Central Operating Theatre (COT) atau ruang operasi pusat adalah ruang operasi utama di rumah sakit sebagai tempat dilakukannya prosedur operasi besar dan kompleks. COT merupakan salah satu unit yang membutuhkan biaya operasional yang besar dan kompleks, sehingga evaluasi biaya pada bagian Central Operating Theatre. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan harga jual dan harga beli obat dan BMHP pada unit Central Operating Theatre (COT) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia berdasarkan frekuensi tindakan dan biaya tindakan operasi selama periode 1 November – 15 Desember 2022. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, dari 90 tindakan operasi yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa operasi odontektomi merupakan jenis operasi yang mengeluarkan biaya paling besar dengan jumlah harga beli sebesar Rp127.807.356,00 dan jumlah harga jual sebesar Rp230.767.226,00. Operasi odontektomi juga merupakan jenis operasi yang paling sering dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia dengan jumlah tindakan mencapai 117 operasi. Rata-rata biaya tertinggi diraih oleh tindakan odontektomi. Adapun biaya dibutuhkan untuk tindakan odontektomi adalah Rp127.807.356,00 untuk harga beli dan Rp230.767.226,00 untuk harga jual.
