ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No. 1 RSCM berlangsung dari 3-28 Juli 2017. Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No. 1 RSCM menyediakan pelayanan kefarmasian untuk pasien tunai dan non tunai (termasuk pasien BPJS). Seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No. 1 RSCM dijelaskan pada laporan ini. Mengingat banyaknya resep yang diterima per hari nya, maka mahasiswa diberi kesempatan untuk melakukan analisis waktu tunggu. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia no 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008, waktu tunggu menjadi salah satu indikator mutu dalam pelayanan farmasi. Hasil dari analisis waktu tunggu tercantum pada laporan tugas khusus di bagian lampiran. Dari hasil pengamatan waktu tunggu selama satu minggu diperoleh bahwa Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No. 1 RSCM belum dapat memenuhi standar mutu pelayanan resep.
ABSTRACTInternship at Kimia Farma No. 1 Complementary in RSCM started from July 3rd until July 28th 2017. Kimia Farma No. 1 Complementary in RSCM offered pharmaceutical services for patient who paid with cash or credit (including patient with BPJS card). All pharmaceutical services activity in Kimia Farma No. 1 Complementary in RSCM was describe in this internship report. Considering there were many prescription need to be handled in a day, so student was asked to conduct respond time analysis. According to Surat Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia no 129/MenkesSKII2008, respond time was one of the quality indicator in pharmaceutical services. The result from respond time analysis was described in special task report which enclosed in appendix section. From the result of respond time in a week, concluded that Kimia Farma No. 1 Complementary in RSCM still did not fulfill the standard in respond time.
