Penggunaan dan pengelolaan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) sama pentingnya dengan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, namun tidak sedikit tenaga kefarmasian yang baru bergabung di RSUI, kurang mengenal BMHP termasuk jenis dan kegunaannya. Pengetahuan mengenai BMHP harus dimiliki semua tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit agar dapat mendukung pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat monografi mengenai BMHP Breathing Set dan Feeding Set di RSUI agar dapat digunakan dan menambah pengetahuan tenaga kefarmasian baru di RSUI. Persediaan BMHP di depo Farmasi Rawat Inap RSUI seringkali terjadi kelebihan stok sehingga terdapat BMHP yang tidak digunakan dalam waktu tiga bulan berturut-turut sehingga diperlukan analisis terkait persediaan dan penggunaan BMHP di depo Farmasi Rawat Inap RSUI. Penyusunan monografi BMHP dilakukan dengan cara peninjauan literatur mengenai fungsi dari berbagai macam BMHP di Farmasi Rawat Inap RSUI. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengambilan data penggunaan BMHP kategori Breathing Set dan Feeding Set di depo Farmasi Rawat Inap RSUI pada bulan Desember 2022 – Januari 2023. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis berdasarkan persen kumulatif penggunaannya sehingga diperoleh klasifikasi persediaan BMHP di depo Farmasi Rawat Inap RSUI. Kemudian, dilakukan analisis terkait pengendalian persediaan BMHP berdasarkan klasifikasi persediaannya menggunakan metode Minimum-Maximum Stock Level. Terdapat 8 Breathing Set dan 3 Feeding set yang termasuk Fast Moving, 13 Breathing Set dan 3 Feeding set termasuk Moderate Moving, 40 Breathing Set dan 8 Feeding set termasuk Slow Moving, serta 8 Breathing Set dan 3 Feeding set termasuk Non Moving.

The use and management of Medical Consumable Materials (BMHP) at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) is as important as the management of pharmaceutical preparations, but not a few pharmaceutical staff who have just joined RSUI are not familiar with BMHP, including its types and uses. Knowledge of BMHP must be owned by all health workers in hospitals so that they can support health services in hospitals. Therefore, the author makes a monograph on BMHP Breathing Sets and Feeding Sets at RSUI. Inventory of BMHP at the RSUI Inpatient Pharmacy depot often occurs in overstock so that there are BMHP that have not been used for three consecutive months, so an analysis is needed regarding the supply and use of BMHP at the RSUI Inpatient Pharmacy depot. Furthermore, data was collected on the use of BMHP for the Breathing Set and Feeding Set categories at the RSUI Inpatient Pharmacy depot in December 2022 – January 2023. The data was processed and analyzed based on the cumulative percentage of usage so that a classification of BMHP supplies was obtained at the RSUI Inpatient Pharmacy depot. Then, an analysis is carried out regarding BMHP inventory control based on the inventory classification using the Minimum-Maximum Stock Level method. There are 8 Breathing Sets and 3 Feeding sets which include Fast Moving, 13 Breathing Sets and 3 Feeding sets including Moderate Moving, 40 Breathing Sets and 8 Feeding sets including Slow Moving, as well as 8 Breathing Sets and 3 Feeding the set includes Non Moving.
