The Study on waste water management system on operation concrete batching plant were done in one branch of Lenteng Agung plant. The purpose of this study is made an effort in the use of water efficiency on the operation of the production concrete batching plant that produce waste water. The result of industrial waste water ready mix who settles in the sedimentation are pumped dan distributed to a tub settler, so that water it can be used again in proccess of production in batching plant. Location which have broad 6700 meters adequate, having enough sedimentation facility at the site. The study was conducted by means of observation the field, as well as the measurement of the water used that way and sedimentation be accomodated in the water. The calculation of water use among all activities that happen in the plant, that activities such as production work, operational equipment laundering, and clearing the field. The using of water in the field is being compare with the capacity water on the sedimentationp pond. The result show that existence of sedimentation pond give about 90% efficiency use of water. The result of this efficiency, give conclution that sedimentation pond is the suitable implemented for the management of industrial waste water concrete ready mix.
Kajian mengenai sistem pengelolaan air limbah operasi concrete batching plant dilakukan di salah satu cabang yaitu Lenteng Agung No 50. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah menunjukkan besar efisiensi dalam penggunaan air limbah pada operasi concrete batching plant. Air Limbah hasil industri ready mix yang mengendap dalam kolam sedimentasi ini dipompa dan dialirkan ke bak penampungan, sehingga air tersebut dapat digunakan kembali pada proses produksi di batching plant. Lokasi yang memiliki luas 6700 m2 memiliki fasilitas kolam sedimentasi yang memadai di lokasi. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, serta pengukuran air yang digunakan dengan cara dan air yang tertampung dalam kolam sedimentasi. Penghitungan penggunaan air antara lain dari aktivitas produksi, pencucian alat operasional, serta pembersihan lahan. Penggunaan yang terjadi dilapangan kemudian dibandingkan dengan kapasitas air dari sedimentasi, serta dilihat penggunaan air tanahnya. Hasil dari perrhitungan menunjukkan bahwa adanya kolam sedimentasi menunjukkan efisiensi penggunaan air sebesar 90%. Kolam sedimentasi ini cocok diimplementasikan terhadap pengelolaan air limbah industri concrete ready mix.
