Tren kejadian konflik yang terjadi di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2018, terutama di perdesaan. Konflik dapat berdampak pada pembangunan infrastruktur di desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari konflik pada tingkat desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di desa, yaitu sekolah, puskesmas, dan jalan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data Potensi Desa (Podes) tahun 2014 dan 2018. Analisis data menggunakan metode Difference-in-Difference, Propensity Score Matching – Difference-in-Difference, dan First Difference Regression. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konflik tidak signifikan berdampak pada pembangunan infrastruktur sekolah, namun terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan, dimana terjadinya konflik di desa cenderung meningkatkan jumlah sekolah sebesar 0,06 unit. Hasil analisis ketiga metode konsisten menunjukkan bahwa konflik tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur puskesmas. Selain itu, ketiga metode penelitian juga menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten untuk dampak konflik terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Konflik pada tingkat desa secara signifikan berdampak menurunkan kecenderungan jalan desa berupa aspal/beton sampai sebesar 18 persen.

The trend of conflict incidents in Indonesia has increased from 2011 to 2018, especially in rural areas. Conflict can have an impact on infrastructure development in the village. This study aims to examine the impact of conflict at the village level on infrastructure development in the village, namely schools, health centers, and roads. The data used in this study are Potensi Desa (Podes) data in 2014 and 2018. Data analysis uses the Difference-in-Difference, Propensity Score Matching – Difference-in-Difference, and First Difference Regression methods. The results of the analysis show that the conflict does not have a significant impact on the development of school infrastructure, but there is a significant positive relationship, where the occurrence of conflict in the village tends to increase the number of schools by 0.06 units. The results of the analysis of the three methods consistently show that the conflict does not have a significant impact on the infrastructure development of puskesmas. In addition, the three research methods also show consistent results for the impact of conflict on road infrastructure development. Conflicts at the village level significantly reduced the tendency of village roads in the form of asphalt/concrete to 18 percent.
