ABSTRAK
Tindakan kedokteran adalah persetujuan yang diberikan oleh pasien atau keluarga
terdekat setelah mendapat penjelasan secara lengkap dan jelas mengenai tindakan
kedokteran yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai
kelengkapan dan keakuratan pengisian informed consent tindakan medis berisiko
pasien rawat inap RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung periode bulan Desember
2010. Desain yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini deskriftif dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Data yang diambil adalah semua formulir informed consent pada
rekam medis pasien rawat inap yang dilakukan tindakan medis berisiko sebanyak
357 berkas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proporsi kelengkapan pengisian
informed consent masih belum 100%.
Atas hasil ini disarankan kepada manajemen rumah sakit untuk memberikan
pembekalan kepada para dokter yang akan melaksanakan program spesialis,
melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pengisian informed consent,
memberikan insentif and desinsentif kepada para dokter residen, dokter spesialis
dan UPF berkaitan dengan hasil evaluasi.

ABSTRACT
Medical procedure is consent given by the patient or next of kin after a full and
clear explanation of the medical procedure to be performed on patients. This paper
discusses about the completeness and accuracy of filling the inpatients risk
medical procedure informed consent at RSUP Dr. Hasan sadikin Bandung period
from December 2010. Design used in this thesis with a descriptive quantitative
aproach. The data retrieved are all informed consent forms in about 357 medical
records of patient who performed the medical procedure. As a result of reseach
shows that the proportion of completeness of informed consent is still not filling
to 100%. For this result suggested to the hospital management to provide a
debriefing to the doctor who will carry out a specialist program, monitoring and
evaluation of nformed consent filling, provide reward and punishment to the
residents, specialist and departemen related to the evaluation results.
