Kegiatan pengkajian resep dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya kemungkinan masalah terkait pengobatan yang dicantumkan dalam resep, dan merupakan upaya pencegahan adanya kesalahan dalam pengobatan/medication error saat pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek dilaksanakan (Kementrian Kesehatan RI, 2016).
