ABSTRACTThis study examined the influence of creative self-efficacy as a mediator towards the relationship between breadth of functional experience and creativity. Forty-five leaders and one hundred forty-five employees in Indonesia and Netherlands completed the survey that was distributed online. Multiple linear regression showed that breadth of functional experience was not significantly related to creative self-efficacy. However, creative self- efficacy had a significant positive relationship with creativity.
ABSTRACTPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh kreatifitas individu sebagai mediator terhadap hubungan antara besarnya pengalaman fungsional dan kreativitas. Empat puluh lima pemimpin dan seratus empat puluh lima karyawan di Indonesia dan Belanda menyelesaikan survei yang didistribusikan secara online. Regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa luasnya pengalaman fungsional tidak signifikan terkait dengan kreativitas individu. Namun, kreativitas individu memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan kreativitas.
