Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penegakan atas Peraturan Jabatan dan Kode Etik Notaris terhadap Notaris yang terlibat tindak pidana korupsi. Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya harus tunduk terhadap Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris. Notaris adalah sebuah officium nobile, sebuah jabatan kepercayaan dari masyarakat dan negara, sehingga pengawasan terhadap perilaku Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya harus dilakukan dengan baik. Salah  satu tindak pidana yang dapat menjerat Notaris adalah tindak pidana korupsi baik terlibat secara langsung maupun tidak, sebagaimana kasus yang dijabarkan dalam Putusan Majelis Pengawas Pusat Notaris Nomor 11/B/MPPN/III/2020. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah  mengenai pengusulan penjatuhan sanksi pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat kepada Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia; dan penegakan atas Peraturan Jabatan dan Kode Etik Notaris terkait tindak pidana korupsi. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut digunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, tipologi penelitian adalah eksplanatoris dengan metode analisis data kualitatif. Hasil analisa adalah Notaris yang tidak terlibat secara langsung atas suatu tindak pidana korupsi dijatuhi hukuman pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat sebagai sanksi administrasi berdasarkan Pasal 12 huruf d dan Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, selain sanksi jabatan dijatuhi pula sanksi internal organisasi berupa pencabutan keanggotaan perkumpulan berdasarkan Pasal 13 Kode Etik Notaris.

This research discusses the enforcement of The Law on Notary’s Position and The Code of Ethics towards Notaries that involved in corruption. Notaries while carrying out their positions, must follow the Law on the Position of Notaries and Notary’s Code of Ethics. Notary is an officium nobile, it is a department of trust from the public and the state, so that supervision of the notary's behavior in carrying out his/her position must be done properly. One of the criminal acts that can ensnare a Notary is a criminal act of corruption even the Notary is directly or not directly involved, as described in the Decision of the Notary Central Supervisory Council Number 11/B/MPPN/III/2020. The problems raised in this research are regarding the proposal for the imposition of sanctions for dishonorable dismissal to the Minister of Law and Human Rights, and enforcement of the Law on Notary’s Position and the Notary’s Code of Ethics in relation to criminal acts of corruption. This study employed a normative juridical legal method, and its typology is explanatory. Utilizing qualitative data analysis techniques. According to the results, Notaries who are not directly involved in a criminal act of corruption are sentenced to dishonorable dismissal as an administrative consequences under Article 12 point d and Article 13 of the Notary Office Law, in addition to the administrative sanction, they also recieved internal organizational sanctions such as revocation of association membership under Article 13 of the Notary’s Code of Ethics.
