Penyimpanan protokol notaris yang disimpan secara elektronik ketika dihadapkan pada kutipan pokok akta yang berasal dari sistem elektronik pihak penyelenggara SCF yang berdasarkan Pasal 6 POJK 57/2020 telah terdaftar sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik pada kementerian komunikasi dan informatika menjadikan penyimpanan protokol notaris yang disimpan secara elektronik harus memenuhi tingkat komunikasi yang aman yaitu kerahasiaan, keutuhan, ketersediaan, otorisasi/keautentikan, dan nirsangkalan/tidak dapat ditampik. Penyimpanan minuta akta pada protokol notaris secara elektronik tidak dapat disandingkan dengan informasi elektronik dari situs web penyelenggara SCF yang berada pada tingkatan informasi elektronik yang tertinggi karena masih belum terdapat sistem elektronik yang terakreditasi, reliabel, dan memenuhi unsur komunikasi yang aman untuk dapat menyimpannya secara elektronik, sehingga masih diperlukan minuta akta yang disimpan dalam bentuk fisik pada protokol notaris.
