Indonesia masih dalam pandemik COVID-19 sampai awal 2021 yang memunculkan salah satu fenomena masyarakat, yaitu meningkatnya jumlah kehamilan. Ibu hamil merupakan kaum yang rentan terhadap paparan virus COVID-19, sehingga penting bagi ibu hamil menjaga imunitas dan kesehatan. Salah satu bentuk sediaan yang dapat dikonsumsi sebagai suplemen kesehatan adalah kapsul lunak gelatin yang dimiliki oleh Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung. Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur proses pembuatan sediaan soft kapsul serta membandingkan durasi aktual dengan standard time proses pembuatan suplemen tersebut. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati proses pembuatan soft kapsul, dimulai dari tahap melting gelatin, mixing medicine, enkapsulasi, aging, sorting I dan sorting II, serta mencatat durasi setting awal, running mesin, handling bahan, serta proses cleaning, kemudian hasil durasi yang tercatat dibandingkan dengan data Standard Time tahun 2020 untuk produk serupa. Kesimpulan dari pengamatan ini adalah terdapat durasi pada pengamatan yang sama, lebih panjang, serta lebih cepat daripada standard time. Saran untuk ke depan adalah perlu dilakukan sistem reward bagi operator yang melakukan pekerjaan sama dan/atau lebih cepat daripada standard time, sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, serta perlu dilakukan kajian ulang terhadap standard time yang telah dibuat, sehingga dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk mendapatkan output produksi yang diinginkan.

The purpose of writing this special assignment is to determine the flow of the process of making soft capsules and to compare the actual duration with the standard time of the supplement manufacturing process. Data collection was carried out by observing the process of making soft capsules, starting from the stages of melting gelatin, mixing medicine, encapsulation, aging, sorting I and sorting II, as well as noting the duration of the initial setting, machine running, material handling, as well as the cleaning process, then the results obtained for the duration recorded compared to Standard Time data for 2020 for similar products. The conclusion from this observation is that the duration of the observations is the same, longer, and faster than the standard time. Suggestions for the future are that it is necessary to do a reward system for operators who work with the same and/or faster than the standard time, so as to increase work spirit, and it is necessary to review the standard time that has been made, so that it can be used as a guide to get production output which are desired.
