Strategi Pertamina Depot Solo dalam pemilihan pengelolaan produk

 Abstract
Perusahaan di dalam mengambil keputusan untuk bisnis, harus melihat kepada aspek keuangan, marketing dan kemampuan sarana fasilitas yang tersedia. Seperti halnya Depot Solo sebagai salah satu profit centre Pertamina Unit PPDN N Semarang, saat ini dirasakan belum diberdayakan dan dimanfaatkan sesuai kemampuannya.

Berdasarkan perhitungan dan analisa SWOT Pertamina Depot Solo terhadap aspek biaya operasi distribusi, ragam produk dan sarana fasilitas yang tersedia, memperlihatkan bahwa :
1. Sarana fasilitas Depot Solo untuk mengelola BBM (Premium) sudah sangat terbatas, sehingga harus lembur rata-rata setiap hari 2 jam.
2. Harus ada restrukturisasi pola suplai dan distribusi BBM/NBBM :
- Praduk BBM Premium dialihkan dari Depot Solo ke Depot Rewulu.
- Produk NBBM Elpiji disuplai dari SPPBE Restugas Aji dan Depot Solo.
3. Memberdayakan dan memanfaatkan Depot Solo sesuai dengan kemampuan bisnisnya :
- Memanfaatkan SDM yang ada untuk mengelola NBBM, dengan penghematan per tahun biaya operasi distribusi BBM Rp. 417.750.900,- dan biaya operasi distribusi NBBM (Elpiji) Rp. 50.882.708,
- Memanfaatkan peluang pasar elpiji tabung isi 12 kg sebesar 920 buah per hari untuk dikelola Depot Solo.
4. Merumuskan manajemen strategi Depot Solo:
- Strategi Korporat, fokus pada produk Non BBM (Single Line of Business).
- Strategi Bisnis, fokus efisiensi biaya operasi distribusi.
- Strategi Fungsional, mengoptimalkan sarana fasilitas, menggarap dan memanfaatkan peluang pasar elpiji, meminimalkan biaya pemeliharaan dan pegawai, memanfaatkan karyawan yang ada dengan optimal.

Posisi Depot Solo secara internal masih cukup kuat dan harus memanfaatkan peluang tersebut secara optimal, dengan fakus pada bisnis produk Non BBM Pelumas dan Elpiji.


If the Firm to take decision for business, must see for finance, marketing and facility of capability aspect. Like as Depot Solo is one of profit Centre Company from Pertamina Semarang Domestic Marketing and Distribution Business Unit, now it isn't used and exerted to fit of its potency.

For the basic account and SWOT analysis from Pertamina Depot Solo with respect to distribution operation cost, kind of product and facility aspect, it seems that:
1. Facility of Depot Solo is limited for Gasoline management, for that it must have to pay over time two hours per day.
2. It must have structural change for Gasoline/Non Gasoline supply and distribution :
- Gasoline product is moved from Depot Solo to Depot Rewulu.
- Elpiji product is supplied by SPPBE Restugas Aji and Depot Solo.
3. Depot Solo must use and exert to fit of its business potency :
- To use Human Resources for non gasoline management, it can save per year for gasoline distribution operation cost 417,750,900.00 rupiahs and elptll distribution cost 50, 882, 708.00 rupiahs.
- To use elpiji market opportunity for 12 kg tube about 920 unit per day.
4. Depot Solo formulates management strategy :
- Corporate Strategy, focus for Non Gasoline (Single Line of Business).
- Business Strategy, focus for distribution operation cost efficiency.
- Functional Strategy, optimal facility, to work and to use elpiji market opportunity, to minimize maintenance and employee cost, to use optimal employee.

Internal position of Depot Solo is enough still strong and it must use optimal opportunity with the focus for non gasoline Pelumas and Elpiji product business.
