Saat ini, peresepan antibiotik terhadap pasien anak-anak maupun orang dewasa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung terbilang cukup tinggi. Namun, pemastian kesesuaian dosis antibiotik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga tidak efisien dari segi tenaga dan waktu. Selain itu, terkadang human error seperti ketidaktelitian menghitung dosis tidak dapat dihindarkan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak farmasi dalam mengkonfirmasi kesesuaian dosis antibiotik yang telah diresepkan oleh dokter melalui Google Spreadsheet yang dapat diakses secara mudah dan real time sehingga dapat mengefisiensikan waktu dan tenaga, serta meminimalisir terjadinya medication error terhadap pasien Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung. Perhitungan kesesuaian dosis ini dibuat berdasarkan metode Clark serta memanfaatkan beberapa formula pada Google Spreadsheet diantaranya formula VLOOKUP dan IF. Penggunaan Google Spreadsheet ini dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pengisian tabel yang tertera pada sheet berupa data pasien dan aturan pakai yang tercantum pada resep dokter. Hasil pengecekan otomatis akan menyatakan dosis tersebut sesuai yang ditandai dengan warna hijau yang berarti pemakaian obat perhari kurang dari dosis maksimum dan apabila dosis tidak sesuai maka ditandai dengan warna merah atau pemakaian perhari lebih dari dosis maksimum. Adanya Google spreadsheet cek dosis resep dapat diimplementasikan oleh Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung untuk mengetahui kesesuaian dosis obat racikan yang telah diresepkan sehingga meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya medication error.

The dosage suitability calculation is based on the Clark method and utilizes several formulas in Google Spreadsheet, including the VLOOKUP and IF formulas. The Google Spreadsheet is used by filling in the table provided on the sheet, containing patient data and the prescribed usage instructions from the doctor's prescription. The automatic checking result will indicate whether the dosage is appropriate, marked with a green color, meaning the daily drug usage is less than the maximum dosage. If the dosage is not appropriate, it will be marked with a red color, indicating daily usage exceeding the maximum dosage. The implementation of this Google Spreadsheet for prescription dosage checks can be adopted by the Pulogadung Sub-District Community Health Center to verify the suitability of prescribed compounded drug dosages, thereby minimizing the possibility of medication errors.
