Sejak diadakannya PSBB karena Pandemik Covid-19, jumlah pesepeda mulai banyak ditemukan di kawasan Ibu Kota Jakarta kurang lebih, bertambah sekitar 10x lipat. Hal tersebut juga berpengaruh terhadap keberadaan tempat makan seperti cafe, coffee shop yang sekarang menjadi tempat kumpul atau terbentuknya komunitas sepeda di Jakarta. Dimana, mereka menjadikan tempat makan tersebut sebagai titik point untuk beristirahat sejenak. Dengan adanya isu tersebut, serta respon terhadap pandemik Covid-19 menghadirkan sebuah ide dimana sebuah tempat makan yang biasanya orang ingin berlama lama untuk duduk disana, menjadikan konsep Drive-Thru untuk pesepeda merupakan program utama dari bangunan yang akan di rancang.
