapkan ISO 9001:2015 dengan sepenuhnya sesuai dengan standar agar dapat dicapai kinerja proyek dan keberlangsungan usaha yang baik.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard quality management system is a product and service quality standard that is recognized at the international level. This standard is a requirement to provide project quality assurance so that companies are expected to be able to compete for projects. The phenomenon shows that construction companies that already have the ISO 9001:2015 standard are not necessarily able to apply all the required clauses properly so that it can affect project performance. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of implementing ISO 9001:2015 on project performance and business continuity of construction companies. The research population is construction companies in Jakarta. The research instrument used questionnaire and respondents were management and employees of construction companies that already have ISO 9001:2015 certification, the sample was selected based on the respondents' willingness to participate in research. Variables of implementing ISO 9001:2015 are measured from the application of clauses 4 to 10. Construction project performance variables include the dimensions of time, cost, safety and health. Business continuity is a concept that reflects the company's ability to continue to survive and grow to run its business operations. The business continuity variable consists of dimensions of customer satisfaction and financial performance. The analysis method uses multiple regression and the results of the study prove that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 has an effect on project performance. Project performance has a significant effect on business continuity. The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 has an indirect effect on business continuity through project performance. The research implication is that it is very important for construction companies to implement ISO 9001:2015 in full compliance with the standards in order to achieve good project performance and business continuity.
