Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab penyebab utama disabilitas di seluruh dunia. Salah satu gangguan utama sekaligus manifestasi klinis yang paling sering terjadi pasca stroke yakni hemiparesis. Analisis dilakukan pada pasien seorang laki-laki berusia 45 tahun yang mengalami stroke iskemik dengan hemiparesis. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul setelah dilakukannya pengkajian antara lain risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif, gangguan mobilitas fisik, dan risiko aspirasi. Penulisan ini dibuat untuk memaparkan hasil analisis asuhan keperawatan menggunakan intervensi mirror therapy. Intervensi mirror therapy yang terdiri dari latihan adaptasi, latihan gerak dasar, latihan variasi, dan latihan kombinasi dilakukan dengan repetisi delapan kali selama lima hari. Intervensi mirror therapy terbukti efektif meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke iskemik dengan hemiparesis. Selain itu, intervensi mirror therapy cenderung sederhana dan tidak menimbulkan penurunan toleransi fisik maupun cedera.

Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide. One of the main disorders as well as the most frequent clinical manifestations after stroke is hemiparesis. The analysis was conducted on a 45-year-old male patient who had an ischemic stroke with hemiparesis. Nursing problems that arise after the assessment include the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, impaired physical mobility, and the risk of aspiration. This writing is made to explain the results of nursing care analysis using mirror therapy interventions. Mirror therapy interventions consisting of adaptation exercises, basic movement exercises, variation exercises, and combination exercises were performed with eight repetitions for five days. The mirror therapy intervention proved effective in increasing upper limb muscle strength in ischemic stroke patients with hemiparesis. In addition, mirror therapy interventions tend to be simple and do not cause a decrease in physical tolerance or injury.
