ABSTRACTThis thesis aims to know the impact of minimum wage towards job stability.
Regression Logistic Biner is a model used in the thesis to perform the estimation
impact of minimum wage towards job stability.
Dependent variable is a category which performs stability and independent
variable performs regency/city minimum wage, individual characteristic such age,
sex, marriage status, education, training, and other factors like type of work and
job vacancy sector. Result of the study presence several negative impacts of
minimum wage and statisticaly significant towards job stability. From an
inferential analysis state that for each 1% increasing of minimum wage cause
trends of low job stability about 0.687 times, This thesis aims to know the impact of minimum wage towards job stability.
