Online tutorials as a form of student services is expected to contribute to the success of student learning. This article written based on the research of the tutorial activities of strategic management courses (EKMA4414) and students learning outcomes in the registration period of 2009.1 at UPBJJ-UT Batam. Data were collected using purposive sampling of 167 students registered in the tutorial. Result were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that the initiation of online tutorials materials of strategic management course were generally in line with course objectives. However the presentation is said to be less systematically delivered by most students. This causes some students to not actively engaged in the tutorial and do the exercises and tasks. However, for students who are actively following tutorial by participating in discussion and exercises, their activities contribute to the final grade.
